    Female entrepreneurship: exploring factors that motivate woman to become entrepreneurs

    This study investigates the motivations of female entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan who are involved in manual labour and explores the factors that influence their decision to start their own businesses. The research methodology employed in-depth semi-structured interviews with a sample of 30 Kazakhstani women entrepreneurs. These interviews aimed to identify and categorize the motivations and the factors affected by these motivations. The collected data was subjected to thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the primary factors driving women to become self-entrepreneurs include the desire to engage in work they enjoy, contribute to society, fulfill childhood dreams, improve their financial situations, and earn money. The study also emphasizes the importance of continuous learning for sustainable business development, as motivations evolve over time. The results shed light on the specific motivations of female entrepreneurs in the manual labor sector in Kazakhstan and provide insights into the factors that influence their decision-making processes, contributing to a better understanding of women's entrepreneurship in this context

    Fiscal Decentralization and Economic Growth

    This article proposes a method for assessing the effects of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in Kazakhstan. The relationship between the proper level of fiscal decentralization and economic growth for 14 regions and three cities of republican significance in Kazakhstan from 2010 to 2020 was evaluated using panel data analysis. The results of this study suggest that fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant impact on gross regional product. The study found that both income and expenditure decentralization have a negative impact on economic growth, and that further fiscal decentralization currently has a negative impact on GRP growth. Given the premise that fiscal decentralization usually promotes local economic progress, this consistently significant and powerful result of our empirical analysis is surprising

    A symmetric analysis in LP space in two dimensions

    The p-Laplacian equation is a nonlinear partial differential equation of third order that arises as Euler-Lagrange equation of the gradient of function in L p norm which was first studied by Gunnar Aronsson in the late 80s [1]. Since then many explicit classical solutions and their generalisations are found. In this paper we find only the classical solutions of p-Laplacian equation in spatial dimensions, i.e. the p-harmonic functions in two dimensions. The p-harmonic functions are found by the use of Lie symmetry analysis method which deals with invariant solutions under some transformations of the solution of the partial differential equations. We obtain Lie algebra generators of the p-Laplacian equation, and the corresponding symmetry reductions of the p-Laplacian equation to ordinary differential equations. Finally, we use the Lie symmetries to construct invariant solutions of p-Laplacian that already known and some new ones in explicit form. Moreover, by using the Lie symmetries we can construct new solutions from known solutions of the p-Laplacian equation. In this article we use Lie symmetry analysis to find two-dimensional a new solution to Laplace’s p-equation. The p-Laplace equation is nonlinear partial differential equation (PDE), arising as an equation Euler-Lagrange expression of the gradient of a function in the L p norm. Using symmetry Lie, we reduce PDEs to ordinary differential equations. We find already known and new solutions of p-Laplace. It turns out using symmetric Lie analysis, we find the symmetry of the given u. We have 8 cases where we ended up getting rid of x,y,u. And in the end what remains is g and s. We were able to find the symmetry for u. In this research article, we employ the Lie symmetry analysis technique to discover two-dimensional solutions of the p-Laplacian equation. The p-Laplacian equation is nonlinear partial differential equation (PDE) that arises as EulerLagrange equation of the gradient of function in L p norm. By using Lie symmetries we reduce PDEs to ordinary differential equations. We find solutions of p-Laplacian that already known and some new. Lie symmetry analysis is a powerful mathematical tool used to investigate symmetries and simplify the solutions of differential equations. In this paper, the authors apply Lie symmetry analysis to the p-Laplacian equation, which is a nonlinear PDE that arises in the context of gradient optimization problems. iv The p-Laplacian equation can be written as: ∇ · (|∇u| p−2∇u) = 0 where ∇ represents the gradient operator and u is the unknown function. The parameter p determines the nonlinearity of the equation. By applying Lie symmetry analysis, the authors are able to identify symmetries of the p-Laplacian equation, which correspond to transformations that leave the equation invariant. These symmetries allow the authors to reduce the PDE to a system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs), which are often easier to solve. Using this approach, the authors are able to find two-dimensional solutions of the p-Laplacian equation. They also compare their results with known solutions in the literature and find some new solutions. Overall, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of Lie symmetry analysis in simplifying and solving nonlinear PDEs, specifically the p-Laplacian equation. The identified solutions can have various applications in fields such as physics, engineering, and mathematical modeling

