Innovative Technologies as a Tool for Personalizing Marketing Communications in Brand Management
No full textВ умовах стрімкого розвитку цифрових технологій і зміни підходів до взаємодії зі споживачами, персоналізація маркетингових комунікацій стає ключовим чинником формування стійкої конкурентної переваги брендів. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у визначені сутності персоналізації як процесу індивідуалізації маркетингових впливів відповідно до потреб, поведінкових характеристик та очікувань клієнтів з метою формування сталого емоційного зв’язку з брендом, розширенні наукових уявлень про створення синергетичного ефекту від поєднання персоналізованого маркетингу з інструментами бренд-менеджменту в умовах цифрової трансформації. Проаналізовано вплив сучасних інноваційних рішень – таких як штучний інтелект, Big Data, автоматизація маркетингових процесів – на побудову персоналізованих комунікацій і зміцнення брендової ідентичності. Представлено кейси впровадження персоналізованих технологій українськими брендами (Rozetka, Monobank, Нова пошта, Comfy, Сільпо), які підтверджують практичну ефективність індивідуалізованих підходів. Визначено ключові показники результативності (KPI) персоналізованих кампаній, зокрема рівень конверсій, частоту повторних покупок, показники лояльності та відтоку клієнтів. Запропоновано комплекс методів оцінювання ефективності персоналізації – A/B-тестування, когортний аналіз, аналітика клієнтської бази, опитування та CSAT. Практична цінність результатів дослідження полягає у можливості їх застосування для підвищення релевантності маркетингових повідомлень, покращення споживчого досвіду та досягнення стратегічних цілей бренду. Оригінальність роботи підтверджується акцентом на цифровій трансформації персоналізованих комунікацій як чиннику посилення конкурентоспроможності брендів. Перспективними напрямами подальших досліджень є адаптація отриманих результатів до потреб малого та середнього бізнесу, а також розробка моделей етичної персоналізації у межах динамічних ринків.In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and changing approaches to interaction with consumers, the personalization of marketing communications is becoming a key factor in the formation of a sustainable competitive advantage of brands. The theoretical significance of the work lies in defining the essence of personalization as a process of individualizing marketing influences in accordance with the needs, behavioral characteristics and expectations of customers in order to form a sustainable emotional connection with the brand, expanding scientific ideas about creating a synergistic effect from combining personalized marketing with brand management tools in the context of digital transformation. The impact of modern innovative solutions, such as artificial intelligence, Big Data, and automation of marketing processes, on building personalized communications and strengthening brand identity is analyzed. Cases of the implementation of personalized technologies by Ukrainian brands (Rozetka, Monobank, Nova Poshta, Comfy, Silpo) are presented, which confirm the practical effectiveness of individualized approaches. Key performance indicators (KPIs) of personalized campaigns have been identified, including conversion rates, repeat purchase rates, loyalty and churn rates. A set of methods for assessing the effectiveness of personalization has been proposed – A/B testing, cohort analysis, customer base analytics, surveys and CSAT. The practical value of the research results lies in the possibility of their application to increase the relevance of marketing messages, improve consumer experience and achieve strategic brand goals. The originality of the work is confirmed by the emphasis on the digital transformation of personalized communications as a factor in strengthening the competitiveness of brands. Promising areas of further research are the adaptation of the results obtained to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the development of ethical personalization models within dynamic markets

No full textМета статті: проаналізувати на основі джерел становлення перших державних органів міграційної служби України (1991–1994), проблеми, які виникали в ході їхньої практичної діяльності під час реалізації державної політики у сферах міграції, діяльність яких до сьогодні не була спеціальним об’єктом дослідження в історичній науці. Методологічною основою дослідження є принципи історизму, наукової об’єктивності та систематичності, що дало можливість неупереджено з’ясувати логічні зміни в історичному процесі. Методи дослідження представлені як загальнонауковими (історичний, логічний), так і спеціальними (історико-порівняльний, історико-генетичний, предметно-хронологічний, ретроспективний) методами. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в першій спробі комплексного аналізу становлення перших державних органів міграційної служби України, діяльність яких стала основою для формування та реалізації сучасної міграційної політики України, подальшого утворення єдиного державного органу виконавчої влади – Державної міграційної служби України. Висновки відповідають поставленій меті дослідження. Глибокий аналіз джерельної бази дозволив з’ясувати становлення перших державних органів міграційної служби України (1991–1994), їх повноваження, виявив значні проблеми при формуванні та реалізації національної міграційної політики, яка лише зароджувалася.The purpose of the article: to analyze, based on sources of the formation of the first state bodies of the migration service of Ukraine (1991–1994), problems that arose in the course of their practical activities in the implementation of state policy in areas of migration, activities of which have not been a special object of study in historical science to date. The methodological basis of the study is principles of historicism, scientific objectivity and systematic character, which made it possible to impartially clarify logical changes in the historical process. The research methods are presented by both general scientific methods (historical, logical) and special ones (historical-comparative, historical-genetic, subject-chronological, retrospective). The scientific novelty of the study lies in the first attempt at a comprehensive analysis of the formation of the first state bodies of the migration service of Ukraine, activities of which became the basis for the formation and implementation of the modern migration policy of Ukraine, the further formation of a single state body of executive power – the State Migration Service of Ukraine. Сonclusions correspond to the stated purpose of the study. An in-depth analysis of the source database allowed us to clarify the formation of the first state bodies of the migration service of Ukraine (1991–1994), their authority, and revealed significant problems in the formation and implementation of the national migration policy, which was only just emerging
