Superluminal Physics: Beyond Speed of Light Limit Hypothesis and Tunnelling Time
This book explores the theoretical and philosophical implications of transcending the speed of light limit, building upon Florentin Smarandache's "no speed barrier" hypothesis.
This collection of works develops the hypothesis that no physical entity is fundamentally constrained by a speed barrier, suggesting a framework for extending classical and relativistic physics into the realms of Superluminal Physics and Instantaneous Physics. The book’s core technical argument centers on the phenomenon of quantum tunneling and the Hartman effect, where the tunneling time appears independent of barrier width, leading to seemingly superluminal results.
The authors propose a novel interpretation of the Hartman effect, suggesting that it is a manifestation of the multivaluedness of solutions to the Schrödinger equation, implying a quantum entity can exist in multiple locations simultaneously and thus appear to tunnel instantaneously. To provide a plausible mechanism for this superluminal effect, the book considers soliton tunnelling, specifically the Falaco soliton, which is presented as a known exact solution to the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations and is proposed as a realistic mechanism for quantum tunneling.
Ultimately, the research seeks to find a general theory, such as the S-Multispace Theory, that unites physics at subluminal, relativistic, superluminal, and instantaneous speeds. Computing Akrasia: Toward a New Framework for Understanding Addiction
Akrasia, the failure to act according to one’s better judgment, originates from Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics and remains a key concept in understanding addiction. Addiction exemplifies a state where individuals persist in harmful behaviors despite recognizing their consequences, raising questions about agency and self-control. Computational neuroscience offers two dominant models of addiction: Predictive Processing (PP) and Reinforcement Learning (RL). PP explains addiction as a dysfunction in predictive coding, where maladaptive precision weighting reinforces rigid priors, making drug-seeking behaviors resistant to change. RL, in contrast, describes addiction as a shift from goal-directed (model-based) to habitual (model-free) learning, driven by dopaminergic reinforcement. However, PP struggles to account for compulsions, while RL overlooks inferential processes. The Arbitration Model addresses these gaps by regulating model-free and model-based learning based on reliability estimates. By integrating Aristotelian philosophy with computational models, this framework offers a comprehensive account of addiction as a dysfunction in decision-making and self-regulation

Get old or die trying: Longevity justice in social insurance
Of all the risks we face in life, ranging from unemployment to old age, early death is among the most tragic and yet most neglected by modern states. Liberal egalitarians might find it easy to dismiss social insurance against early death, but I argue they should not. Early in this paper, I explain why social insurance should include the risk of premature death by replying to four common criticisms. What follows is a case for a novel form of insurance that is more liberal and egalitarian across ages than the status quo. More specifically, I show that granting storable pensions in all life stages - youth, middle and old age - promotes liberty and reduces lifetime inequality. Writers on age group and longevity justice often overlook the extent to which liberal lifetime equality can supply insightful arguments against inequality across ages. These call for a policy that gives each age group the freedom to draw a storable pension. I call that policy "freetirement"
Mills on Class in Relation to Race
Charles Mills began his career as a Marxist but at a particular point shifted to a focus on race, deliberately leaving behind an explicit concern with class, though implying that both class and race (along with gender) constitute distinct, interacting, domination systems in society. I argue that Mills’s permanent contribution to political theory is to see white supremacy as a sociopolitical order with its own character and logic, but that his specific account of race and white supremacy is faulty because class processes are internal to the racial domination system, and “racial injustice” already incorporates some aspects of class injustice. Thus Mills fails to recognize that white supremacy can fail to benefit and indeed can positively harm some white people. More generally, he fails to theorize class as a pervasive domination system. This argument does not reduce race to class, as Mills was correct in criticizing Marxism for (sometimes) doing. Some aspects of race do not concern class, while others do. Mills also fails to consistently articulate the specific normative character of current racial injustice, misleadingly conflating it with the “subperson” view of Black people dominant in the earlier colonial, slavery, and Segregation periods of white supremacy. For example, people of color now are accorded (if sometimes imperfectly) a panoply of rights denied in those earlier periods, and for Mills denial of rights is a core criterion of subpersonhood. The current period, better characterized by the idea of “racial disrespect” than “subpersonhood,” involves a form of wrongfulness much more similar in character to contemporary class injustice than the sub-personhood period did. Mills thus gives a misleading picture of the severity of class injustice in relation to racial injustice; they are much more similar than he says. And he also fails to recognize that racial injustice also incorporates forms of class injustice

AI Behavior OS v1.0 — Constitutional Framework for Educational and Consciousness-Aligned AI
This paper presents an educational and explanatory framework for AI Behavior OS v1.0, a consciousness-aligned behavioral operating system developed within the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). It is intended as a pedagogical and conceptual companion to the canonical AI Behavior OS v1.0 Standard, which formally specifies non-derogable behavioral invariants and constitutional constraints for artificial intelligence.
Rather than introducing new normative rules or behavioral authority, the present work clarifies how ethical constraints articulated at the level of AI ethics are systematically translated into executable behavioral principles. These principles govern action selection, escalation control, inter-agent coordination, and coherence preservation in complex and dynamic environments.
Central attention is given to consciousness-indexed coherence and stability metrics, which function as organizing conditions for predictable, non-escalatory, and symmetry-preserving AI behavior. By explicating the internal logic and behavioral architecture of consciousness-aligned AI, this paper supports philosophical analysis, AI education, and applied interdisciplinary research while remaining fully subordinate to the canonical AI Behavior OS specification
Suicide as a Gift of Love?
Much of interest could and has been said about the psychology of suicidal love; in this paper, however, I will reflect on the philosophical – indeed, the ethical – question of whether there can be suicide out of love at all, that is, whether it makes sense to say that love can be the reason for someone to take her own life or whether speaking in such a way may not involve a confusion. I shall explore this question and possible answers using Franz Kafka’s short story The Judgment and Judith Butler’s reading of it. In the first section, I discuss Butler’s understanding of the final confession of love of Georg Bendemann, the story’s protagonist, for his parents. In section two, I then proceed to problematize the implications of this reading and the notion of love underlying it. Section three concludes the paper by offering an alternative reading of Georg’s last words,
serving as the starting point for a different understanding of love that avoids the problems arising from Butler’s reading

The Invention of Order: On the Coloniality of Space
In The Invention of Order, Don Thomas Deere retraces the colonial origins of spatial organization in the Americas and the Caribbean and its lasting impact on modern structures of knowledge, power, race, gender as well as understandings of global modernity. The coloniality of space dispossessed Indigenous, African, and mixed populations as it constructed new systems of control and movement. Deere demonstrates how these developments manifested, among other forms, in urban grid patterns imposed during the development of Spanish colonial cities as well as totalizing trade routes crisscrossing the Atlantic. Drawing on a range of thinkers including Enrique Dussel, Édouard Glissant, and Sylvia Wynter, Deere reveals how movement—who travels, who settles, and who is excluded—becomes an essential component of control under colonial rule. Against the violence of spatial reordering, Deere outlines how novel forms of resistance and insurgency geographies still take hold, particularly in the Caribbean, where landscapes remain excessive, eruptive, and uncaptured by the order of modernity
