Tripp also has extensive private sector experience serving in a variety of senior-level management roles in the investment banking, management consulting, and healthcare fields. He holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary, a BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond, and was a 1997 Fellow at the Sorenson Institute for Political Leadership
