Management of Competitive Potential and Strategy of Industrial Enterprises
No full textУ статті узагальнено погляди сучасних науковців та представлено комплексне бачення процесу розробки та реалізації конкурентної стратегії підприємства. Визначено чинники та умови, необхідність врахування та дотримання яких на конкретних етапах процесу формування конкурентної стратегії є вкрай важливим і сприяє оптимальному використанню наявного стратегічного потенціалу підприємства.
Визначено, що управління стратегічним потенціалом – це складний та інтегрований динамічний процес, правильність вибору якого залежить від того, яким чином будь-яке підприємство прагне використовувати власні ресурси та можливості для досягнення власної загальної стратегії. У статті виділено основні складові, об’єкт та предмет стратегічного управління підприємством.
Проведена систематизація сучасних принципів та функцій стратегічного управління підприємством. Визначено основні етапи процесу розробки та реалізації загальної стратегії підприємства. Запропоновано методичний підхід до вдосконалення процесу розробки та реалізації загальної стратегії підприємства, реалізація якого ґрунтується на впровадженні в його систему управління та оцінки стратегічного потенціалу підприємства.
Викладено авторську модель управління стратегічним потенціалом підприємства, як одного з основних складових процесу розробки та реалізації загальної стратегії.The article summarizes the views of modern scientists and presents a comprehensive vision of the process of developing and implementing a company's competitive strategy. Factors and conditions are determined, the need to take into account and comply with them at specific stages of the process of forming a competitive strategy is extremely important and contributes to the optimal use of the existing strategic potential of the enterprise.
It was determined that the management of strategic potential is a complex and integrated dynamic process, the correct choice of which depends on how any enterprise seeks to use its own resources and opportunities to achieve its own overall strategy.
The article highlights the main components, object and subject of strategic enterprise management. Systematization of modern principles and functions of strategic enterprise management was carried out.
The main stages of the process of development and implementation of the general strategy of the enterprise are defined. A methodical approach to improving the process of development and implementation of the general strategy of the enterprise is proposed, the implementation of which is based on the introduction into its management system and assessment of the strategic potential of the enterprise.
The author's model of managing the company's strategic potential is outlined as one of the main components of the process of developing and implementing a general strategy

З метою реалізації цього суспільно значимого завдання для шкіл Черкаської області розроблено і схвалено Міністерством освіти і науки програму та навчально-методичне забезпечення викладання в 7–11 класах курсу «Моя Черкащина» (історія краю від найдавніших часів до сучасності).
Розкривається зміст історико-краєзнавчого курсу і досвід його впровадження в освітній процес.The article emphasizes the relevance of teaching the history of the native land in institutions of general secondary education as an important factor in the formation of national-historical consciousness and patriotic qualities in modern schoolchildren. In order to implement this socially significant task in the schools of the Cherkasy region, the program and educational and methodological support for teaching the course «My Cherkasy» (history of the region from ancient times to the present) was developed and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science in grades 7–11.

No full textДослідження оболонок складної форми, особливо для комбінованих сферичних і циліндричних оболонок, останнім часом стали важливим та актуальним завданням. Крім того, проблеми з коливаннями неминуче виникають внаслідок дії на такі комбіновані оболонкові конструкції експлуатаційних навантажень. Варто зауважити, що однією з головних проблем таких досліджень є визначення коректних навантажень на складні оболонкові конструкції під дією швидкоплинних ударних навантажень. При цьому якість кінцевого результату залежить від коректного вирішення обох задач, які фактично належать до двох різних напрямів: обчислювальної гідродинаміки та обчислювальної динаміки твердого тіла. У статті розглянуто взаємодію ударної хвилі з крутим фронтом і стрибком тиску ΔP = 1 · 10⁶ зі сферично-циліндричною комбінованою оболонкою типу циліндр—півсфера (радіус циліндричної та сферичної частин 324 мм). Цей клас досліджень виконано із застосуванням підходів до вирішення суміжних проблем механіки твердого тіла та обчислювальної динаміки рідини. Отримано значення параметрів тиску (у вигляді дифракційного тиску) під час набігання ударної хвилі на складну оболонку. Проаналізовано коливальні процеси складної оболонки під дією динамічного навантаження.The study of shells with complex shapes, especially combined spherical and cylindrical shells, has recently become an important and urgent task. In addition, when operational loads are applied to such combined shell structures, vibration problems inevitably arise. It should be noted that one of the main problems of such studies is the determination of correct loads on complex shell structures under the action of fast impact loads. The quality of the final result depends on the correct solution of both problems, which actually belong to two different directions: computational fluid dynamics and computational solid dynamics. The interaction of a shock wave with a steep front and a pressure jump ΔP = 1 · 10⁶ with with a spherical-cylindrical combined shell of cylinder-half-sphere type (radius of cylindrical and spherical parts 324 mm) was studied. This class of studies was carried out using different approaches to solving related problems of solid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics. The value of pressure parameters (in the form of diffraction pressure) at rolling of a shock wave on a shell was obtained. The vibrational processes of a complex shell under the action of dynamic loading are analyzed
A little-known lane on Tatarka and its historical sites

