No full textGreen Economy in Ukraine: Main Challenges and Prospects for Development in Wartime Conditions
Full text linkУ статті досліджено сутність поняття «зеленої економіки». Визначено основну її мету – досягнення сталого розвитку на основі трьох складових: екологічній, економічні та соціальній. Сформовані основні характеристики «зеленої» економіки: ефективне використання природних ресурсів, збереження та збільшення природного капіталу, зменшення забруднення, низькі вуглецеві викиди, запобігання втрати екосистемних послуг і біорізноманіття, зростання доходів і зайнятості тощо.
Проаналізовано рейтинг країн згідно «Індексу зеленого майбутнього». Визначено топ 10 країн за рівнем екологічної сталості, які очолюють рейтинг, це Ісландія, Фінляндія та Норвегія. З’ясовано, що Україна демонструє початковий рівень підготовки у сфері довкілля та зміни клімату та займає лише 63 місце в рейтингу із 79 країн. Обґрунтовані причини низької позиції України: недосконала нормативно-правова база, війна в країні, обмеженість фінансових ресурсів, фрагментарність екологічної політики, недостатній рівень державної підтримки зелених ініціатив, а також відсутність стратегічного бачення у сфері кліматичної політики.
Доведено, що зелена економіка залишається перспективним напрямом для економічного відновлення та сталого розвитку України. Її ефективний розвиток можливий за умови сталого розвитку всіх галузей промисловості та насичення як виробництва, так і споживання – «зеленими» технологіями. Сформовані основні перспективи її розвитку в умовах війни: зелене післявоєнне відновлення інфраструктури, розвиток відновлювальної енергетики, «зелене» сільське господарство та відновлення земель, раціональне використання водних ресурсів, чітке формування культури екологічної відповідальності та інші.The article explores the essence of the concept of «green economy». Its main goal is determined – achieving sustainable development based on three components: ecological, economic and social. The main characteristics of a «green» economy have been formed: efficient use of natural resources, preservation and increase of natural capital, reduction of pollution, low carbon emissions, prevention of loss of ecosystem services and biodiversity, growth of income and employment, etc.
The ranking of countries according to the «Green Future Index» was analyzed. The top 10 countries in terms of environmental sustainability were determined, which are Iceland, Finland and Norway. It was found that Ukraine demonstrates an initial level of preparation in the field of the environment and climate change and occupies only 63rd place in the ranking out of 79 countries. The reasons for Ukraine's low position are well-founded: an imperfect regulatory framework, war in the country, limited financial resources, fragmentation of environmental policy, insufficient state support for green initiatives, and the lack of a strategic vision in the field of climate policy.
It has been proven that the green economy remains a promising direction for the economic recovery and sustainable development of Ukraine. Its effective development is possible under the condition of sustainable development of all industries and saturation of both production and consumption with «green» technologies. The main prospects for its development in war conditions have been formed: green post-war infrastructure restoration, development of renewable energy, «green» agriculture and land restoration, rational use of water resources, clear formation of a culture of environmental responsibility, and others

Key Factors for Successful Implementation of ‘Well-Being» – Programmes in Ukraine
No full textУ статті досліджено проблему пошуку ефективних методів управління персоналом, підвищення рівня його залученості та лояльності, а також рівня продуктивності праці в умовах зростаючої уваги до концепції «well-being» (концепції благополуччя).
Розглянуто ключові фактори успішної імплементації «well-being»-програм; проаналізовано критичні аспекти існуючих підходів до забезпечення благополуччя на робочому місці; висвітлено передовий досвід великих компаній у сфері підтримки ментального здоров'я працівників.
У статті доведено наявність тісного взаємозв'язку між упровадженням комплексних «well-being»-програм та позитивними змінами у залученості, лояльності персоналу і зростанні продуктивності праці.
Ключовими детермінантами успішності «well-being»-ініціатив визначено: персоналізацію, що передбачає врахування індивідуальних потреб співробітників; інтеграцію програми забезпечення ключових аспектів благополуччя в систему корпоративної культури; забезпечення безперешкодного доступу та зручності використання відповідних інструментів; а також систематичний моніторинг і вимірювання результатів з подальшим коригуванням програм на основі виявлених недоліків. Водночас, аналіз поширених практик впровадження та реалізації «well-being»-ініціатив виявив типові помилки, серед яких фрагментарність заходів, відсутність цілісного стратегічного бачення, недостатня увага до питань ментального здоров'я та обмежене залучення працівників до процесу розробки «well-being»-програм.
Наукова новизна даної статті полягає в визначенні основних заходів впровадження програми забезпечення благополуччя (згідно основних аспектів концепції «well-being») співробітників підприємств, організацій та установ з врахуванням ролі керівництва в забезпеченні балансу робочого часу, оптимізації роботи, грамотного розподілу завдань та ін. складових створення сприятливого робочого середовища з врахуванням складних умов в Україні.The article examines the problem of finding effective methods of personnel management, increasing the level of their engagement and loyalty, as well as the level of labour productivity in the context of growing attention to the concept of ‘well-being’.
The article considers the key factors of successful implementation of ‘well-being’ programmes; analyses critical aspects of existing approaches to ensuring well-being in the workplace; highlights the best practices of large companies in supporting employees' mental health.
The article proves that there is a close correlation between the implementation of comprehensive ‘well-being’ programmes and positive changes in employee engagement, loyalty and productivity growth.
The key determinants of the success of ‘well-being’ initiatives are: personalisation, which involves taking into account the individual needs of employees; integration into the corporate culture; ensuring unhindered access and ease of use of relevant tools; as well as systematic monitoring and measurement of results with subsequent adjustment of programmes based on identified shortcomings. At the same time, the analysis of common practices of introducing and implementing wellbeing initiatives has revealed typical mistakes, including fragmentation of measures, lack of a holistic strategic vision, insufficient attention to mental health issues, and limited involvement of employees in the process of developing wellbeing programmes.
The scientific novelty of this article is to identify the main measures for implementing a programme to ensure the well-being (according to the main aspects of the ‘well-being’ concept) of employees of enterprises, organisations and institutions, taking into account the role of management in ensuring a balance of working time, optimisation of work, competent distribution of tasks and other components of creating a favourable working environment, taking into account the difficult conditions in Ukraine

