Front view of early 1890\u27s home in Bridgeport, Alabama. Text on verso reads: Bridgeport, Alabama. The home of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Denton. Located on Battery Hill of Civil War fame, the house was designed by E. Stanford White. It was completed in 1893, after requiring 3 years to finish the interior. Restoration began in 1960.
