Decision-making method in interdependent computing systems
Get PDFIn this paper, we develop a decision-making method for interdependent computing systems that combines Bayesian reputation updating, log-linear strategy learning, and reinforcement learning mechanisms. The peculiarity of the proposed method is its ability to adapt to changes in the environment and effectively detect unscrupulous agents by dynamically adjusting reputations. The algorithmic implementation of the model allows achieving the Bayesian-Nash equilibrium, which indicates the stability of the system even in complex interaction scenarios.
The results of experimental modeling have demonstrated that the proposed method strikes a balance between adaptability, reliability, and efficiency of interactions. The system demonstrates the ability to self-organize, stabilizes in fewer iterations compared to classical approaches, and effectively prevents the influence of sabotaging behavior of individual agents

Дистанційна робота під час дії воєнного стану: виклики, регулювання та перспективи
Get PDFВоєнний стан в Україні зумовив значні трансформації у сфері праці, зокрема масовий перехід працівників на дистанційну форму зайнятості. В статті розглянуто основні виклики дистанційної роботи, з якими стикаються працівники та роботодавці під час дії воєнного стану, її економічні та соціальні наслідки та перспективи. Досліджено законодавство, яке регулює правові аспекти дистанційної роботи, а також зміни, які відбулися в законодавстві після повномасштабного вторгнення РФ в Україну. Зокрема проведено аналіз Закону України № 2136-IX від 15 березня 2022 року «Про організацію трудових відносин в умовах воєнного стану», який визначив нові правила дистанційної роботи. Досліджено, що положення зазначеного Закону, які регулюють деякі аспекти трудових відносин інакше, ніж КЗпП – мають пріоритетне застосування на період дії воєнного стану. Водночас, інші норми законодавства про працю, які не суперечать положенням цього Закону також можуть або повинні застосовуватися у відносинах між працівником та роботодавцем.
Окремо розглянуто міжнародний досвід регулювання дистанційної роботи в таких країнах як Франція, Німеччина та США.
Розглядаючи особливості законодавства та організаційних аспектів дистанційної праці, досліджено, як ця форма роботи впливає на трудові відносини та які можливості вона відкриває для працівників та роботодавців у період кризи. У цій статті досліджується вплив війни на організацію дистанційної роботи, аналізується її правове регулювання та виявляються ключові виклики, що постали перед роботодавцями та працівниками. Після закінчення війни дистанційна робота залишиться важливим елементом ринку праці. Вона сприятиме підтримці зайнятості внутрішньо переміщених осіб, зменшенню витрат компаній на оренду офісів, розширенню доступу до міжнародного ринку праці для українців
Use of gamification in education
Get PDFThe article examines the phenomenon of gamification in education, which has garnered significant interest among scientists and practitioners due to its potential to enhance the learning process and its outcomes. The review mentions key researchers such as Karl Kapp, Juho Hamari, and Sebastian Deterding, as well as other scholars who study the impact of gamification on students motivation, engagement, and academic performance.
Despite the increasing popularity of using gamification in education, an analysis of foreign publications reveals a lack of developed methodologies and practical recommendations for organizing the learning process with its application.
The article presents an overview of the history of gamification's development, starting from the beginning of the 20th century and encompassing key events, terms, and definitions that have shaped the modern understanding of this concept in the context of education and training. It reviews the historical prerequisites for the emergence of gamification, its evolution, and the main approaches to its implementation in the learning environment. Various approaches to using game elements to enhance learning effectiveness and student engagement are examined.
The article presents a review of research by leading scientists in this field and outlines the benefits of gamified learning—improved critical thinking, collaboration, digital literacy, and a positive attitude towards learning.