History of altars of the St Cyril church of Kyiv in the 12th–19th c.
No full textМетою публікації є впровадження до наукового обігу нових відомостей про приділи Кирилівської церкви. На основі виявленої інформації створити мапи приділів Кирилівської церкви в Києві протягом ХІІ–ХІХ ст.
Припущення, висновки, нові відомості, на нашу думку, мають безперечну наукову новизну. Методи дослідження застосовано відповідно до поставленої мети на основі принципів об’єктивізму та науковості. Переважно використано метод аналізу, індукції та дедукції, архівного пошуку.
Висновки: у результаті дослідження віднайдено інформацію про наявні в храмі протягом ХІІ–ХІХ ст. приділи й вівтарі. Розроблено схеми розміщення престолів на першому та другому поверсі церкви. Віднайдено свідчення щодо опорядження приділів, з’ясовано, де було облаштовано печі для опалення теплих приділів. Це доповнило знання про історію Кирилівської обителі в Києві – унікальної пам’ятки ХІІ ст.The purpose of the publication is to introduce into scientific circulation new information about the aisles of the Cyril church during the 12th–19th c. On the basis of the revealed information, we aim to create a map of the aisles of St Cyril church in Kyiv. Assumptions, conclusions, new information on this issue, in our opinion, have indisputable scientific novelty. The research methods were applied in accordance with the set goal based on the principles of objectivism and scientific research. The method of analysis, induction and deduction, archival search was mainly used.
Conclusions: as a result of the research, information was found about the aisles and altars in the temple during the 12th–19th c. Plans for placing thrones on the first and the second floors of the church have been developed. Evidence was found regarding the arrangement of the allotments, it was found out where the stoves for heating the warm allotments were installed. This added to the knowledge of the history of the Cyril monastery in Kyiv – a unique monument of the 12th c

On certain nonlinear wave effect, which occurs when the second harmonic is generating
Full text linkЗасвідчено існування (описано і прокоментовано) нелінійного хвильового ефекту, який супроводжує класичний ефект утворення другої гармоніки гармонічної хвилі на виході з квадратично нелінійного середовища, коли на вході генерується перша гармоніка. Ефект полягає в несиметричному деформуванні профіля другої гармоніки, яке відбувається з моменту початку руху хвилі і виявляється в зміщенні нулів вліво та вершин вверх. В результаті поєднання двох ефектів — присутності другої гармоніки в другому наближенні і деформуванні її класичного профіля — отриманий за двома наближеннями профіль стає несиметричним.The problem under consideration belongs to mechanics. A specific type of waves (plane longitudinal waves) and a specific propagation medium (nonlinear elastically deforming according to the Murnaghan model) are selected and analyzed. The main goal of the analysis is to detect and comment on a new mechanical wave phenomenon. As a result, the existence of the nonlinear wave effect is certified (described and commented on) that accompanies the classical effect of forming the second harmonic of a harmonic wave at the output of a quadratically nonlinear medium when the first harmonic is generated at the input. The effect consists in asymmetric deformation of the profile of the formed second harmonic, which appears at the beginning of the wave motion and manifests itself in the shift of zeros to the left and peaks upward. As a result of the combination of two effects — the presence of the second harmonic in the second approximation and the deformation of its classical profile — the profile obtained in the two approximations becomes asymmetric
