«The Excerpt of the Rights of Ukraine» – a politicallegal treatise by Pylyp Orlyk or Ilko Borshchak? Part first
Get PDFМетою запропонованого дослідження є підтвердження достовірності політико-правового трактату «Вивід прав України» шляхом аналізу джерел, датованих жовтнем 1708 р. та кінцем 1711 – початком 1712 рр. Застосовуючи проблемно-аналітичний метод, автор ретельно дослідив документи тієї доби та їхні інтерпретації відомими істориками.
Новизна матеріалу полягає в тому, що автор уперше датував створення «Виводу прав України» груднем 1711 р. як документа, призначеного для представлення на міждержавній мирній конференції в Утрехті. Він також висвітлив активну дипломатичну діяльність мазепинців наприкінці 1711 – на початку 1712 рр. у Стамбулі та Бендерах, спрямовану на утворення незалежної України на основі договорів із Туреччиною, Московією та Швецією.
Протягом шести місяців гетьман Пилип Орлик та його найближчі старшини підготували низку важливих документів, меморандумів, трактатів, листів і заяв для дипломатів, високопосадовців і монархів, в яких аргументували право українців на власну самостійну державу. Автор, вивчаючи ці зразки політико-державницького мислення гетьманців, за допомогою цитат із їхніх дипломатичних текстів подає найповнішу картину політичної культури соратників Івана Мазепи, розкриває їхні прагнення, сподівання та погляди на історичне минуле України.
Висновки. Історик І. Борщак не вигадував політико-правовий трактат «Вивід прав України», а підготував його до друку, переписавши з автентичного джерела. Цей документ був створений мазепинцями в грудневі дні 1711 р., сповнені напруги, коли Османська імперія оголосила війну Московії.
Найбільша цінність «Виводу прав України» полягає в оприлюдненні положень угоди між Карлом XII та І. Мазепою від 30 жовтня 1708 р., а також у донесенні правди про стратегічні орієнтири борців за незалежну українську державу. Документ засвідчує високу дипломатичну спроможність мазепинців, які намагалися здобути свободу для козаків через переговори з правителями Стамбула, Стокгольма, Лондона, Відня, Версаля та Гааги.The aim of the proposed study is to confirm the authenticity of the political-legal treatise «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» («Excerpt of the Rights of Ukraine») by analyzing sources dated October 1708 and late 1711 – early 1712. Using a problem-analytical method, the author thoroughly examined documents from that period and their interpretations by renowned historians.
The novelty of the material lies in the fact that the author has, for the first time, dated the creation of «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» to December 1711, identifying it as a document intended for presentation at the interstate peace conference in Utrecht. The study also highlights the active diplomatic efforts of Mazepa’s associates at the end of 1711 – the beginning of 1712 in Istanbul and Bender, aimed at establishing an independent Ukraine based on international treaties with Turkey, Muscovy, and Sweden.
Over six months, Hetman Pylyp Orlyk and his closest senior officials prepared a series of important documents, memorandums, treatises, letters, and statements addressed to diplomats, high-ranking officials, and monarchs, arguing for Ukrainiansʼ right to their own independent state. By analyzing these samples of political and state-building thought among the Hetmanate, the author presents the most comprehensive revealing their aspirations, hopes, and views on Ukraineʼs historical past.
Conclusions. Historian I. Borshchak did not fabricate the political-legal treatise «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» but instead prepared it for publication by transcribing it from an authentic source. This document was created by Mazepa’s supporters during the tense days of December 1711, when the Ottoman Empire declared war on Muscovy.
