e-learningにおける正負の成績フィードバックの組み合わせが内発的動機づけに与える影響
Get PDF電気通信大学修士2022ICTの発展によりe-learningを通じた学習が普及しているが，ユーザのドロップアウト率が対面学習者に比べて高い．ドロップアウトを抑制するには内発的動機づけを高めることが有効であり，それはポジティブな内容のフィードバック（以下，正FB）を与えると高まる．しかし，先行研究では，正FBを繰り返し与えたとき，ユーザがフィードバック（以下，FB）に馴化することで，内発的動機づけ促進効果が低下する可能性を検討していない．そこで，本論文では複数回の成績FBを行うe-learningにおいて，正FBのみ与える場合，ほとんど正FBを与えるが一部ネガティブな内容のFB（以下，負FB）を与える場合，ほとんど負FBを与えるが一部正FBを与える場合の3条件を比較することで，正FBのみ与えるとユーザがFBに馴化し内発的動機づけが抑制されるか，正FBと負FBを混合させると馴化を抑制できるか検証した．その結果，正FBと負FBを混合させると馴化を抑制し，内発的動機づけ促進に効果的であった．一方正FBのみを与えると馴化により，自己決定感が減少した．よって，内発的動機づけ抑制につながる可能性が示唆された．thesi
