بناء الجملة الاسمية الأساسية في قصائد مسابقة البردة للقصيدة العمودية (1444هـ / 2022 م)
No full textيتناول هذا البحث الموسوم بدراسة البنية التركيبية للجملة الاسمية في القصائد المشاركة في قصائد مسابقة البردة للقصيدة العمودية، للكشف عن جماليات التعبير النبويّ عبر هذا النمط اللغوي.
يركز البحث على تحليل المبتدأ والخبر بوصفهما ركني الإسناد في الجملة الأسمية، وما تمنحه من دلالات الثبوت والاستقرار في تصوير شخصية النبي (6) وصفاته. ويدرس أنماط المبتدأ والخبر وأنواع الخبر (المفرد، والجملة، وشبه الجملة).
وقد اعتمد البحث على شواهد مختارة من القصائد العمودية في مسابقة البردة للقصيدة العمودية، لتبيان التوظيف البلاغي للجملة الاسمية في التعبير عن معاني الثبوت والسمو في المديح النبوي
اثر الموالي في الجوانب العسكرية
No full textشكل الموالي احد العناصر النشطة في المجتمع الإسلامي وكانوا ابرز معالمه الفكرية والثقافية مخلفين وراءهم جهوداً لايستهان بها في مختلف العلوم الدينية والأدبية في الإسلام .أما في الجانب العسكري فبدا اثرهم واضحا وخاصة في عهد الامام علي (ع) الذي اتبع مبدأ العدالة مع كل الناس ،فشارك الموالي في معركتي الجمل وصفين وكذلك لايخفى اثرهم مع الامام الحسين (ع) في ثورته ضد الحكم الاموي وايضا اشترك الموالي مع المختار في حركته بعد ان وجدوا فيه ضالتهم واعتبروه ذلك المنقذ الذي جاء ليخلصهم من ضلم وتسلط الامويين واقصاءهم لهم وعدم مساواتهم في العطاء مع بقية المسلمين ،كذلك بذل الموالي جهودا كبيرة مع العباسيين في ثورتهم ضد الامويين واستطاعوا في النهاية قتل مروان بن محمد اخر الخلفاء الامويين ،وتنصيب ابو العباس السفاح الخليفة العباسي وبه بدء عصر الدولة العباسي

No full textيركز هذا البحث على تحليل رؤية المستشرق الألماني رودولف شتروتمان (Rudolf Strothmann) للشيعة، وذلك من خلال مؤلفاته وأبحاثه التي تُعد من أبرز الإسهامات الغربية في دراسة التشيّع، ولا سيما خلال النصف الأول من القرن العشرين أولى شتروتمان اهتمامًا خاصًا بالفرق الشيعية مثل الإمامية، والإسماعيلية، والزيدية، وسعى إلى تناول التشيع كظاهرة دينية وفكرية مستقلة ضمن الإسلام، وليس مجرد حركة سياسية معارضة.

No full textيسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة بلاغة الإقناع في خطاب الممدوح، من خلال تتبع المفاهيم النظرية والأساليب البلاغية والحجاجية التي تُستخدم لاستمالة المتلقي والتأثير فيه. وقد ركّزت الدراسة على بيان العلاقة بين البلاغة والإقناع في الفكر العربي القديم والحديث، ثم انتقلت إلى تحليل نماذج مختارة من شعر ابن سهل الأندلسي، الذي اتخذ من المديح وسيلة لتثبيت صورة الممدوح أمام ذاته وجمهوره، موظفًا آليات لغوية وبلاغية متعددة. خلص البحث إلى أن الإقناع عنصر جوهري في الخطاب المدحي، وأن نجاح الشاعر يعتمد على قدرته في المواءمة بين التأثير الجمالي والوظيفة التواصلي

No full textيتناول هذا البحث دراسة تاريخية لوثائق الجنيزة اليهودية في العصر الفاطمي(297-567هـ) , والتي تعد من أهم المصادر التاريخية التي أمدتنا بمعلومات مهمة عن تجارة الهند والمعاملات التجارية , وتبين لنا أيضا أهمية موانئ بحر القلزم في هذه التجارة , وتكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في أنه شاهد حي باقي من تلك الايام , فقد حرص اليهود على الاحتفاظ بالمعاملات التجارية والمراسلات والعقود و الامور الاجتماعية والدينية , وهذه الوثائق في الغالب هي خطابات بين التجار أنفسهم أو بينهم وبين عوائلهم , وفي هذا البحث سلطنا الضوء على بعض هذه الخطابات التي تخص موانئ بحر القلزم ودورها في هذه التجارة الدولي
المشارب الفكرية عند إبراهيم يزدي
No full textيتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل شخصية الدكتور إبراهيم يزدي، بوصفه أحد أبرز رموز الفكر والسياسة في إيران المعاصرة، ممن جمعوا بين الالتزام الديني والعمل الوطني والسياسي. ركّز البحث على المشارب الفكرية التي تأثر بها يزدي منذ شبابه، بدءًا من البيئة الاجتماعية التي نشأ فيها، ومرورًا بالحركات الطلابية والجمعيات الثقافية والدينية، وصولًا إلى نشاطه في الخارج وتواصله مع قيادات إسلامية وعربية ودولية. كما تناول البحث علاقته بالرموز الإصلاحية مثل مهدي بازرگان وآية الله طالقاني، ودوره في الحركة الوطنية منذ حركة تأميم النفط بقيادة محمد مصدق، ثم مشاركته في المقاومة الوطنية عقب انقلاب 1953، وانخراطه في تأسيس الجبهة الوطنية الثانية سنة 1959.ويخلص البحث إلى أن إبراهيم يزدي مثّل نموذجًا خاصًا للسياسي الإصلاحي الذي سعى إلى التوفيق بين الفكر الإسلامي ومتطلبات الحداثة السياسية، كما جسّد في مساره العملي تطلع الجيل الإيراني آنذاك إلى التحرر من الاستبداد الداخلي والهيمنة الأجنبية. ومن هنا، فإن دراسة تجربته الفكرية والسياسية لا تقتصر على قراءة سيرة فردية، بل تساهم في فهم أوسع للتحولات الفكرية والسياسية التي عرفتها إيران في النصف الثاني من القرن العشري
