Про задачу Діріхле для узагальнених рівнянь Коші—Рімана
No full textHere we give a survey of consequences of the theory of the Beltrami equations from the complex analysis for the Dirichlet problem to generalized Cauchy-Riemann equations ▽v = B▽u in the real plane R² that describe flows of fluids in anisotropic and inhomogeneous media, where B is a 2 × 2 matrix valued coefficient and the gradients ▽u and ▽v are interpreted as vector columns. Moreover, we clarify the relationships of the latter to the A-harmonic equation div (A▽u) = 0 with matrix valued coefficients A that is one of the main equations of the potential theory, namely, of the hydromechanics (fluid mechanics) in anisotropic and inhomogeneous media in the plane. The survey includes a series of effective integral criteria for existence of regular solutions of the Dirichlet problem with continuous data in arbitrary bounded simple connected domains to generalized Cauchy-Riemann equations with matrix coefficients in the case of anisotropic and inhomogeneous media.Стаття містить огляд наслідків теорії рівнянь Бельтрамі з комплексного аналізу для задачі Діріхле до узагальненого рівняння Коші—Рімана ▽v = B▽u на дійсній площині R², що описує потоки рідини в анізотропних та неоднорідних середовищах, де коефіцієнт B представлено у вигляді 2 × 2 матриці, а градієнти ▽u та ▽v інтерпретуються як вектор-стовпці. Крім того, з’ясовується зв’язок цього рівняння з A-гармонічним рівнянням div(A▽u) = 0 з матричними коефіцієнтами A, яке є одним із головних рівнянь теорії потенціалу, а саме гідромеханіки (механіки рідин) в анізотропних та неоднорідних середовищах на площині. Features of photoluminescence spectra of black non-metallic surfaces
No full textДосліджено спектри фотолюмінесценції зразків чорних неметалевих поверхонь, а саме пластику, фотопаперу та оксамиту. Проведений аналіз показав, що на характеристики цих спектрів впливає процес фотозбудження молекул, які входять до складу цих матеріалів. Експериментально визначені спектри фотолюмінесценції чорної поверхні оксамиту після її покриття сажею та аквадагом. Встановлено, що оксамит, вкритий аквадагом має найменшу інтенсивність фотолюмінесценції. Запропоновано методику вимірювань випромінювальних властивостей рідини на чорних поверхнях методом оптичної спектроскопії. Вперше на поверхні оксамиту в області довжин хвиль λ = 400÷700 нм отримано спектри фотолюмінесценції крапель рідин – води, спирту та 40% розчину глюкози. Ретельний розгляд цих спектрів дозволив ідентифікувати випромінювання радикалів ОН й СН та показати вплив типу зв’язку ОН з остовом молекул досліджених рідин. Запропонована методика вивчення фотолюмінесценції рідин дозволяє безпосередньо вимірювати спектри їх люмінесценції без використання пробірок, кювет.The photoluminescence spectra of black samples with non-metallic surface — plastic, photographic paper and velvet — have been studied. The analysis showed that the characteristics of these spectra are influenced by the process of photoexcitation of molecules included in these materials. The photoluminescence spectra of the black velvet surface after its coating with soot and aquadag were experimentally determined. It was established that velvet coated with aquadag has the lowest photoluminescence intensity. It has also been established that exposure to sunlight significantly changes the photoluminescent characteristics of such a surface. A method for measuring the radiation properties of liquids on black surfaces using optical spectroscopy has been proposed. For the first time, in the wavelength range λ = 400÷700 nm, photoluminescence spectra of drops of liquids — water, alcohol and 40 % glucose solution — were obtained. Careful analysis of these spectra allowed us to identify the emission of OH and CH radicals and to show the influence of the type of OH bonding with the molecular basis of the liquids under study. The proposed approach to the study of photoluminescence of liquids allows direct measurements of their luminescence spectra without the use of tubes and cuvettes.Автори висловлюють подяку проф. Є.