Traditional Folk Clothes in the Dimension of Modern Nation Consolidation Processes

Розглянуто псевдонаукові наративи російських науковців з метою знищення ідентичності і зміни свідомості сучасних українців на підтримку сучасного фашистського режиму росії. Наголошено на соціальному (як базовому) критерії для розуміння ролі народного вбрання, вишитої сорочки у згуртуванні нашого народу під час Помаранчевої революції, Революції гідності та війни росії проти України. У статті виокремлено тенденцію до зростання значення місцевої спадщини малої батьківщини з її кодами ідентифікації, що визначило діяльність багатьох майстрів.The article is devoted to folk culture, in particular, clothing as a powerful factor of national consolidation and expression of the mentality of Ukrainians in the war unleashed by russia. The pseudo-scientific narratives of russian scientists with the aim of destroying the identity and changing the consciousness of modern Ukrainians in support of the modern fascist regime of russia are considered. Emphasis is placed on the social (as a basic) criterion for understanding the role of the national dress, the embroidered shirt, in uniting our people during the Orange Revolution, the Revolution of Dignity, and russia’s war against Ukraine. Проаналізовано, як сучасні дронові інноваційні технології впливають на архітектуру військових операцій і приводять до змінення тактики ведення як загальновійськового бою, так і бойових дій на морі. Зазначено, що під час широкомасштабної війни дронізація актуалізувалася і набула в Україні системного характеру.The article examines some issues related to a real revolutionary breakthrough in the production of drones for various military purposes in Ukraine, which are widely used in air, ground, surface and underwater versions. The authors analyze how modern innovative drone technologies affect the architecture of military operations and lead to changes in the tactics of both combined arms operations and combat operations at sea. It is noted that during a large-scale war, drone technology has been prioritized and has become systemic in Ukraine
Implementation of Innovative Technologies of Personnel Management at the Metallurgical Enterprise

Основною метою статті аналіз досвіду впровадження інноваційних технологій управління персоналом на вітчизняному металургійному підприємстві. Об’єкт дослідження – процес використання сучасних технологій в управлінні персоналом на вітчизняних підприємствах. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методичні положення та прикладні аспекти впровадження сучасних технологій в управлінні персоналом на вітчизняних підприємствах. Систематизація літературних джерел та підходів до вирішення проблеми впровадження інноваційних технологій управління персоналом вказує на те, що, з одного боку, достатньо розробленим є стан науково-теоретичної розробки проблематики технологій управління персоналом в царині теоретичного обґрунтування форм і способів HR-менеджменту, а з другого, - в меншій мірі дослідженим є аналіз реального досвіду, викликів і проблем безпосереднього впровадження новітніх HR-технологій в менеджменті організацій, зокрема промислових підприємств в умовах війни. Дослідження теми у роботі здійснюється в логічній послідовності від теоретичних узагальнень існуючих методичних підходів щодо впровадження інноваційних технологій управління персоналом до аналізу практичних рішень і заходів з наступним формуванням висновків. Методологічним інструментарієм дослідження став аналіз та порівняльний аналіз, статистичний аналіз, методи прогнозування показників ефективності управління персоналом, оцінки вартості окремих форм підвищення освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня ПАТ «Металургійний комбінат “Запоріжсталь”» упродовж 2021-2023 років. У статті представлені результати емпіричного аналізу досвіду впровадження інноваційних технологій управління персоналом металургійному підприємстві в умовах військової агресії та підвищених ризиків Дослідження емпірично підтверджує та теоретично доводить, що кваліфікований персоналу та продуктивність праці є провідним активом металургійного підприємства, рушійною силою адаптивності до безпекових і технологічних викликів рушійною силою адаптивного реагування на безпекові і технологічні виклики. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для наукових працівників і управлінців з HR-менеджменту.The article summarizes the experience of introducing innovative technologies of personnel management at a metallurgical enterprise. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of introducing innovative technologies of personnel management at a domestic metallurgical enterprise. The object of research is the process of using modern technologies in personnel management at domestic enterprises. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological provisions and applied aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in personnel management at domestic enterprises. The systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem of introducing innovative HR-management technologies indicates that, on the one hand, the state of scientific and theoretical development of the issues of HR-management technologies in the field of theoretical substantiation of forms and methods of HR-management is sufficiently developed, and on the other hand, the analysis of real experience, challenges and problems of direct implementation of the latest HR-technologies in the management of organizations, in particular industrial enterprises in wartime conditions, has been less studied. The study of the topic in the paper is carried out in a logical sequence from theoretical generalizations of existing methodological approaches to the introduction of innovative technologies of personnel management to the analysis of practical solutions and measures with the subsequent formation of conclusions. The methodological tools of the study were analysis and comparative analysis, statistical analysis, methods of forecasting personnel management performance indicators, estimating the cost of certain forms of improving the educational and qualification level of PJSC “Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Works” during 2021-2023. The article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the experience of introducing innovative technologies for personnel management at a metallurgical enterprise in the context of military aggression and increased risks The study empirically confirms and theoretically proves that qualified personnel and labor productivity are the leading asset of a metallurgical enterprise, the driving force of adaptability to security and technological challenges the driving force of adaptive response to security and technological challenges. The results of the study may be useful for researchers and managers in HR management