    Kazakh language based Question Answering system using Deep Learning Approach

    The development and evaluation of question answering (QA) systems in specific languages present unique challenges, and the Kazakh language is no exception. In this study, we address these challenges by developing and evaluating Kazakh language-based QA systems using different deep learning (DL) models. Our objective is to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of QA in the Kazakh language. We conduct various experiments using translated datasets and implement different models, including BERT, LSTM baseline, and End-to-End Memory Networks (MemN2N). Through rigorous performance evaluation and comparative analysis, we identify the most suitable models for achieving high accuracy in Kazakh language-based QA tasks. It was observed that the MemN2N model achieved the best average accuracy among the three models implemented. This research contributes to the advancement of Kazakh language processing and aims to enhance the accessibility and usability of QA systems in the Kazakh language

    Implementing automatic word prediction and autocorrection for the Kazakh-language keyboard on the iOS platform

    In the past few years, there has been a growing interest in natural language processing (NLP) and the development of language models for various applications, including text prediction and word correction in mobile device keyboards, aimed at improving user experience. However, iOS platforms lack special features adapted for Kazakh-speaking users. The main goal of this thesis is to develop and evaluate word prediction and autocorrection systems for the Kazakh language. Advanced methods such as LSTM and GRU are utilized to efficiently gather contextual information and predict the next word. Various error correction methods, including edit distance, N-gram based models, and a hybrid approach, are applied and evaluated. Experimental analysis using LSTM and GRU models allows for the optimization of hyperparameters and the improvement of word prediction accuracy. It was observed that the LSTM model achieved the highest accuracy. The hybrid approach achieves the highest accuracy of 91% among the evaluated error correction methods. Moreover, the integration of these models and methods with the iOS system enables the development of a fully-featured keyboard application specifically designed for the Kazakh language. This research contributes to the advancement of predictive and auto corrective technologies for next word prediction in Kazakh language processing, aiming to enhance the accessibility and usability of Kazakh language applications. It ultimately improves the overall quality of written communication and enhances user satisfaction with mobile keyboard applications

    Automating real estate investment analysis in Kazakhstan

    In the modern world, data plays the most important role not only for the development of medium and small businesses and the formation of large economies, but also for the comfortable everyday life of every person. This study examines the Kazakh residential real estate market in the city of Almaty to apply machine learning algorithms to real estate data for price prediction. We know that this market is an important sector of the global economy. The residential real estate market in Kazakhstan is a complex structure, consisting of hundreds of thousands of apartments, characterized by many features. At the same time, any changes in the market may cause speculation and a deliberate increase in real estate prices. That is why it is so important to understand what the real cost of an apartment is and where it is more expensive. The research focused on building a real estate value prediction model using machine learning methods such as linear regression, XGBoost, Random Forest, and Prophet. The data was taken from the krisha.kz website for the following dates: November 30, 2020, May 9, 2021 and November 2, 2022. The number of processed data for each of these dates was 6807, 3426 and 32424 records, respectively. Among the tested models, XGBoost and Random Forest showed the best results

    Islamic investment products: features and development prospects

    Over the past few years, there has been considerable instability in the financial sector, which has had the capacity to negatively impact other areas of the economy, such as production and services. Economists have increasingly embraced the terms Islamic finance, Islamic banking, and Islamic economics. This dissertation research aims to provide both theoretical and practical guidance for the integration and advancement of Islamic investment products within the banking practices of Kazakhstan. The main objectives of this study are to examine the necessary conditions for the progress of the Islamic economic model, compare traditional and Islamic investment products, examine international practices in utilizing Islamic investment products, propose implementation strategies specific to Kazakhstan, and suggest approaches to enhance the legislative framework for incorporating Islamic banking principles. The research employs a range of commonly used scientific methods, including analysis, synthesis, classification, induction, deduction, and comparison. The research aims to identify crucial elements that could facilitate the effective adoption of Islamic banking and investment products. These factors encompass the potential for diversifying capital sources, the existence of demand for Islamic banking products driven by the national composition of the population, the necessity of reinforcing the investment focus of lending practices, and the opportunity to leverage practical experience to adapt traditional banking products in alignment with Islamic banking principles