Ю. No full textМета статті полягає в узагальненні досвіду усноісторичних досліджень повсякденного життя мешканців Чернігівщини під час російсько-української війни у 2022–2024 рр., які проводять викладачі та студенти Навчально-наукового інституту історії та соціогуманітарних дисциплін імені О. М. Лазаревського Національного університету «Чернігівський колегіум» імені Т. Г. Шевченка під час етнографічної практики. Особлива увага була спрямована на з’ясування емоційно-психологічного стану населення, особливостей поведінки людей, їхньої реакції на заходи окупантів, а також основних життєвих стратегій та способів виживання мешканців населених пунктів під час активної фази бойових дій.The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of oral history research on the everyday life of residents of Chernihiv region during the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022–2024, conducted by teachers and students of the Lazarevsky Educational and Research Institute of History and Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines of the National University «Chernihiv Collegium» named after T. G. Shevchenko during ethnographic practice. Particular attention was paid to finding out the emotional and psychological state of the population, the peculiarities of people’s behavior, their reaction to the occupiers’ actions, as well as the main life strategies and ways of survival of the inhabitants of the settlements during the active phase of hostilities

No full textМета роботи – вивчення процесу формування української консервативної аристократії на території Чернігівщини, з особливим акцентом на соціальних, політичних та культурних чинниках, що вплинули на розвиток цієї аристократії. Це включає аналіз ключових аристократичних родин Чернігівської землі, їхню роль у суспільстві, взаємодію з іншими соціальними групами та вплив на загальний розвиток регіону. Дослідження базується передовсім на спеціально-наукових методах, а саме: порівняльно-історичному, історико-типологічному, а також на загальнонаукових – аналізу, індукціі, дедукціі, синтезу, структурно-системному тощо. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у всебічному аналізі формування української консервативної аристократії на території Чернігівщини. У роботі вперше детально розглянуто специфічні особливості розвитку цієї соціальної групи, включаючи її політичні та культурні впливи на регіон. Дослідження також виявляє вплив внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів на процеси формування і трансформації аристократичних родин, зокрема в контексті змін соціально-політичної ситуації в Україні.
Висновки. Дослідження підкреслює ключову роль Чернігівщини у формуванні української консервативної аристократії, яка походила з козацької старшини. Ці аристократичні родини мали значний вплив на збереження традицій та розвиток регіону, проте стикалися з труднощами адаптації до нових політичних умов. Вони активно підтримували культурну спадщину, сприяючи збереженню національної ідентичності. Отже, Чернігівщина виступала не лише як політичний та економічний центр, але й як осередок культурного розвитку, де консервативна аристократія відігравала важливу роль.The purpose of the work is to study the process of formation of the Ukrainian conservative aristocracy in the territory of Chernihivschyna, with a special emphasis on social, political and cultural factors that influenced the development of this aristocracy. This includes an analysis of the key aristocratic families of Chernihivschyna, their role in society, interaction with other social groups, and influence on the overall development of the region. Research methods are primarily based on special scientific methods, namely: comparative-historical, historical-typological, as well as general scientific methods – analysis, induction, deduction, synthesis, structural-systemic, etc. Novelty. The scientific novelty of the study consists in a comprehensive analysis of the formation of the Ukrainian conservative aristocracy in the territory of Chernihivschyna. For the first time, the work examines in detail specific features of the development of this social group, including its political and cultural influences on the region. The study also reveals the influence of internal and external factors on the processes of formation and transformation of aristocratic families, particularly in the context of changes in the socio-political situation in Ukraine. Conclusions. The study emphasizes the key role of Chernihivschyna in the formation of the Ukrainian conservative aristocracy, which came from Cossack nobility. These aristocratic families had a significant influence on the preservation of traditions and the development of the region, but faced difficulties in adapting to new political conditions. They actively supported cultural heritage, contributing to the preservation of national identity. Thus, Chernihivschyna acted not only as a political and economic center, but also as a center of cultural development, where the conservative aristocracy played an important role
“The Excerpt of the Rights of Ukraine” – a political-legal treatise by Pylyp Orlyk or Ilko Borshchak? Part two
No full textМетою запропонованого дослідження є підтвердження достовірності політико-правового трактату «Вивід прав України» шляхом аналізу джерел, датованих жовтнем 1708 р. та кінцем 1711 – початком 1712 рр. Застосовуючи проблемно-аналітичний метод, автор ретельно дослідив документи тієї доби та їхні інтерпретації відомими істориками.