The Mystery of the Chernihiv Beast
No full textДревній Чернігів приховує в собі багато таємниць. Одна із них – Чернігівський звір – елемент декору, орнамент, який був розміщений на капітелі Борисоглібського собору. Досі ведуться дискусії, що це за звір такий: чи потрапив він у місто випадково, чи несе особливий сенс для нас, і кого ж він таки зображав? Мета статті – дослідити походження та значення Чернігівського звіра, а також його зв’язок із ширшими культурними та релігійними традиціями того часу. Використані методи дослідження: іконографічний – для виявлення стилістичних особливостей зображень, історико-культурний – для контекстуалізації символіки в межах середньовічної східнослов’янської та іранської традицій, а також порівняльний метод для оцінки аналогічних образів в інших регіонах. Ці методи дозволяють ідентифікувати Чернігівського звіра як Семаргла, який функціонував у культовій практиці раннього Середньовіччя східних слов’ян, а також провести паралель з іранською релігійною традицією.
Наукова новизна роботи полягає в детальному аналізі Чернігівського звіра як елемента давньослов’янського міфологічного комплексу та проведенні чіткої паралелі між зображенням з Борисоглібського собору та гербом держави Сасанидів. Дослідження робить внесок у розширення розуміння взаємодії східнослов’янської, іранської та інших кочових культур. Основні висновки дослідження: Чернігівський звір – це найвірогідніше зображення язичницького бога Семаргла, який є символом взаємодії різних культурних традицій та елементом впливу східної (іранської) культури на східних слов’ян. Його зображення на християнському храмі, імовірно, стало даниною минулим дохристиянським віруванням чернігівців та відповідає західній архітектурній традиції. Проте, міфічну істоту помістили на місцевий храм. Характер зв’язків дохристиянського Чернігова та держави Сасанидів, із гербу якої був змальований Чернігівський звір, по требує додаткових досліджень.Ancient Chernihiv hides many mysteries. One of them is the Chernihiv beast – a decorative element, an ornament, which was placed on the capitol of the Borisoglibsky cathedral. There are still debates about what kind of beast it is: whether it came to the city by chance, or whether it carries special meaning for us, and who it actually depicts? The purpose of the publication is to investigate origins and significance of the Chernihiv beast, as well as its connection to broader cultural and religious traditions of the time. The article uses the following research methods: iconographic method to identify the stylistic features of the images, historical-cultural method to contextualize the symbolism within the framework of medieval East Slavic and Iranian traditions, as well as a comparative method to assess similar images in other regions. These methods allow identifying the Chernihiv beast as Semargl, which functioned in the cultic practices of early medieval East Slavs, and drawing a parallel with the Iranian religious tradition. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the detailed analysis of the Chernihiv beast as an element of the ancient Slavic mythological complex and in establishing a clear parallel between the image from the Borisoglibsky cathedral and the coat of arms of the Sassanid empire. The work contributes to the expansion of the understanding of the interaction between East Slavic, Iranian, and other nomadic cultures. The main conclusions of the study are that the Chernihiv beast is most likely an image of the pagan god Semargl, who symbolizes the interaction of different cultural traditions and is an element of the influence of Eastern (Iranian) culture on the East Slavs. Its depiction on a Christian temple likely represents a tribute to the past beliefs of Chernihiv people and aligns with Western architectural tradition. However, the mythical creature was placed on a local temple. The nature of connections between pre-Christian Chernihiv and Sassanid state, from whose coat of arms the Chernihiv beast was modeled, requires further research

Methodological Approach to the Governance of the Scientific Component of the Budget Process at the Municipal Level
No full textСтаття присвячена розробці методологічного підходу управління науковою складовою бюджетного процесу на рівні муніципалітетів в умовах децентралізації влади в Україні. З огляду на зростаючу складність соціально-економічного середовища, потребу у збалансованості місцевих фінансів та орієнтації на сталий розвиток територіальних громад, авторами наголошено на значущості науково-аналітичного забезпе чення бюджетного процесу. Метою є науково-методичне обґрунтування концептуальної моделі управління науковою складовою бюджетного процесу на рівні муніципалітетів з урахуванням сучасних викликів, інституційної специфіки та міжнародного досвіду. Методи дослідження включають: системний аналіз, структурно-функціональний підхід, інституційно-порівняльний аналіз, методи логічного та формалізованого моделювання у сфері наукового супроводу бюджетного процесу. У статті досліджено теоретичні основи наукового забезпечення бюджетного процесу, проаналізовано сучасний стан та визначено ключові проблеми управління науковою складовою в українських муніципалітетах. Розкрито сутність і функції наукової складової в управлінні бюджетом: від планування досліджень і формування аналітичної бази – до оцінки ефективності прийнятих рішень і прогнозування впливу зовнішніх факторів. Визначено ключові принципи ефективного управління: наукова обґрунтованість, міждисциплінарність, адаптивність, відкритість, інституційна взаємодія. Систематизовано можливості інтеграції наукових установ, незалежних аналітичних центрів та цифрових інструментів в муніципальне бюджетне управління.
