Ecologization of the Logistics Strategy of Aviation Enterprises' Supply Chain
Full text linkУ статті розглянуто актуальні питання екологічного впливу авіаційної логістики на довкілля, зокрема викиди парникових газів, забруднення повітря, шумове навантаження та вплив на біорізноманіття. Проаналізовано основні джерела негативного впливу на різних етапах життєвого циклу повітряних суден – від проєктування та виробництва до експлуатації та утилізації. Визначено ключові фактори, що зумовлюють екологічний слід авіації, а також інноваційні підходи до зменшення впливу: використання композитних матеріалів, сталого авіаційного пального, оптимізації маршрутів, рециклінгу та програми компенсації викидів. Особливу увагу приділено формуванню екологоорієнтованої стратегії ланцюга постачань, що передбачає моніторинг, оцінку ризиків, інтеграцію екологічних цілей у загальну стратегію підприємства та постійний контроль ефективності.The article examines current issues of the effect of aviation logistics on the environment, particularly greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, noise pollution, and impacts on biodiversity. The main sources of negative impact at different stages of the aircraft life cycle-from design and production to operation and disposal – were analyzed. Key factors determining aviation's ecological footprint are identified, along with innovative approaches to reducing impact: use of composite materials, sustainable aviation fuel, route optimization, recycling, and emissions compensation programs. Special attention is paid to the formation of an ecologically oriented supply chain strategy, which includes monitoring, risk assessment, integration of environmental goals into the overall enterprise strategy, and continuous performance control

No full textУ публікації охарактеризовано проблему особистої та інституційної співпраці між Галичиною і Закарпаттям після утворення Австро-Угорської дуалістичної імперії. Це дослідження є актуальним на тлі суспільної потреби в національній єдності, вивчення її історичних прикладів, для використання в сьогоденні. Мета студії – проаналізувати процес культурної співпраці між галицькою та закарпатською інтелігенцією, її роль у протидії мадяризації та утвердженні національної ідеї на Закарпатті. Для досягнення поставленої мети в публікації використані як загальноісторичні, так і спеціальні методи дослідження, зокрема метод критичного аналізу джерел, біографістики, а також історико-порівняльний та історико-генетичний методи дослідження. Новизна дослідження полягає в публікації джерельних матеріалів, що вперше вводяться в науковий обіг, і на їх основі – аналізу протидії мадяризації на Закарпатті з боку галичан. Зокрема, було встановлено, що процес мадяризації гальмував культурне і національне життя закарпатських українців. Чинити опір угорському шовінізму було складно, проте в цій боротьбі активну участь брали і галичани. У цій студії доходимо висновків, що галицька інтелігенція відіграла ключову роль у протидії мадяризації на Закарпатті, культурному пробудженню та активізації національного відродження серед закарпатських українців.The publication describes the problem of personal and institutional cooperation between Galicia and Zakarpattia after the formation of the Austro-Hungarian dualistic empire. This study is relevant against the background of the social need for national unity, the study of its historical examples, for use in the present. The purpose of the study is to analyze the process of cultural cooperation between the Galician and Zakarpattia intelligentsia and its role in countering magyarization and establishing the national idea in Zakarpattia. To achieve the goal, the publication uses both general historical and special research methods. In particular, the method of critical analysis of sources, the method of biographical studies, as well as historical- comparative and historical-genetic research methods were used when writing the article. The novelty of the research consists in the publication of source materials, which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, and based on them, the analysis of the opposition to magyarization in Zakarpattia. In particular, it was established that the process of magyarization inhibited the cultural and national life of Zakarpattia Ukrainians. Resisting Hungarian chauvinism was difficult, but Galicians took an active part in this struggle. In this study, we come to the conclusion that Galician intelligentsia played a key role in countering magyarization in Zakarpattia, cultural awakening and activation of national revival among Zakarpattia Ukrainians
Scientific and Methodological Foundations for Studying the Impact of Behavioral Finance on the Managerial Decision-Making Process
Full text linkСтаття присвячена дослідженню науково-методологічних засад аналізу впливу поведінкових фінансів на процес прийняття управлінських рішень. Поведінкові фінанси як міждисциплінарна галузь поєднують елементи психології, економіки та теорії управління, що дозволяє глибше зрозуміти, як когнітивні упередження, емоційні та соціальні фактори формують рішення в умовах невизначеності. У статті систематизовано ключові концепції поведінкових фінансів, такі як теорія перспектив, евристики, ефект якоря, надмірна впевненість, а також ефект володіння, та проаналізовано їхній вплив на управлінські рішення в організаціях.