Новизна матеріалу полягає в тому, що автор уперше датував створення «Виводу прав України» груднем 1711 р. як документа, призначеного для представлення на міждержавній мирній конференції в Утрехті. Він також висвітлив активну дипломатичну діяльність мазепинців наприкінці 1711 – на початку 1712 рр. у Стамбулі та Бендерах, спрямовану на утворення незалежної України на основі договорів із Туреччиною, Московією та Швецією. Протягом шести місяців гетьман Пилип Орлик та його найближчі старшини підготували низку важливих документів, меморандумів, трактатів, листів і заяв для дипломатів, високопосадовців і монархів, в яких аргументували право українців на власну самостійну державу. Автор, вивчаючи ці зразки політико-державницького мислення гетьманців, за допомогою цитат із їхніх дипломатичних текстів подає найповнішу картину політичної культури соратників Івана Мазепи, розкриває їхні прагнення, сподівання та погляди на історичне минуле України.
Висновки. Історик І. Борщак не вигадував політико-правовий трактат «Вивід прав України», а підготував його до друку, переписавши з автентичного джерела. Цей документ був створений мазепинцями в грудневі дні 1711 р., сповнені напруги, коли Османська імперія оголосила війну Московії. Найбільша цінність «Виводу прав України» полягає в оприлюдненні положень угоди між Карлом XII та І. Мазепою від 30 жовтня 1708 р., а також у донесенні правди про стратегічні орієнтири борців за незалежну українську державу. Документ засвідчує високу дипломатичну спроможність мазепинців, які намагалися здобути свободу для козаків через переговори з правителями Стамбула, Стокгольма, Лондона, Відня, Версаля та Гааги.The aim of the proposed study is to confirm the authenticity of the political-legal treatise «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» («Excerpt of the Rights of Ukraine») by analyzing sources dated October 1708 and late 1711 – early 1712.
Using a problem-analytical method, the author thoroughly examined documents from that period and their interpretations by renowned historians.
The novelty of the material lies in the fact that the author has, for the first time, dated the creation of «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» to December 1711, identifying it as a document intended for presentation at the interstate peace conference in Utrecht. The study also highlights the active diplomatic efforts of Mazepa’s associates at the end of 1711 – the beginning of 1712 in Istanbul and Bender, aimed at establishing an independent Ukraine based on international treaties with Turkey, Muscovy, and Sweden.
Over six months, Hetman Pylyp Orlyk and his closest senior officials prepared a series of important documents, memorandums, treatises, letters, and statements addressed to diplomats, high-ranking officials, and monarchs, arguing for Ukrainiansʼ right to their own independent state. By analyzing these samples of political and state-building thought among the Hetmanate, the author presents the most comprehensive picture of the political culture of Ivan Mazepaʼs associates using quotes from their diplomatic texts, revealing their aspirations, hopes, and views on Ukraineʼs historical past.
Conclusions. Historian I. Borshchak did not fabricate the political-legal treatise «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy » but instead prepared it for publication by transcribing it from an authentic source. This document was created by Mazepa’s supporters during the tense days of December 1711, when the Ottoman Empire declared war on Muscovy.
The greatest value of «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» lies in its publication of the provisions of the treaty between Charles XII and Ivan Mazepa dated October 30, 1708, as well as its dissemination of the truth about the strategic orientation of the fighters for an independent Ukrainian state. The document attests to the high diplomatic competence of Mazepa’s supporters, who sought freedom for the Cossacks through negotiations with the rulers of Istanbul, Stockholm, London, Vienna, Versailles, and Hague
