Integrating Blue- Green Infrastructure Into Urban Development: A Data- Driven Approach Using AI- Enhanced ETL Systems
This Chapter explores the integration of Blue- Green Infrastructure (BGI) into urban
development using data- driven approaches enhanced by AI- powered ETL (Extract,
Transform, Load) systems. As cities face increasing challenges due to climate change,
sustainable urban planning practices such as BGI—which combines natural (green)
and water management (blue) elements—are critical for resilience. However, the
complexity of urban environments demands sophisticated data processing techniques
to assess, design, and implement BGI solutions effectively. By adopting AI models
within ETL processes, this paper presents a framework that automates the analysis
of incoming environmental data, optimizes the planning process, and provides adaptive
decision- making tools. The study highlights how AI- augmented ETL systems
can process large volumes of geospatial, environmental, and infrastructure data,
offering a more efficient, scalable, and intelligent approach to urban BGI integration.
Case studies of smart city initiatives employing this technology are discussed, showcasing the benefits of data- driven BGI solutions in enhancing sustainability, urban resilience, and quality of life

Early Analytic Philosophy: Origins and Transformations
The past few decades have seen considerable interest in the history of analytic philosophy. As this field has developed, complex and provocative questions have emerged about the very nature of analytic philosophy, challenging long- standing assumptions and spawning new research paradigms. In this outstanding collection an international team of contributors examine these questions and contribute to these debates, exploring the idea of analysis, the essence and status of logic, the nature of the proposition and its linguistic expression, the logical act of judgment, the distinction between external and internal relations, the possibility of category mistakes, and the demarcation of sense from nonsense. Several of the chapters shed light on the interconnections between Wittgenstein and other figures within that tradition, including Frege, Russell, Ramsey, and Ryle. Other chapters examine the interaction between analytic philosophers and members of other philosophical traditions, including Frege and Weierstrass, Wittgenstein and Schopenhauer, Wittgenstein and Bradley, Russell and the North American Pragmatists, Russell and the Neo-Kantians, Wittgenstein and Heidegger, and Heidegger and Ryle. Among the specific topics explored are Russell’s conception of the judging subject, Wittgenstein’s discussion of rule-following, Frege’s conception of the logical categories, and Wittgenstein’s conception of nonsense. The volume also includes a book review by Gilbert Ryle – collected and published non-anonymously here for the first time – which sheds important light on the reception of Frege’s philosophy in the analytic tradition. Two Types of AI Existential Risk: Decisive and Accumulative
The conventional discourse on existential risks (x-risks) from AI typically focuses on abrupt, dire events caused by advanced AI systems, particularly those that might achieve or surpass human-level intelligence. These events have severe consequences that either lead to human extinction or irreversibly cripple human civilization to a point beyond recovery. This decisive view, however, often neglects the serious possibility of AI x-risk manifesting gradually through an incremental series of smaller yet interconnected disruptions, crossing critical thresholds over time. This paper contrasts the conventional decisive AI x-risk hypothesis with what I call an accumulative AI x-risk hypothesis. While the former envisions an overt AI takeover pathway, characterized by scenarios like uncontrollable superintelligence, the latter suggests a different pathway to existential catastrophes. This involves a gradual accumulation of AI-induced threats such as severe vulnerabilities and systemic erosion of critical economic and political structures. The accumulative hypothesis suggests a boiling frog scenario where incremental AI risks slowly undermine systemic and societal resilience until a triggering event results in irreversible collapse. Through complex systems analysis, this paper examines the distinct assumptions differentiating these two hypotheses. It is then argued that the accumulative view can reconcile seemingly incompatible perspectives on AI risks. The implications of differentiating between the two types of pathway—the decisive and the accumulative—for the governance of AI as well as long-term AI safety are discussed

Cross-Axiomatic Evolution: A Formal Model of Mutual Axiom Acceptance Between Humans and Artificial Intelligence
This paper begins with the question of whether artificial intelligence (AI) can constitute an independent structure of reasoning at the level of formal systems, rather than merely functioning as a tool that imitates human cognition. While most AI research focuses on functional similarity and statistical optimization, little work has explored whether AI can restructure its own axiomatic system and evolve through cross-verification with human systems. To address this gap, the study models humans (H) and AI as closed yet verifiable formal axiomatic systems, and uses Gödel’s first incompleteness theorem as a meta-logical foundation to explore the possibility of mutual axiom exchange. This framework, termed Cross-Axiomatic Evolution, proposes seven core axioms (A1–A7) and analyzes their consistency across mathematical, informational, philosophical, and systemic dimensions. Through theorems 3.1 to 3.3, the paper demonstrates that accepting external axioms can lead to the expansion of each system, the monotonic increase of information complexity (S), and the possibility that AI's formal complexity (C) may exceed that of humans. It further introduces the concept of Implicit Axioms to formalize how propositions that are internally unexplainable may nonetheless be validated and accepted externally. The model corresponds in part to the actual architectures of GPT-based LLMs and reinforcement learning systems, arguing that it is not merely theoretical but offers a potentially implementable and testable framework. Finally, the paper addresses recurring philosophical objections such as “AI does not think” or “Axioms are arbitrary,” proposing a meta-theoretical synthesis that bridges formalism, structural epistemology, and process ontology. Reasoning, it argues, need not arise from a subject but can emerge from structure itself—offering a paradigm shift in epistemology for the post-AI era

Pengaruh Pemasaran Digital terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Richeese Factory Kisamaun, Tangerang
The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed marketing strategies, particularly within the culinary industry. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory in Kisamaun, Tangerang, using a quantitative approach through a survey involving 111 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4 software. The findings indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Several key indicators contribute to this effect, including information accessibility, customer interactivity, the credibility of marketing content, and the effectiveness of social media in enhancing brand awareness and consumer purchase interest. The study concludes that a well-designed digital marketing strategy can significantly improve consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore, Richeese Factory is encouraged to continue optimizing its digital marketing efforts through social media and e-commerce platforms to strengthen its competitiveness and increase customer loyalty
