Assessment and Analysis of Public Policy Impact: Contemporary Approaches and Future Application Opportunities
Introduction: The article examines the methods of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of government programmes actively implemented in different regions to address modern socio-economic and environmental challenges. The topic’s relevance is driven by the need to increase the transparency of public administration and the efficiency of public resources globally. Objectives: The study’s objectives included an assessment of the IEP programme effectiveness index and ROI, comparing the achieved and projected results by key indicators, and studying the prospects for introducing digital technologies into monitoring processes. Methods:The study was based on the methods of comparative analysis and calculations of the programme effectiveness index (IEP) and return on investment (ROI). Their application allowed us to analyse the effectiveness of programmes of various scales using key social, economic, and environmental indicators. Results: It was found that local initiatives with a narrow focus demonstrate a significantly higher efficiency IEP = 0.400 due to the rational use of limited resources. Instead, large-scale programmes ensure long-term systemic changes, but their efficiency index remains relatively low IEP = 0.00027 due to long implementation periods and multidirectional tasks. The article emphasises the importance of integrating digital technologies, in particular, automating monitoring processes and using artificial intelligence to analyse large amounts of data, which can improve the accuracy of evaluation and adaptability of government programme management. Conclusions: The article outlines the need to introduce adaptive monitoring mechanisms that allow for the efficient management of government programmes and for achieving goals in the dynamic conditions of the modern world. Prospects for research include the development of new approaches to the evaluation of long-term programmes, taking into account the latest technological trends, and the integration of cloud platforms for transparent management and monitoring.

How corporate social responsibilities affect customer citizenship behavior in fueling station context: investigating the mediating role of brand loyalty and customer trust
Introduction: Customer Citizenship Behavior and Corporate Social Responsibility became central themes in academic research over the past two decades. Researchers focused on how socially responsible business practices influence consumer behavior, particularly in service-oriented industries. Objective: This study aimed to develop and validate a conceptual model grounded in Social Exchange Theory, examining the impact of CSR on CCB among petrol station consumers in Malaysia. The model incorporates brand loyalty and consumer trust as potential mediating variables.Method: quantitative, observational, cross-sectional research design was employed. A structured questionnaire was developed and validated through expert review and a pilot study. Data were collected from 397 petrol station customers using an online survey distributed via digital platforms. 379 valid responses were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The model and hypotheses were informed by a review of 45 scholarly sources. Results The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between CSR and CCB. Brand loyalty was found to be a significant mediator, indicating that customers who perceive a brand as socially responsible are more likely to exhibit citizenship behaviors when they are loyal to the brand. However, consumer trust did not significantly mediate the relationship, suggesting its limited role in this context. Conclusion: The study underscores the strategic importance of CSR in fostering customer citizenship behavior in the fuel retail sector. It highlights the need for petrol stations to invest in CSR initiatives and cultivate brand loyalty to enhance customer engagement and long-term value creation
Considerations on aspects related to inventory control in companies
Introduction: inventory control is the internal management of the merchandise or stock that exists in the company. The inventory, regardless of its function or nature, is an ordered, valued and classified list within a company or premises. Objective: to characterize aspects related to the inventory control process in companies.Method: a review of the bibliography available in databases such as SciELO, Scopus and ClinicalKey was carried out, of which a total of 14 related articles were consulted, empirical methods such as logical history and analysis and synthesis were used. Results: there is no unique formula or method for carrying an adequate stock, but a correct application of those defined in the company. A Manual is a document that allows to synthesize, systematize and standardize procedures, norms, policies. A policy is a light that helps to see the path where you want to go, seeking to avoid making mistakes. Maintaining controls, policies, norms in the inventory is of utmost importance not only for its control but also helps in generating dividends for the company. Conclusions: this process is currently deficient in many companies; adequate inventory control is reflected in cost reduction, improved cash flow and customer service, and increased operational efficiency and decision-makin

A Cross-Cultural Leadership Behavior Prediction Model for Advancing Organizational and Global Management Practices
In today’s globally interconnected environment, recognizing culturally preferred leadership behaviors is dynamic for effective organizational and global management. This research presents a cross-cultural leadership behavior prediction model that employs advanced machine learning (ML) techniques to analyze and forecast leadership preferences across diverse cultural contexts. The research gathers data from Kaggle, comprising 6,945 responses across five countries, to analyze behavioral, demographic, and cultural aspects, and employs preprocessing techniques for improved model reliability. The model employs algorithms, such as the Scalable Golden Jackal Optimizer-driven Stacked Random Forest (SGO-SRF) to predict and uncover patterns in leadership behavior preferences. Cultural indicators and demographic features are analyzed using Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) to identify their impact on these various leadership dimensions. The model was primarily applied using a baseline Random Forest (RF), then established through a Stacked RF approach, and finally optimized using the proposed hybrid SGO-SRF, which attained the highest performance across all evaluation metrics. The hybrid method was implemented in Python and it demonstrated superior performance, achieving higher accuracy (92.11%), F1-scores (88.09%), precision (81.98%), and Recall (85.19%). The research reveals that cultural values significantly influence leadership preferences, with long-term orientation affecting uncertainty tolerance, restraint affecting integration, and entrepreneurial values influencing structure, production emphasis, and predictive performance