The effect of spraying with Optimus plus nano-fertilizer and chelated iron on the root growth characteristics of apple seedlings, Ibrahimi variety
No full textstudy was conducted on apple saplings, variety Ibrahimi, in a lath house at the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering, College of Agriculture, University of Karbala. from mid-March to the end of June 2023. It was designed to explore the main and interactive effects of two factors. The tested factors are labeled (A and B), and the levels of the evaluation factors are labeled (C). A: Factor 1 – the nano-fertilizer used: Optimus Plus, concentrations: 0, 1, and 2 mg L⁻¹ [1]. Factor 2 – three levels of chelated iron (Fe-EDDHA) (three concentrations) (0, 75, and 150 mg L⁻¹). The research was conducted as a factorial experiment using a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicates. The total number of seedlings per replicate was 18, which were randomly assigned to two experimental units. The results of the experiment indicated a significant effect of Optimus Plus fungicide at a concentration of 2 ml L⁻¹ on all studied traits (root length, root diameter, root volume, moisture content, and root dry weight). yielding the highest values (32.56 cm,37.56cm3, 6.92cm,60.16%,21.90 sapling-1) respectively. Similarly, chelated iron at a concentration of 150 mg L⁻¹ had a similar significant effect on the studied traits (root length, root diameter, root volume, moisture content, and root dry weight). yielding the highest values (37.22 cm,44.22 cm3,6.89 cm,60.80%,24.48 sapling-1) respectively. Significant differences were shown compared to the control treatment of spraying seedlings with distilled water only. Furthermore, the dual interaction between Optimus Plus fungicide at a concentration of 2 ml L⁻¹ and chelated iron at a concentration of 150 mg L⁻¹ had a significant effect on most of the studied traits (root diameter, root volume, moisture content, and root dry weight). which reached (47.00 cm3, 65.85%,27.75 g sapling-1) respectively
Effect of adding probiotic on experimental in vitro digestion and rumen fluid characteristics of cows
No full textThe aim of this study was to demonstrate effect use of probiotic that contains many of bacteria such as Clostridium butyricum, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis estimate the digestion coefficient of dry and organic matter. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen, use of 3 treatments, to measurement of percentage of dry matter ,organic matter, the amount of metabolized energy, the percentage of protein, and the total numbers of anaerobic bacteria in the rumen fluid. The results showed that there were no significant differences between all treatments in the character the percentage of organic matter digestibility (OM%) and the percentage of dry matter and organic matter(DM), and no differed significantly from each other in the organic matter digestibility coefficient (IVOMD). When the result for (IVDMD) recorded high differed between treatment so each treat of probiotic (T2 and T3) superiority on treat control (T1). also the results of the statistical analysis to the (NH3N) showed a highly significant superiority of the two probiotic treatments over the control treatment, as the averages reached 0.48, 0.69, and 0.81 for both the control treatment and the probiotic at concentrations of 0.02 and 0.04, respectively. The results of the statistical analysis of the protein percentage showed a highly significant value of p<0.01 The probiotic treatment with a concentration of 0.04 and 0.02 was significantly different from the control treatment the control treatment and the probiotic for both concentrations reached 2.97, 4.30 and 5.07%, respectively. The statistical analysis indicated that there was no significant effect of using a probiotic in estimating the amount of metabolized energy for each treatment, The results of the statistical analysis for the number of microorganisms showed that the two coefficients were superior. The probiotic treatment was significantly superior to the control treatment, as the numbers of bacteria reached 72.33, 196.66, and 228.33 Bacterial colony units/ml of rumen fluid for both the control and probiotic treatments at concentrations of 0.02 and 0.04, respectively.  