На сьогодні ці об’єкти не мають пам’яткоохоронного статусу і знаходяться під загрозою фізичного знищення. У статті висвітлено історію цих об’єктів, визначено їхню автентичність та ряд ознак, за якими вони пропонуються для включення до Переліку щойно виявлених об’єктів культурної спадщини міста Києва.
Окреслено ряд основних проблем, з якими стикається науковець у процесі дослідження «небажаної» культурної спадщини та перспектив їхнього вирішення з метою подальшого збереження окремих будівель і споруд, що мають архітектурну та історичну цінність, та відображають характер унікальної місцини.The article is devoted to the results of the study of historical buildings that are located on the territory of the Tatarka area in Kyiv, today these objects don’t have monument protection status and are under the threat of physical destruction.
At the beginning of 2024, the Shevchenko district, the territory of which included the historical area of Tatarka, counts 1,388 objects of cultural heritage, of which only 27 are located within the boundaries of Tatarka. Despite such minor indicators, which would encourage the preservation of immovable heritage of the historical place, every year new threats are appeared in the form of developers or unscrupulous owners who destroy monuments.
To preserve such buildings, which became an «unwanted legacy», the city authorities introduced a moratorium on reconstruction and/or major repairs of the buildings of the 19th–20th centuries in order to prevent their destruction, thereby providing a certain time for their research and inclusion in the List of recently discovered objects of cultural heritage of the city of Kyiv.
Our attention was attracted by 3 residential buildings: No. 4, 6, 12 on Delehatskyi Lane, which are the only historical buildings on it that have survived to this day. These buildings were built in the historicist style using elements of the so-called brick style and give an introduction of the traditional character of the historical environment of Tatarka.
The relevance of the study is due to the need to signify historical, architectural significance of the objects located on Delehatskyi Lane, to highlight possible ways of their protection and to attract the attention of historians, monument experts, and the active public to their future fate

Головний принцип цифрової економіки – поглиблене впровадження цифрових технологій. Головний принцип цифрової економіки – поглиблене впровадження цифрових технологій. Для цього використовуються різноманітні апаратні та програмні засоби збору, обробки та передачі цифрової інформації в усіх сферах господарської діяльності.
У статті уточнено визначення нової економічної категорії «цифрова економіка», обґрунтовано комплекс теоретичних положень, які розкривають сутність соціально-економічного розвитку та підходи до управління економічним розвитком в умовах цифрової економіки.
У статті рекомендовано структуру системи оцінки впливу цифрових технологій на соціально-економічні відносини у вигляді тривимірної системи збору та аналізу інформації, запропоновано систему принципів вибору пріоритетних напрямків розвитку цифрової економіки, визначено два типи регіональних програм розвитку цифрової економіки.
Цифрова економіка розширює потенціал економічного розвитку, водночас створює низку обмежених у часі зобов’язань і витрат, джерела яких необхідно планувати та своєчасно визначати. В умовах цифрової економіки регіони можуть виступати самостійними суб’єктами глобальних процесів, що виводить міжрегіональну конкуренцію за межі національної економіки – у глобальний цифровий простір.
Розвиток цифрової економіки не має ставати самоціллю, її розвиток має бути спрямований на вирішення існуючих проблем та цілей, визначених у стратегічних документах. У рамках заходів щодо досягнення конкретних цілей мають бути розроблені механізми найбільш доцільного використання коштів та інструментів цифрової економіки для вирішення завдань розвитку регіону.
Пріоритетні напрями розвитку цифрової економіки, як з точки зору завдань, що вирішуються, так і з точки зору використання цифрових інструментів, мають визначатися регіонами самостійно, виходячи зі своєї специфіки як територіальної соціально-економічної одиниці, що прагне зберегти власну ідентичність у глобальному просторі, та поточної ситуації.The digital economy is one of the most widely discussed factors of the global socio-economic process at present, it has numerous, multifaceted and diverse manifestations. The article clarifies the definition of the new economic category “digital economy”, substantiates a set of theoretical provisions that reveal the nature of socio-economic development and approaches to managing economic development in a digital economy.
The article recommends the structure of the system for assessing the impact of digital technologies on socio-economic relations in the form of a three-dimensional system of information collection and analysis, proposed a system of principles for choosing priority directions for the development of the digital economy, identified two types of regional programs for the development of the digital economy.
The digital economy expands the potential of economic development, while creating a number of time-bound obligations and expenses, the sources of which must be planned and identified in a timely manner. In the conditions of the digital economy, regions can act as independent subjects of global processes, which moves interregional competition beyond the borders of the national economy – into the global digital space.
The development of the digital economy should not become an end in itself, its development should be aimed at solving existing problems and goals set in strategic documents. The mechanisms of the most appropriate use of funds and tools of the digital economy to solve the tasks of the region’s development should be developed within the framework of measures to achieve specific goals.
The priority directions of the development of the digital economy, both from the point of view of the tasks to be solved and from the point of view of the use of digital tools, must be determined by the regions independently, based on their specificity as a territorial socio-economic unit that seeks to preserve its own identity in the global space, and the current situation