The greatest value of «Vyvid Prav Ukrainy» lies in its publication of the provisions of the treaty between Charles XII and Ivan Mazepa dated October 30, 1708, as well as its dissemination of the truth about the strategic orientation of the fighters for an independent Ukrainian state. The document attests to the high diplomatic competence of Mazepa’s supporters, who sought freedom for the Cossacks through negotiations with the rulers of Istanbul, Stockholm, London, Vienna, Versailles, and Hague
Kinetics of interaction between titanium PT-4 and vanadium nitride under mechanochemical alloying conditions
Get PDFМетодом рентгенівської дифракції досліджено тестові проби, відібрані через годину механохімічного оброблення у високоенергетичному планетарному млині еквімолярної суміші порошку титану марки ПТ-4 з порошком нітриду ванадію (VN). З’ясовано, що вихідний матеріал титану марки ПТ-4 являє собою суміш порошків гідриду титану (TiH₂; 60 мас. %) і α-Ti (40 мас. %), а вихідний порошок нітриду ванадію однофазний і містить нітрид складу VN₀,₉₃. У результаті уточнення кристалічних структур фаз встановлено, що за час експерименту (8 год механохімічного оброблення) взаємодія між компонентами шихти відбувається у два етапи. На першому етапі синтезу частина атомів ванадію залишає кристалічну структуру VN, які в подальшому занурюються в тетраедричні пори ромбоедрично деформованої структури TiH₂. На цьому ж етапі, очевидно, починається процес руйнування структури α-Ti з формуванням у зоні реакції млина кластерів титану, які на другому етапі синтезу займають утворені вакансії структури VN. Наприкінці експерименту фінальний продукт механохімічного синтезу, крім α-Ti містить сполуку ~ TiV₀,₃₃H₀,₆₆ на основі TiH₂ і твердий розчин складу ~ V₀,₇Ti₀,₃N₀,₉₃ на основі VN. Отриманий матеріал буде компактований для вивчення його властивостей і визначення подальших перспектив його використання для виготовлення медичного інструменту.X-ray analysis of samples taken one hour after mechanochemical processing in a high-energy planetary mill of an equimolar mixture of PT-4 titanium powder and vanadium nitride (VN) powder was carried out. It was found that the starting material of PT-4 titanium is a mixture of titanium hydride (TiH₂) powders (60 wt. %) and α-Ti (40 wt. %), and the starting vanadium nitride powder is single-phase and contains nitride of composition VN0.93. As a result of refining the crystal structures of the phases, it was shown that during the experiment (8 hours of mechanochemical treatment), the interaction between the charge components occurs in two stages. Namely, in the first stage of doping, some of the vanadium atoms leave the crystal structure of VN, which subsequently immerse into the tetrahedral pores of the rhombohedral deformed structure of TiH₂. At the same stage, the process of destruction of the α-Ti structure apparently begins with the formation of titanium clusters in the reaction zone of the mill, which at the second stage of alloying occupy the formed vacancies of the VN structure. At the end of the experiment, the final product of mechanochemical alloying, in addition to α-Ti, contains the compound ~TiV₀,₃₃H₀₆₆ based on the TiH₂ and a solid solution of the composition ~V₀,₇Ti₀,₃N₀,₉₃ based on the VN. Сьогоденна творчість акторів та режисерів театру в умовах широкомасштабної війни в Україні є унікальним досвідом культурного спротиву російській агресії.
Метою статті є дослідити творчу діяльность Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру та творчості його засновника – режисера Геннадія Касьянова в контексті соціокультурного простору кінця ХХ – ХХІ ст.; проаналізувати процес становлення та розвитку Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру; виокремити неординарність, специфічність та особливості зародження традицій театрального світу режисера Г. Касьянова, театрально-сценічної культури в його творчих пошуках та мистецьких практиках; дослідити особливості сучасного репертуару Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру; визначити творчі засади розвитку Чернігівського обласного молодіжного театру в умовах російської воєнної агресії; виявити особливі завдання шляхів та перспектив удосконалення творчої практичної діяльності, проаналізувати сценічні втілення театру в період повномасштабної окупації України та облоги Чернігова під час вторгнення Росії.Relevance: May 1, 2025 Chernihiv regional youth theater will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its founding. Preservation of traditions of the theater, the creative method of director Gennady Kasyanov are relevant for the culture of Chernihivschyna. The current work of actors and directors of the theater in conditions of a large-scale war in Ukraine is a unique experience of cultural resistance to Russian aggression.
The purpose of the article is to study the creative activity of the Chernihiv regional youth theater and the work of its founder - director Gennady Kasyanov in the context of the socio-cultural space of the late 20th–21st c.; to analyze the process of formation and development of the Chernihiv regional youth theater; to highlight the originality, specificity and peculiarities of the emergence of traditions of the theatrical world of director G. Kasyanov, theatrical and stage culture in his creative searches and artistic practices; to investigate features of the modern repertoire of the Chernihiv regional youth theater; to determine the creative principles of the development of the Chernihiv regional youth theater in conditions of Russian military aggression; to identify special tasks of ways and prospects for improving creative practical activity, to analyze the practical stage embodiments of the theater during the period of full-scale occupation of Ukraine and the siege of Chernihiv during the Russian invasion

In it, in particular, the problem of modeling the fractional-differential dynamics of the spread of computer viruses is studied on the basis of a model with a bi-ordinal Hilfer derivative, taking into account non-local effects with respect to the function of the number of infected nodes
