Experimental study of N-(γ-aminobutyryl)-1-aza-4,7,10,13-tetraoxacyclopentadecane hydrochloride analgesic activity in pain syndromes of different etiology
The pharmacotherapy of pain syndrome remains a significant and pressing medical issue. Therefore, scientists from various medical, pharmaceutical, and chemical specialties are working towards a solution. The study investigated the analgesic activity of N-(γ-aminobutyril)-1-aza-4,7,10,13-tetraoxacyclopentadecane hydrochloride (gabalgin), a new original compound, on laboratory animals. The severity and duration of the analgesic activity were evaluated using the “hot plate”, “tail flick”, “acetic writhing test”, and the neuropathic pain model, which was reproduced by ligation of the sciatic nerve in rats. The test compound was administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 3 mg/kg. The study found that gabalgin exhibits significant analgesic activity in all
pain perception models, with comparable or superior strength to the comparison drugs ketorolac, gabapentin, and diclofenac. Additionally, gabalgin's antinociceptive effect lasts longer than diclofenac

Clinical and diagnostic features of Crohn's disease in young children
Aim: To highlight the distinctive features of CD in young children, based on personal clinical experience in observation and treatment, with the objective of improving the accuracy of diagnosis and the effectiveness of treatment.
Materials and Methods: The study involves the results oftreatment 11 young children with CD. Thediagnosis was based on the combination ofthe following data: clinical manifestations ofthe disease and its course, as well as the results of laboratory, instrumental, and step biopsy with morphological studies.
Results: In young patients with CD, combined lesions ofthe small and large intestines predominate, manifesting as gastrointestinal disorders against the background of a severe general condition, intoxication, and extraintestinal complications. Young children with CD often show signs of asthenic syndrome, developmental delay, and high inflammatory activity. All the children in the study showed low serum iron levels, dysproteinemia, and high calprotectin levels. Conclusions: 1. CD in young children has such clinical features as combined lesions ofthe small and large intestines (45.45% of cases), high activity of the disease, freguent extraintestinal manifestations ofthe disease, and developmental delay. All young children with CD upon admission to the hospital were in severe condition, exhibiting signsof intoxication, diarrhea, and blood in their stools. 2. Laboratory findings are characterized by serum iron deficiency, dysproteinemia, and high levels of calprotectin. 3. Knowledge ofthe clinical and diagnosticfeatures of CD is essential for specialists to provide appropriate medical care
Digital content marketing: optimisation of content in the distribution policy system of trade and agro-industrial enterprises
The digital transformation of the business environment and the paradigm shift from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market have contributed to the emergence and rapid development of digital content marketing. The article discusses the topic of digital content marketing in general and in particular for the field of distribution trade and agribusiness marketing and its importance for successful online business promotion. This study aims to conceptualise digital content marketing (DCM) in B2B markets and pinpoint contingencies that influence its performance. The study employs the following methods:
dialectic and historical, method of generalisation and grouping, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, systemic and institutional approaches, and modelling. Logistic and intuitive methods and content analysis were used to determine the features, problems, and trends in developing digital content marketing and value co-creation. Elements of a systematic review and grounded theory were applied when working with literature sources. An attempt has been made to systematise the differences and problem areas of digital content marketing in the B2B sector and “traditional” B2C content marketing. Digital marketing is shown as a strategic approach to realising value co-creation opportunities. Value co-creation (VCC) is an example of how group creativity may promote development, loyalty, and mutual success – vitally crucial in business-to-business interactions. This approach is claimed to be especially important for industries such as agriculture, offering synergetic instruments
Bone bridge transtibial amputation by an innovative technique
We present a case report of synostosis after transtibial amputation because of distraction regenerate formation after decortication of the lateral surfaces of the tibia and fibula, sequential compression, and distraction using the Ilizarov apparatus. Its advantage is that there is no need to shorten bone. The establishment of distal tibia-fibula synostosis (Ertl) in patients with transtibial amputation has been advocated to improve function and prosthetic wear. There are a variety of techniques to create a bone block. This case reports the
successful use of an innovative technique to establish bone block. A patient with transtibial amputation underwent revision of residual limb by decorticating the lateral aspect of the distal tibia and the medial aspect of the distal fibula and acutely compressing the distal ends of the 2 bones with the Ilizarov apparatus. The distal fibula is then slowly and progressively distracted laterally, and the bone is formed in the space between the distal fibula and tibia, creating synostosis with an increased distal bone cross-sectional surface area for improved function and prosthetic wear. The follow-up period was 24 months. Within 3 months, synostosis was formed, which increased the area of the supporting surface and allowed temporary and then permanent prosthetics. After 24 months, synostosis did not differ from the structure of tibial stump bones
Особливості фізіології післяпологового періоду після кесарського розтину
The main principle of perinatal obstetrics is to ensure the health of the mother, fetus and newborn, which in some cases requires quick and gentle delivery. Therefore, during the last decades, cesarean section (CS) in obstetric practice has become a tool that allows you to preserve the health of both the mother and the child.
Despite its wide distribution, CS is classified as a category of complex operations with a high frequency of postoperative complications (3.3%-54.4%), which are associated with the intervention technique, obstetric and neonatal reasons. Potential structural and functional complications include: the risk of pulmonary, gastrointestinal and vascular complications; postoperative pain and discomfort; pelvic organ prolapse; posture change; pelvic floor dysfunction; weakness of the abdominal wall; diastasis of rectus abdominis muscles; umbilical hernia; general functional limitations. Scientific progress in medicine, social and cultural changes have led to fundamental transformations in the attitude to CS among women and doctors. In fact, the consensus regarding indications for caesarean section has changed in many countries, now including psychosocial factors such as anxiety about childbirth or the mother's desire for caesarean section in the absence of any medical indication. The postpartum period is a critical, but often overlooked, period in the lives of new parents. According to the WHO, the majority of maternal and newborn deaths occur during this period, so proper management and care of parents and newborns is vitally important. The postpartum period is usually divided into three separate but continuous phases: acute phase (early postpartum period) - 24 hours immediately after childbirth; subacute phase (late postpartum period): can last 2-6 weeks after childbirth; late phase - can last from 6 weeks to 6 months after childbirth. The postpartum period is characterized by a wide range of new states of women's life and increased sensitivity to external factors. The whole range of postnatal changes can be considered as an integrative combination of psychological, physiological and endocrine factors that affect the physical and mental activity of women, as well as determine their relationship with the child. Therefore, a caesarean section should be performed according to indications with a mandatory justification. The presence of a postoperative scar in women who underwent an abdominal delivery causes changes in the postpartum period in the form of a specific limitation of mobility during its formation. This aspect is all the more important from the point of view of the onset of future pregnancies, which requires the formation of a full-fledged elastic strong scar on the uterus and soft tissues. The formation of a scar in the postpartum period, in connection with the need for care and feeding of the child, changes as a result of sleep and rest regimes, additionally increases the metabolic, physical, psycho-emotional load, which causes pressure on the adaptive capabilities of the regulatory systems of the woman's body against the background of reconstruction and recovery structural and hormonal components. A woman's condition directly affects her ability to care for and raise a child, return to work and social activity, as well as the quality of life, both personally and within the framework of the environment. Therefore, certain recovery measures are necessary for their normalization as soon as possible