Talent management and its role in achieving strategic success: An applied study at the General Company for Trading Cars and Machinery/Al-Waziriyah
No full textيهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل دور إدارة الموهبة في تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي في الشركة العامة لتجارة السيارات والمكائن/الوزيرية، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على عينة مكونة من (61) مديرًا ومسؤولًا من المستويات الإدارية العليا والوسطى في الشركة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لقياس طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، إذ تم تحديد أبعاد إدارة الموهبة بأربع مكونات رئيسة هي: استقطاب الموهبة، تطوير الموهبة، تقييم أداء الموهبة، والاحتفاظ بالموهبة، فيما يمثل النجاح الاستراتيجي المتغير المعتمد. تم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبانة صُممت وفق مقاييس معتمدة في الأدبيات الإدارية، وتم تحليلها باستخدام البرامج الإحصائية المناسبة لاختبار فرضيات البحث. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير معنوية موجبة بين إدارة الموهبة والنجاح الاستراتيجي، مما يدل على أن تبني ممارسات فاعلة في استقطاب وتطوير وتقييم والاحتفاظ بالموهوبين يسهم بشكل مباشر في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للشركة وتحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية. كما أوصى البحث بضرورة تبني سياسات متكاملة لإدارة الموهبة ضمن الخطط الاستراتيجية للشركة لضمان استدامة النجاح الاستراتيجي وتحسين الأداء التنظيمي.This research aims to analyze the role of talent management in achieving strategic success at the General Company for Trading in Cars and Machinery/Al-Waziriyah, through an applied study on a sample of (61) managers and officials from the upper and middle management levels within the company. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to measure the nature of the relationship between the study variables. The dimensions of talent management were defined as four main components: talent acquisition, talent development, talent performance evaluation, and talent retention, with strategic success representing the dependent variable. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed according to scales adopted in management literature and were analyzed using appropriate statistical software to test the research hypotheses. The results showed a significant positive correlation and influence between talent management and strategic success, indicating that adopting effective practices in attracting, developing, evaluating, and retaining talented individuals directly contributes to enhancing the company\u27s competitiveness and achieving its strategic objectives. The research also recommended the necessity of adopting integrated talent management policies within the company\u27s strategic plans to ensure the sustainability of success and improve organizational performance

No full textهدفت الدراسة الى اختبارها للدور الأساسي الذي يلعبه التنوع المعرفي تفاعليا للعلاقة بين القيادة المستنيرة ومدى تأثيرها على سلوك المثابرة لدى العاملين , مستخدما منهجا علميا اكثر شيوعا وهو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي , وذلك لشخيص العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة وبأكثر دقة, ولجمع المعلومات والبيانات حول مشكلة الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة أساسية , استهدفت الدراسة الافراد العاملين في شركة كالة لمنتوجات الالبان في كربلاء, وكان عدد الاستبانات الموزعة على الافراد العاملين( 98) استبانة ,وتم تحليل البيانات الإحصائية من خلال البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS ,AMOS .V23 ) اذ تم استخدام معامل الارتباط PEARSON ولعلاقات التأثير تم استخدام نموذجة, المعادلة الهيكلية (Structural Equation Modeling) ومن اهم الاستنتاجات التي تم الوصول اليها ان القيادة المستنيرة لها الأثر القوي والفعال في تعزيز سلوك المثابرة وان هناك دور فعال للتنوع المعرفي في تعزيز تلك العلاقة مما يزيد من حرصهم وتفانيهم في العمل.The main objective of the study is to test the fundamental role that cognitive diversity plays in interacting with the relationship between enlightened leadership and its impact on the persistence behavior of employees. Using the most common scientific method, which is the descriptive analytical method, in order to diagnose the relationship between the study variables with greater accuracy. To collect information and data about the study problem, the questionnaire was used as a basic tool. The study targeted individuals working in the Kala Dairy Products Company in Karbala. The number of questionnaires distributed to the working individuals was (98) questionnaires, and the statistical data were analyzed through the statistical program (SPSS, AMOS. V23), as the PEARSON correlation coefficient was used, and for the influence relationships, the structural equation modeling was used. One of the most important conclusions reached is that enlightened leadership has a strong and effective impact on promoting perseverance behavior, and that cognitive diversity plays an effective role in strengthening this relationship, which increases their dedication and commitment to work
