Вибір методу формування AV-фістули для проведення хронічного гемодіалізу у пацієнтів з термінальною стадією хронічної ниркової недостатності
No full textУ статті проаналізовано 174 історій хвороб хворих яким було сформовано артеріо-венозні фістули за останні 3 роки. Згідно з досвідом нашого Центру перевага віддавалась артеріо-венозним фістулам, які були виконані в нижній третині передпліччя. Використовувалась техніка з формуванням анастомозів кінець променевої артерії в кінець головної вени та кінець головної вени в бік променевої артерії з формуванням «біфуркації» та створенням петлі вени. Також проаналізовано 145 історій хвороб хворих з хронічним гемодіалізом, у яких виник тромбоз артеріовенозної фістули. В даному випадку завжди використовувалась методика кінець променевої артерії в кінець головної вени. Найважливішою проблемою є група хворих з хронічним гемодіалізом у яких внаслідок тривалого часу виконання гемодіалізу виникали тромбози артеріовенозних фістул. Даним пацієнтам виконували повторні хірургічні втручання з приводу тромбозу артеріо-венозної фістули на передпліччях
Assessment of the quality of accounting information in financial and management reports of agricultural business enterprises
Get PDFThe study aimed to assess the efficiency of using accounting information for making management decisions in agricultural enterprises, as well as to address the factors that affect the quality of financial and management reporting. The research methodology was based on an empirical approach and a combined analysis of publications covering the issues of digitalisation of accounting and the application of international financial reporting standards, as well as the use of software for automating accounting processes. The main results demonstrated that the quality of accounting information significantly affects the financial stability and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The study revealed that insurance is key for farmers in reducing risks. In 2024, payouts under the MeteoZakhyst insurance programme hit 231 million UAH, with an average reimbursement rate of 52%. The study determined that automation of accounting processes, implementation of international standards and staff training can significantly improve the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of financial reports. Using such programmes as Farm Management Systems and GeoPard can optimise accounting processes, reducing the probability of errors, improving the accuracy of financial data and increasing the efficiency of management decisions. At the same time, the study determined that there are significant challenges, including low employee skills and limited use of digital technologies in small businesses, which create difficulties for the implementation of the latest solutions. The conclusions confirm the importance of improving the quality of accounting information for the effective management of agricultural enterprises, especially in the context of a changing economic situation, high competition and global challenges such as climate change and volatility in financial markets. The practical significance of the study is determined by the fact that its results can be used by agricultural enterprises to improve accounting practices, increase the accuracy and transparency of financial statements, as well as to integrate the latest digital technologies and international standards to increase financial stability and competitivene

Efficiency of international law mechanisms for human rights protection in education
Get PDFObjectives. The study deals with international law mechanisms for human rights protection in education. The aim of the study is to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of international law mechanisms for human rights protection in education.
Theoretical Framework: The theoretical basis of the research was made up of the scientific works of scientists, quality and qualitative indicators of research, and the regulatory and legal framework.
Methods: The research employed the method of comparison, visual graphic methods, a set of methods of processing, comprehension and interpretation of information.
Results and Discussion: The study established the most common types of violations in the field of education, in particular: violation of the right of national minorities to education; impossibility of choosing the language of instruction; failure to provide inclusive education; discrimination against people with mental illness. Specific manifestations of the effectiveness of international law mechanisms for the human rights protection in the field of education are singled out, in particular: increasing public awareness and transparency of government activity, etc.
Research Implications: The study gave grounds to draw the conclusions regarding the difficulty of proving the existence of violations in education. Attention is drawn to the subjectivity of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the ambiguous interpretation of norms enshrined in international legal acts.
Originality/Value: The research is original, based on official data and the author's own conclusions, and has practical significance

No full textЗапровадження в Україні воєнного стану стало причиною переходу до змішаної форми освітньої діяльності, визначило нові виклики й можливості для закладів вищої освіти. Всупереч складним реаліям часу в країні продовжується освітній процес в областях (зокрема у Вінницькій області) з відносною безпековою ситуацією. У статті вказано на низку нормативних документів, якими керується заклад вищої освіти у провадженні освітньої діяльності. Також було здійснено аналіз поняття "змішана форма навчання", наведені основні положення щодо організації змішаного навчання та його ре зультати на прикладі студентів 4-6 курсів у Вінницькому національному медичному університеті ім. М.І. Пирогова. Визначено, що змішана форма навчання є гармонійним поєднанням аудиторної та дистанційно-інтерактивної роботи здобувачів
освіти з використання інформаційно-цифрових технологій. Вказано на переваги застосування змішаного (комбінованого) навчання під час підготовки майбутніх фахівців медичного напряму, зокрема здатність до адаптації та багатофункціональності. Така форма навчання позитивно вплинула і на підвищення мотивації майбутніх медиків та формування їхніх компетентностей. Визначено основні онлайн-платформи та цифрові засоби навчання, які використовуються під час змішаного (комбінованого) навчання в освітньому процесі медичних закладів вищої освіти, а саме: платформи дистанційного навчання Moodle та Microsoft Teаms, платформи онлайн-зв'язку Viber, Telegram, Messenger. Важливою стане адаптація
освітнього процесу в умовах війни та сприяння тим заходам, які будуть спрямовані на відродження освіти у повоєнний період, а також підвищення можливостей цифровізації в країні
