Sustainable Development Goals: a roadmap for a sustainable existence of society in the biosphere or a global capitalism trap?
No full textСтаття поновлює дискусію щодо перегляду розуміння сталого (збалансованого) розвитку в антропоцені з урахуванням об’єктивного існування планетарних меж. Аналіз результативності цілей сталого розвитку станом на 2025 р. продемонстрував, що базова структура сталого розвитку та поточна глобальна економічна система, на якій вона заснована, не в змозі забезпечити їх досягнення відповідно до встановлених власних параметрів. Окреслено системні виміри та географічні масштаби транс формацій суспільного розвитку на шляху до балансу й узгодженості існування соціуму та економіки в глобальній екосистемі Землі.The article tries to renew the discussion on revising the understanding of sustainable development in the Anthropocene based on the objective existence of the Planetary Boundaries. An analysis of the effectiveness of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 as of 2025 has shown that the basic structure of sustainable development and the current global economic system on which they are based are unable to ensure their achievement in accordance with their distinguished parameters. The systemic dimensions and geographical scales of transformations of social development on the way to balance and coherence of the existence of society and economy within the limited Earth global ecosystem are outlined

Research of quantization procedure for neural network optimization in edge computing applications

Експериментальне дослідження виконано на двох контрастних платформах (високопродуктивній NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti та граничній NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super) із застосуванням моделей YOLOv8 та YOLO11 різного розміру.The research aim is a comprehensive analysis of neural network quantization procedures for object detection in edge computing and the development of practical recommendations for selecting optimal model configurations and hardware platforms. The experimental study was conducted on two contrasting platforms: the high-performance NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti and the edge NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super, using YOLOv8 and YOLO11 models of various sizes

No full textМета статті спрямована на вивчення за матеріалами «Черниговской земской недели» значимого напряму в діяльності громадського управління Чернігова – турботи про переміщених осіб, яку здійснювало десяте міське попечительство упродовж серпня–листопада 1915 р. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на принципах історизму та об’єктивності; методи корелюються з анонсованою метою, є загальнонауковими (аналіз, синтез, узагальнення) та спеціально-історичними (історико-системний, порівняльно-історичний). Наукова новизна зумовлена потребою усебічного вивчення досвіду піклування органами міського самоврядування Чернігова про біженців і переселенців у роки Першої світової війни.
Проаналізувавши наявну інформацію, можемо зробити такі висновки. Перша світова війна порушила усталений ритм діяльності інституцій громадського управління Чернігова. Новим викликом для них стала турбота про вимушено переміщених осіб, які невпинно прибували до міста, інтегруючись у його громаду, чи зупиняючись для перепочинку перед подальшою евакуацією на схід. Щоб полегшити їхнє становище, думці ухвалили рішення про створення 10-го міського попечительства, зобов’язавши його опікуватися мігрантами. Фінансове підґрунтя для його діяльності не обмежувалося лише відрахуваннями з муніципального бюджету, а й передбачало членські внески попечительства, службовців губернської земської управи, асигнування військового відомства й прибутки від проведення благодійних розважальних заходів.
Попечительство виконувало роль структури, завдяки якій міська дума Чернігова цілеспрямовано допомагала біженцям облаштуватися на новому місці на тривалий час або продовжити евакуацію вглиб країни. Забезпечували їх житлом, продовольством, одягом, предметами першої необхідності. Допомагали з працевлаштуванням, розшуком родичів, матеріально підтримували тих, хто вирішив мігрувати далі. На жаль, затяжний характер війни й зумовлена нею економічна криза гальмували ініціативи гласних громадського врядування, ставали на заваді повноцінній допомозі біженцям, утім, вона була для них порятунком у тяжких життєвих обставинах.The purpose of the publication, based on the «Chernihiv Zemskaya Nedelya» newspaper to study a significant area in the activity of the Chernihiv public administration as caring for displaced persons, which was carried out by the 10th city guardianship during August–November 1915. The research methodology is based on the principles of historicism and objectivity; the methods are correlated with the announced goal, are general scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalisation) and special historical (historicalsystemic, comparative-historical). The scientific novelty is due to the requirement for a comprehensive study of the caregiving experience for refugees and displaced people during the years of the First World War by the Chernihiv city self-government. After analyzing the available information, we can draw the following conclusions. The First World War disrupted the established rhythm of activities in the Chernihiv public administration institutions. Taking care of the forcibly displaced persons, who were constantly arriving in the city, integrating them into the community, or stopping to rest before further evacuation to the East, was a new challenge for the local authorities. In order to relieve that situation, the councilors decided to create the 10th city guardianship, which had been obligated to take care of migrants. The financial basis for its activity was not limited to deductions from the municipal budget, but also provided for membership fees of the trusteeship, employees of the provincial zemstvo administration, appropriations of the military department, and profits from the charity entertainment events. The trusteeship functioned as a structure through which the Chernihiv city council purposefully helped refugees to settle in a new place for a long time or until they continued to evacuate inland. They were provided with housing, food, clothing, and necessities. They also helped with employment, searching for relatives, financially supporting those who decided to migrate further. Unfortunately, the protracted nature of the war and the economic crisis caused by it slowed down the initiatives of public administration officials, standing in the way of full assistance to refugees, however, remained a saving factor for them in difficult life circumstances
On the generalization of one mathematical model of fractional-differential dynamics of computer viruses

This paper considers a fractional-differential analogue of the model from the paper [1] constructed using the Caputo fractional derivative of both constant and variable orders in the system of equations
Global Ukrainianhood is a new socio-cultural phenomenon in the modern world
Get PDFУ статті досліджено нове планетарне явище — глобальне українство, яке вперше в історії України тісно об’єднало десятки мільйонів наших співвітчизників із-за кордону з Батьківщиною. Підкреслено, що вирішальним чинником у появі сучасного глобального українства є розпочата 24 лютого 2022 р. повномасштабна фаза російсько-української війни, яка спровокувала п’яту хвилю еміграції з України у світ. Проаналізовано ідентифікаційну сутність глобального українства як фактора забезпечення єдності України і закордонних українців. Зроблено висновок про те, що глобальне українство стає важливим чинником досягнення перемоги українського народу в нинішній війні та перспективного відродження країни у післявоєнний період.The article examines a new planetary phenomenon — global Ukrainianhood, which for the fi rst time in the history of Ukraine and the world has closely united tens of millions of our compatriots from abroad with the Motherland. It is emphasized that the decisive factor in the emergence of modern global Ukrainianhood is the full-scale phase of the Russian- Ukrainian war that began on February 24, 2022, which provoked the fi ft h wave of emigration from Ukraine to the world. The purpose of the article is to analyze the identifying essence of global Ukrainianhood as a factor in ensuring the unity of Ukraine and Ukrainians abroad. It is concluded that global Ukrainianhood becomes an important factor in achieving the victory of the Ukrainian people in the current war and the promising revival of the country in the post-war period