Результати. Запропоновано концептуальну модель управління науковою складовою, що охоплює такі етапи: стратегічне планування науково-аналітичного супроводу, координацію дій суб’єктів, організацію інституційної взаємодії, забезпечення ресурсної підтримки, механізми контролю та оцінки. Аргументовано, що системне управління науковою складовою дозволяє підвищити якість управлінських рішень, забезпечити прозорість бюджетного процесу та зміцнити довіру громадян до органів місцевого самоврядування. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані при формуванні стратегій розвитку муніципалітетів, розробці інституційних механізмів співпраці з науковими установами, а також у процесі діджиталізації управління публічними фінансами на місцевому рівні.The article is devoted to the development of a methodological approach to managing the scientific component of the budget process at the municipal level under the conditions of power decentralization in Ukraine. Given the increasing complexity of the socio-economic environment, the need for balanced local finances, and the focus on sustainable development of territorial communities, the author emphasizes the significance of scientific and analytical support in the budget process. The aim of the study is to develop a methodological approach to managing the scientific component of the municipal budget process, taking into account modern challenges, institutional specifics, and international experience. The research methods include systems analysis, structural-functional approach, institutional-comparative analysis, as well as logical and formalized modeling methods in the field of scientific support of the budget process. The article explores the theoretical foundations of scientific support for the budget process, analyzes the current state, and identifies key issues in managing the scientific component within Ukrainian municipalities. It reveals the essence and functions of the scientific component in budget management – from research planning and analytical database formation to the evaluation of decision effectiveness and forecasting the influence of external factors. The key principles of effective management are defined: scientific validity, interdisciplinarity, adaptability, openness, and institutional interaction. The opportunities for integrating scientific institutions, independent analytical centers, and digital tools into municipal budget management are systematized.
Results. A conceptual model for managing the scientific component is proposed, encompassing the following stages: strategic planning of scientific and analytical support, coordination of stakeholder actions, organization of institutional cooperation, provision of resource support, and implementation of control and evaluation mechanisms. It is argued that systematic management of the scientific component improves the quality of managerial decisions, ensures transparency in the budget process, and strengthens citizens’ trust in local self-government authorities.
The research findings can be applied in the development of municipal development strategies, the design of institutional cooperation mechanisms with scientific institutions, and the digitalization of public finance management at the local level
The market of international road freight transportation of Ukraine in the context of integration into the single European transport space: development trends, barriers and ways to overcome them
Full text linkУ статті обґрунтовано стратегічне значення у відновленні економіки України процесу інтеграції автомобільного сегменту ринку вантажних перевезень в єдиний європейський транспортний простір. Визначено основні проблеми сучасного розвитку цього сегменту, пов’язані з геополітичними процесами. Наведено перелік бар’єрів інтеграційного процесу що виникають як внаслідок внутрішньоукраїнських проблем так і з боку транспортної системи Європейського Союзу. Сформовано комплекс заходів для подолання бар’єрів в процесі інтеграції автотранспортних перевезень вантажів України в єдиний транспортний простір ЄС.The article substantiates the strategic importance of the process of integrating the automobile segment of the freight market into the single European transport space in the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. A quantitative analysis of global, European and domestic freight transportation, including road transport, is provided. Key trends in the development of the international and, in particular, the European freight market are identified, which include the growth of demand for “green transport” and transparent environmental standards, intensive digitalization and automation, the transition to multimodality, as well as more stringent regulatory requirements and challenges in terms of staffing.
A list of barriers to the integration process is provided, including Ukraine’s internal problems, such as the need to modernize infrastructure, imperfect legal and institutional capacity, competition in the market, as well as difficulties with compliance with regulatory requirements and interinstitutional coordination. On the EU side, the main barriers are infrastructure, regulatory, investment challenges and environmental sustainability issues. A set of measures has been formed to overcome barriers in the process of integrating Ukrainian road freight transport into the EU single transport space. In particular, it is important for Ukraine to finance infrastructure modernization, adapt legislation to European standards, stimulate competition, support small and medium-sized enterprises, ensure monitoring of regulations and strengthen inter-institutional coordination. On the EU side, important measures are joint cross-border infrastructure projects, harmonization of standards, conclusion of agreements to simplify customs and border procedures, attraction of investments through international funds, as well as the introduction of environmental standards and incentives for “green” transport