The article examines the stages of implementing gamification in the learning process, as well as game elements. It notes that the effective application of gamification in learning, teaching, and training can significantly increase student motivation, leading to improved focus and satisfaction. 1 However, the effective implementation of gamification in e-learning requires a well-developed strategy that begins with a thorough analysis of the existing environment and available software. Regional environmental challenges and priorities for sustainable recovery in Ukraine
Get PDFThe environmental situation in Ukraine from 2022 to 2025 reflects both the destructive consequences of war and the opportunity for profound transformation. The east and south require ecosystem and water system restoration; the centre and west need sustainable land use practices; industrial hubs must modernize their production; and the Carpathians demand protection for their forests and biodiversity. Examples of successful initiatives – from restoring water supply with modern technologies to EBRD-backed metallurgy upgrades – prove that sustainable development is possible. But it requires three components: national political will and reform, international partner support, and active civil society participation. Ukraine has been given a unique chance: to turn the environmental crisis into the foundation for a new development model. If efforts are strategically united, the country can not only recover but also become part of Europe’s Green Transition, where ecology underpins economic growth, social resilience, and international cooperation
Planning of business processes of the enterprise within the framework of sustainable development
No full textModern challenges require businesses to rethink their business models by integrating sustainability principles into management processes. The goal of the study was to identify methods and tools that will help companies plan their activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, as well as provide practical tools for their implementation. Considering the complexity and multifaceted nature of the subject matter, a comprehensive approach was applied, which included the following methods: analysis of literary sources – a review of scientific publications and corporate strategies was conducted to identify key trends in business process planning in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. A comparative analysis was used to examine and compare the main methods and approaches to business process planning. A case study method was applied to analyse the practical implementation of sustainable development principles using the examples of Unilever, Tesla, and IKEA. Their business strategies, environmental initiatives, and social responsibility were examined to identify effective approaches to integrating sustainable development into business process planning. The method of environmental assessment was used to consider the application of environmental auditing, product life cycle assessment, implementation of environmental management systems ISO 14001:2015/Amd 1:2024 and circular economy principles. The method of systematisation was utilised for the compilation of key aspects that together formed the basis of the concept of corporate social responsibility; methods for the effective combination of economic, environmental and social sustainability were summarised and the main approaches to business process planning were streamlined. An analytical method was applied to examine the impact of sustainable development on business process planning. The examples of approaches and strategies used in the publication contribute to the formation of long-term strategic management, consolidation of environmental focuses and values, and increase of business competitiveness in modern conditions
Project management in the hospitality industry: Theoretical foundations and practical aspects
Get PDFThe aim of the study was to identify ways to implement adaptive project management in the hospitality industry of Ukraine using digital technologies, in particular artificial intelligence based on machine learning. The methodological basis consisted of statistical analysis of the Ukrainian hospitality market indicators for 2020-2024, a comparative study of international practices, and a case study using the example of hotel enterprises in Ukraine and Bulgaria. The results of the study showed that the Ukrainian hospitality market, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and full-scale war, is showing signs of recovery: the growth rate of the number of accommodation establishments in 2024 increased by 2%, and tax revenues from tourist fees increased by 23% compared to 2023. It was found that Ukrainian hotels are mainly in the second stage of artificial intelligence implementation (using chatbots for external customer interaction), while Bulgarian companies have reached the third stage (integration of analytics and automation of internal processes). Using the example of the Casa di Fiore SPA & Medical and Izgreva Hotel Complex hotels, the effectiveness of chatbots with machine learning functions was analysed, which made it possible to reduce staff working hours and improve the level of service. A comprehensive assessment of the readiness of Ukrainian hospitality companies to move to higher stages of artificial intelligence implementation was provided, and practical recommendations for the integration of digital technologies into project management were formulated. The practical significance lies in providing a roadmap for the implementation of artificial intelligence tools, taking into account financial, technical and human resource constraints
Система комунікацій в індустрії туризму: когнітивний підхід та соціально-психологічні аспекти
Get PDFПобудова ефективної системи комунікацій є однією з передумов успішного функціонування суб'єктів туристичного ринку в цифровій економіці. В статті із використанням Mental Modeler розроблено нечітку когнітивну карту (НКК) системи комунікацій в індустрії туризму. Сформовано матрицю взаємовпливів концептів та розраховано основні системні показники нечіткої когнітивної карти. На основі матриці суміжності НКК визначено основні показники нечіткої моделі: консонанс та вплив концептів. До найбільш вагомих концептів системи комунікацій у туризмі увійшли: тренди та вподобання; економічна ситуація в країні; психологічні чинники; соціальні чинники. Змодельовано 5 сценаріїв розвитку системи, з яких чотири – за максимального позитивного впливу кожного з чотирьох найвагоміших чинників, а один – за максимального позитивного впливу цих чинників разом. За результатами моделювання визначені відносні зміни концептів системи

Автор вважає, що єдиною канонічною православною церквою в Україні є Православна Церква України, яка має Томос від Вселенського Патріархату. Жодних «гонінь» на церкву московського патріархату в Україні не відбувається, а в умовах війни здійснюється захист безпеки держави від ворожої агентури