Метою дослідження є розробка науково-методологічних підходів до інтеграції принципів поведінкових фінансів у процеси прийняття рішень на різних рівнях управління. Методи: аналіз та синтез задля систематизації існуючих підходів до вивчення поведінкових фінансів; абстрагування та конкретизація визначили ключові характеристики поведінкових факторів; структурно-функціональний аналіз, емпіричні дослідження та моделювання. У роботі вивчено методологічні засади, які включають якісні та кількісні методи аналізу, зокрема моделювання поведінки, аналіз сценаріїв, експериментальні методи, а також статистичний аналіз даних. Особлива увага приділяється адаптації цих методів до специфіки управлінського контексту, де суб’єктивні фактори відіграють ключову роль. Проаналізовано, як когнітивні упередження, такі як підтверджувальне упередження чи ефект надмірного оптимізму, впливають на оцінку ризиків, прогнозування фінансових результатів та стратегічне планування.
Результати. За результатами дослідження запропоновано концептуальну схему впровадження поведінкових індикаторів у процес ухвалення фінансових рішень, яка передбачає – ідентифікацію, вимірювання, корекцію впливу поведінкових чинників. Схема поєднує інструменти, методи та організаційні заходи для інтеграції фінансових поведінкових індикаторів у процеси управління. На основі запропонованої схеми, з метою визначення впливу ключових когнітивних чинників на управлінські функції побудовано матрицю впливу когнітивних чинників на ключові управлінські функції, яка є інструментом, що дозволяє систематизувати та оцінити, як когнітивні упередження та психологічні аспекти впливають на виконання основних управлінських функцій, таких як планування, організація, мотивація, контроль та прийняття рішень. Також обґрунтовано низку рекомендацій щодо впровадження інструментів поведінкових фінансів у практику управління, включаючи методи дебіювання, структуризації інформації та оцінки альтернатив.The article is devoted to the study of the scientific and methodological foundations for analyzing the impact of behavioral finance on the decision-making process in management. Behavioral finance, as an interdisciplinary field, combines elements of psychology, economics, and management theory, enabling a deeper understanding of how cognitive biases, emotional, and social factors influence decisions under conditions of uncertainty. The paper systematizes key concepts of behavioral finance, such as prospect theory, heuristics, anchoring effect, overconfidence, and endowment effect, and analyzes their influence on managerial decision-making within organizations.
The purpose of the research is to develop scientific and methodological approaches to integrating behavioral finance principles into decision-making processes at various levels of management. The methods employed include analysis and synthesis to systematize existing approaches to studying behavioral finance; abstraction and concretization to identify key characteristics of behavioral factors; structural-functional analysis, empirical research, and modeling. The study explores methodological foundations encompassing both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, including behavior modeling, scenario analysis, experimental approaches, and statistical data analysis. Special attention is paid to adapting these methods to the managerial context, where subjective factors play a crucial role. The article examines how cognitive biases—such as confirmation bias and the over-optimism effect – impact risk assessment, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
Results. Based on the research findings, a conceptual framework is proposed for incorporating behavioral indicators into financial decision-making processes. This framework includes the identification, measurement, and correction of behavioral influences. It integrates tools, methods, and organizational measures to embed behavioral financial indicators into management processes. Using the proposed framework, a matrix was developed to assess the influence of key cognitive factors on core management functions. This matrix serves as a tool to systematize and evaluate how cognitive biases and psychological aspects affect the execution of essential managerial functions, such as planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, and decision-making. Additionally, a set of recommendations is provided for implementing behavioral finance tools in management practice, including debiasing techniques, information structuring, and the evaluation of alternatives
