Innovative Circular Solutions in Industrial Parks: Challenges of Energy and Resource Security
Get PDFУ статті розглядаються інноваційні циркулярні рішення для індустріальних парків як ключовий інструмент сталого розвитку та післявоєнного відновлення економіки України. Окреслено основні виклики, що перешкоджають ефективному функціонуванню індустріальних парків, зокрема руйнування інфраструктури, проблеми енергозабезпечення, дефіцит сировини та обмеженість інвестицій.
Запропоновано п’ять стратегічних напрямів циркулярної трансформації індустріальних парків.
Стаття аналізує світовий досвід впровадження циркулярних рішень у промислових кластерах Данії, Нідерландів, Південної Кореї та Швеції. Окреслено перспективи застосування цих практик в Україні, зокрема через державно-приватне партнерство, цифрову інтеграцію та запровадження податкових стимулів для екологічно відповідального бізнесу.The article examines innovative circular solutions for industrial parks as a key tool for sustainable development and post-war economic recovery in Ukraine. The main challenges that hinder the effective functioning of industrial parks are outlined, including the destruction of infrastructure, energy supply problems, raw material shortages, and limited investment.
Five strategic directions for the circular transformation of industrial parks are proposed.
The article analyzes the global experience of implementing circular solutions in industrial clusters in Denmark, the Netherlands, South Korea, and Sweden. The prospects for applying these practices in Ukraine are outlined, in particular through public-private partnerships, digital integration, and the introduction of tax incentives for environmentally responsible business

The research investigates the evolutionary development of video analytical technologies from basic motion detection of the first generation to fourth-generation edge-optimized artificial intelligence, which achieved 100-fold computational acceleration while maintaining 95 % accuracy even after radical optimization
Strategizing Regional Innovation Ecosystems: a Project Approach to Analyzing the Dynamics of Economic Security During Wartime in the Context of the Need for Innovative Modernization
Get PDFСтаття присвячена аналізу процесів стратегування регіональних інноваційних екосистем в умовах воєнних дій з акцентом на забезпеченні економічної безпеки та необхідності інноваційної модернізації. Проведено аналіз динаміки ключових факторів, що впливають на їх стійкість та здатність до інноваціних змін. Проаналізовано підходи стратегування регіональних інноваційних екосистем як проекту аналізу динаміки економічної безпеки під час війни в контексті потреби інноваційної модернізації на основі структуризації проблематики формування позитивної динаміки розвитку. Визначено роль спільного бачення акціонерів, в основі якого є кооперація та взаємне доповнення у росту темпів циркуляції знань усередині системи для інноваційних процесів регіонального розвитку. Досліджено трансформаційні процеси функціонування інноваційних екосистем та ролі її суб’єктів, ідентифіковано проблеми регіонального розвитку у залежності від рівня фінансування наукової складової у сфери діяльності та створення індустріальних парків в екосистемі. Досліджено динаміку змін загальної чисельності малого і середнього бізнесу на формування динаміки доданої вартості у відсотках до загальної доданої вартості за витратами виробництва відповідного виду діяльності за видами економічної діяльності. Визначено роль малого і середнього бізнесу в інноваційній економіці у забезпеченні рівня економічної безпеки. Запропоновано підходи структуризації проектного підходу для аналізу динаміки економічної безпеки та використання інтеграції процесів стратегування регіональних інноваційних екосистем з процесами стратегічного планування у загальній стратегії регіонального розвитку. Розроблено рекомендації щодо формування ефективних стратегій розвитку регіональних інноваційних екосистем в умовах невизначеності та війни.The article is dedicated to the analysis of the processes of strategizing regional innovation ecosystems in the context of hostilities, with an emphasis on ensuring economic security and the necessity of innovative modernization. The dynamics of key factors influencing their resilience and ability to innovate are analyzed. Approaches to strategizing regional innovation ecosystems as a project for analyzing the dynamics of economic security during wartime in the context of the need for innovative modernization are analyzed based on the structuring of the problems of forming positive development dynamics. The role of a common vision of stakeholders, based on cooperation and mutual complementarity in the growth of the rate of knowledge circulation within the system for innovative processes of regional development, is determined. The transformational processes of the functioning of innovation ecosystems and the roles of its actors are investigated, and problems of regional development depending on the level of funding for the scientific component in the in relevant field and the creation of industrial parks in the ecosystem