Процес виховання дитини в українській традиційній культурі передбачав моделювання чітко регламентованих ролей дорослих, символічне закріплення статі та проєктування успішної соціальної ролі в майбутньому.The article is dedicated to one of the important aspects of Ukrainian traditional culture, namely the gender-role education of a child, and his or her gender socialization. The relevance of the topic is specified with the high interest in the peculiarities of Ukrainian folk culture, its evolution, and transformation, the need to understand the determining factors of the existence of Ukrainians of previous generations, a wide range of issues related to the social influence on the human personality in the past and present. The process of raising a child in Ukrainian traditional culture implies the modeling of clearly regulated roles of adults, the symbolic consolidation of gender, and the designing of a successful social role in the future

Методологія дослідження базується на поєднанні принципів історизму, науковості,
об’єктивності з використанням спеціальних історичних методів, що дозволило проаналізувати напрямки та шляхи вирішення нагальних проблем українського селянства представниками ліберального напряму, а також визначити недоліки, які гальмували втілення в життя цих реформ. Наукова
новизна полягає в тому, що на основі матеріалів періодичної преси ліберально-демократичних сил
проаналізовано основні проблеми українського села початку ХХ ст. Акцентовано увагу на тому,
що на сторінках газети публікувалися не лише статистичні дані про селянське малоземелля та безземелля в українських губерніях, але подавалася інформація та пропозиції різних політичних сил щодо шляхів вирішення цієї проблеми. Доведено, що в газеті друкувалися найактуальніші матеріали,
які висвітлювали участь селянства в революційних виступах та пошуки виходу з кризового становища у сільському господарстві з боку уряду та політичних партій. Охарактеризовано значення
та місце, яке займали такі публікації на сторінках газети для висвітлення діяльності УДРП у вирішенні аграрних проблем.The purpose of the study is to research publications of the liberal-democratic press in the field of agrarian
relations and problem-solving projects proposed by representatives of the UDRP and other political
parties, the analysis of the program provisions of political parties, and coverage of proposals on the feasibility
of reforms proposed by the government in the Ukrainian provinces. The research methodology is
based on a combination of principles of historicism, science, and objectivity with the use of special historical
methods, which made it possible to analyze the directions and ways of solving the urgent problems of
the Ukrainian peasantry by representatives of the liberal direction, as well as to identify problems that slowed
down the implementation of these reforms. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the main problems
of the Ukrainian village at the beginning of the 20th c. were analyzed on the basis of the materials of
the periodical press of the liberal-democratic forces. Attention was focused on the fact that newspaper
published not only statistical data on peasant smallholdings and landlessness in Ukrainian provinces, but
also provided information and proposals of various political forces on ways to solve this problem. It is proven
that newspaper published the most relevant materials, which highlighted the participation of the peasantry
in revolutionary speeches and the search for a way out of the crisis situation in agriculture by the
government and political parties. The importance and place occupied by such publications on the pages of
newspaper to cover the activities of the UDRP in solving agrarian problems is characterized
