Get PDFThe transfer to another job should beunderstood as any change in the labor function of theemployee (specialty, qualifications, seat), as well asthe change in other conditions of the employmentcontract, stipulated by the agreement of the parties,which were not caused by the general changes in theorganization of production and labor in theenterprise and require the consent of the employee.The main purpose of transfers is to optimize theproduction process and the redistribution ofpersonnel potential. For employee transfers act asfacts that create, change or stop employee rights.Improvement of the legal regulation of transfers in labor relations becomes especially relevant in the modern period. The purpose of the article is to examine the types of transfers in labor relations.Key words: transfer, labor function, another locality, essential conditions, employment contract, downtime, worker's consent.Під переведенням на іншу роботу необхідно розуміти будь-яку зміну трудової функції працівника(спеціальності, кваліфікації, посади), а також зміну інших умов трудового договору, обумовленихугодою сторін, які не були викликані загальними змінами в організації виробництва і праці напідприємстві і вимагають згоди працівника. Основне призначення переведень полягає у оптимізаціїпроцесу виробництва, перерозподілі кадрового потенціалу, а для працівників переведення можутьслугувати правостворюючим, правозмінюючим або правоприпиняючим фактом. Особливої актуальності у сучасний період набуває вдосконалення правового регулювання переведень у трудових відносинах.
