    “UEC Passport Program” is a program started in 2011, and 13 years have passed since then. Our goal is to contribute to the improvement and growth of students’ capabilities as researchers and engineers through their independent research. We also have named the combined ability of “the ability to expand and develop one’s field of expertise” and “the ability to explain and discuss with others in different fields”, which will help students succeed as researchers and engineers in the future, “TOPPA-RYOKU: breakthrough ability”. And we are working to develop students’ “TOPPA-RYOKU: breakthrough ability”. Our current activities can be categorized into 4 categories: “class subjects”, “independent experiments as extracurricular activities”, “joint presentations with other universities” and “external presentations”.     Science Research Class for Tokyo Metropolitan High School Students at The University of Electro-Communications

    The Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education and The University of Electro-Communications cooperate to present the Science Research Class for Tokyo Metropolitan high school students. This class is designed to spend several months investigating a topic of science phenomena, and students choose their own theme for their research. High school students learn about laboratory experiments, and then participate in group discussions, poster presentations, and oral presentations. Three days of intensive classes are scheduled in the summer. The class began in 2020 and has been open for 4 years. 69 high school students have completed the class. Nearly all students are satisfied with the class in post questionnaires.     大学入試を念頭において,(1) 一般的な大問中問による学力評価手法,(2)IRT を想定した多肢選択による学力評価手法,(3)CBT を前提とした出題方式による学力評価手法の開発を行っている.その基礎的なデータを収集するため, IRT を想定した多肢選択による学力評価手法及び一般的な大問中問による学力評価手法を検討し,実際に問題を作成し2024年6 月・7 月に「EMIU 情報模試2024 夏」として高校生を対象としたCBT による模擬試験を実施した.この模擬試験の出題分野は,「プログラミング」および「データ分析」とした.学習指導要領では,「プログラミング」は「(3) コンピュータとプログラミング」の「アルゴリズムとプログラミング」の部分に相当し,「データ分析」は「(3) コンピュータとプログラミング」の「モデル化とシミュレーション」の部分「(4) 情報通信ネットワークとデータの活用」のデータ活用の部分に相当する.今後の研究の基礎とするため,一般的な大問中問による学力評価手法による出題では,CBT での実施ではあるが共通テストなどで採用されているマークシートによる出題を前提とした作問を行った.本稿では,特に,プログラミングに関する問題の結果について分析をする.『第66回プログラミング・シンポジウム』開催日時:2025年1月10日 (金) ~ 12日 (日) 会場:ホテルラフォーレ那須、オンラインconference pape