are identified. The dynamics of changes in the total number of small and medium-sized businesses on the formation of the dynamics of value added as a percentage of the total value added at production costs of the corresponding type of activity by types of economic activity are investigated. The role of small and medium-sized businesses in the innovative economy in ensuring the level of economic security is determined. Approaches to structuring a project approach for analyzing the dynamics of economic security and using the integration of strategizing processes of regional innovation ecosystems with strategic planning processes in the overall strategy of regional development are proposed. Recommendations for the formation of effective development strategies for regional innovation ecosystems in conditions of uncertainty and wartime challenges are developed

Get PDFЗавданням статті є публікація листів останнього гетьмана України Кирила Розумовського до осіб з сімейства Ґалаґанів – його родичів за лінією сестри Віри Дараган. Запровадження до наукового обігу нових епістолярних матеріалів сприяє вивченню елітарного прошарку українського соціуму в реаліях другої половини XVIII ст., актуалізує історико-антропологічний ракурс таких розвідок. Публікація документів потребувала залучення інших джерел з архіву Ґалаґанів – листів, заповітів, щоденників, юридичних паперів. Це забезпечило відтворення соціокультурного контексту комунікації Кирила Розумовського з родичами. Листи доповнюють відомості про конфлікти у родині Ґалаґанів, що сталися з кінця 1770-х до середини 1790-х років. Це фактичне розлучення Івана Григоровича Ґалаґана та його дружини Катерини Юхимівни, уродженої Дараган (племінниці Кирила Розумовського), й судова справа між Катериною Ґалаґан та її сином Григорієм, який успадкував родинні статки після смерті батька. Зміст листів не лише розширює уявлення про епістолярну спадщину К. Розумовського й унаочнює дію механізмів патерналістської опіки у комунікаційному просторі української еліти. Ці документи поглиблюють розуміння осібних взаємин в елітарних родинах козацько-старшинського походження у складному поєднанні майнових, психологічних, емоційних складників. К. Розумовський у заочному спілкуванні з племінницею та її чоловіком використовує аргументи, що мають і соціальний, і моральний сенс. Він апелює до розрізнення публічного й приватного у родинному спілкуванні, до необхідності дотримуватися обов’язків, що накладає на людей шлюб, до перемоги материнської любові над меркантильними почуттями. Листи, що публікуються, додають деталі до психологічного портрета Кирила Розумовського, до характеристики його як першої персони у патерналістській спільноті панства Лівобережної України в реаліях другої половини XVIII ст., до розуміння сутності тривалих конфліктів у родині Ґалаґанів.The aim of this article is to publish two letters written by the last Hetman of Ukraine, Kyrylo Rozumovskyi, addressed to members of the Halahan family – his relatives through his sister Vira Darahan. The introduction of these previously unpublished epistolary sources into scholarly circulation contributes to the study of the Ukrainian elite in the socio-cultur al realities of the late eighteenth century and highlights the value of historical- anthropological approaches in such inquiries. The publication of these documents required the involvement of additional materials from the Halagan family archive, including letters, wills, diaries, and legal papers. This allowed for the reconstruction of the socio-cultural context of Rozumovskyi’s communication with his relatives.
The letters offer new insights into intra-family conflicts within the Galagan lineage, particularly those that unfolded from the late 1770s through the mid-1790s. These include the effective separation of Ivan Hryhorovych Halahan and his wife Kateryna Yukhymivna (née Darahan), Rozumovsky’s niece, and a legal dispute between Kateryna and her son Hryhorii, who inherited the family estate after his father’s death. The content of the letters not only expands our understanding of Rozumovskyi’s epistolary legacy but also illustrates the functioning of paternalistic mechanisms of oversight within the communication practices of the Ukrainian nobility.
These documents enrich our comprehension of interpersonal dynamics within elite families of Cossack-officer descent, shaped by a complex interplay of material, psychological, and emotional factors. In his indirect correspondence with his niece and her husband, Rozumovskyi employs arguments that carry both social and moral weight. He appeals to the distinction between public and private spheres within familial interaction, underscores the obligations inherent in marriage, and emphasizes the precedence of maternal love over material concerns. The letters presented here contribute to a more nuanced psychological portrait of Kyrylo Rozumovskyi, reinforcing his role as a central figure within the paternalistic network of the Left-Bank Ukrainian gentry in the second half of the eighteenth century, and offer deeper insight into the nature of long-standing familial conflicts within the Galagan family
