ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО БІЗНЕСУ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ
No full textThe article is devoted to the current problems of the functioning and development of business in Ukraine under the conditions of the introduction of martial law. It is noted that in Ukraine, in the conditions of war, the level of business development does not meet the current needs of the country's economy, as well as the potential requirements of the world market. The reasons that hinder business development in the country are identified. Among the main ones are the difficult socio-economic situation, the breakdown of economic ties, the deterioration of payment discipline, and the high level of interest rates. However, the most acute problem for enterprises is the search for and obtaining financial. The role of managing the financial results of enterprises in ensuring the economic growth of the country and the social welfare of the population is defined. The main problems of business functioning in the country are considered.An analysis of the dynamics of the profitability of the functioning of domestic enterprises in recent years was carried out. The main obstacles to the effective functioning of enterprises were analyzed. An overview of the reserves for the growth of business efficiency was carried out, the main possible areas of business support from the state were considered. The main directions of the growth of the income of enterprises are proposed as the keys to effective business management in today's complex conditions. The state of business functioning in Ukraine today has been studied, and some positive trends in its further development have been outlined.It has been proven that in Ukraine, in the conditions of a large-scale war, the level of business development does not meet the current needs of the country's economy, nor even more so the potential requirements of the world market. The reasons that slow down the development of business in the country have been identified, in particular, such as: a difficult socio-economic situation, a breakdown in economic ties, a deterioration in payment discipline, a high level of interest rates. Features of the implementation of enterprise optimization mechanisms at the current stage are revealed.

ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ В МІЖНАРОДНІЙ ТОРГІВЛІ
Get PDFScientific article devoted to the main principles’ and tasks’ substantiation for logistics activities in international trade. In the research has been determined the functional components of international logistics in terms of the study of key threats, risks of the logistics companies’ operation in the field of international trade. It have been identified the fundamental goals and tools of logistics systems optimization, which are used by modern enterprises to reduce costs, increase the level of efficiency and improve the quality of customer service.It was determined that the global economy provides a huge number of opportunities for business strategic development, whereas international trade and exporting are becoming increasingly important components of successful entrepreneurship in the modern world. In order to successfully conduct international trade, in the article have been taken into account the practical recommendations related to international supply and logistics.International trade and logistics has been defined as the main factor, which plays an important role in the successful of the global economy functioning and then requires specific knowledge and skills to achieve success. In turn, international business requires special attention to logistics and supply and it is positioned as a number of complex challenges for companies in moving goods and services between different countries.Summarizing, it worth to noting that international trade and logistics are interconnected and jointly determine the success of global business. They enable companies to expand their market and reach new heights by ensuring efficient sourcing and international distribution of goods and services, and accordingly, the components optimal combination of this interconnected process allows companies to expand their own shares of the target market and, as a result, achieve sustainable competitive advantages, ensuring the effective distribution of goods and services at the national and global levels.

Get PDFThe management of information support of the enterprise is closely linked to both the availability of information resources and with the possibility of introducing information innovations in ordering the documentation and information flows of the enterprise. Effective processing of continuously growing amounts of information, which is based on documents and arrays of data, is possible only if they are automated. The introduction of electronic document management technology at enterprises is an effective tool for managing information support of enterprises, which is a key factor in successful and successful business and provides an opportunity to increase the competitive advantages of enterprises in strict market conditions.Concerning the issues of the theory and practice of using information systems and technologies in the management system of enterprises in this article, the implementation of a certain range of tasks in the design of EDMS, which consists in creating an intuitive, convenient, convenient interface that requires minimal learning.The article analyzes the peculiarities of the introduction of electronic document circulation into the enterprise management system. Electronic document management systems, requirements for them, security and accessibility problems are paid to the enterprise. The implementation of a certain range of tasks in the design of EDMS is analyzed in creating an intuitive, convenient, convenient interface that requires minimal learning.EDMS efficiency is investigated, which integrates with existing systems in the organization, as well as integration with ERP systems, which allows you to effectively synchronize the processes of document management with wider business operations.The article deals with the introduction of encryption protocols, which is one of the fundamental aspects of EDMS security. Accordingly, this allows a wide range of EDMS users to increase the efficiency of both professional activity and to significantly improve the degree and extent of the specialists who have chosen the specified field of professional activity for their life path. The use of modern electronic document management systems and the search for an effective mechanism for their further development make it possible to reduce the cost of labor resources of workers and increase productivity.

Ефективна обробка невпинно зростаючих обсягів інформації, основу яких складають документи та масиви даних, можлива тільки при умові їх автоматизованої обробки. Впровадження технології електронного документообігу на підприємствах – ефективний інструмент управління інформаційним забезпеченням діяльності підприємств, що є ключовим фактором вдалого і успішного ведення бізнесу та надає можливість підвищення конкурентних переваг підприємств у жорстких умовах ринку.Стосовно питань теорії та практики використання інформаційних систем та технологій в систему управлінської діяльності підприємств у даній статті проаналізовано виконання певного кола завдань у дизайні EDMS, що полягають у створенні інтуїтивно зрозумілого, зручного інтерфейсу, який потребує мінімального навчання.У статті проаналізовано особливості впровадження електронного документообігу в систему управління підприємством. Приділено увагу системам електронного документообігу, вимогам до них, проблемам безпеки та доступності на підприємстві. Проаналізовано виконання певного кола завдань у дизайні EDMS, щополягають у створенні інтуїтивно зрозумілого, зручного інтерфейсу, який потребує мінімального навчання.Досліджено ефективність EDMS, що бездоганно інтегрується з існуючими системами в організації, а також розглянуто інтеграцію з системами ERP, що дозволяє ефективно синхронізувати процеси управління документами з більш широкими бізнес-операціями.У статті розглянуто впровадження протоколів шифрування, що є одним із фундаментальних аспектів безпеки в EDMS. Відповідно, це дозволяє широкому колу користувачів EDMS підвищити ефективність як професійної діяльності, так і значно покращити ступінь та обсяг підготовленості фахівців, що обрали зазначену галузь професійної діяльності для свогожиттєвого шляху. Використання сучасних систем управління електронним документообігом і пошук ефективного механізму їх подальшого розвитку дають змогу скоротити витрати трудових ресурсів робітників та збільшити продуктивність праці.

Get PDFThe relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the insufficient conceptual development of the paradigm of strategic management of telecommunications enterprises in the digital economy.The article reveals the essence of defining and applying strategic criteria for assessing the management of telecommunications enterprises. It is determined that the essence lies in the ability to predict the business situation, prevent the negative impact of internal and external factors, introduce measures to minimize costs, ensure the achievement of the set goals and, above all, obtain a positive financial result of the enterprise's activity - the desired profit.The article argues that the digital economy, which is spreading through active digitalization and is based on the activities of telecommunications enterprises, gives rise to a new type of strategic management and leads to profound changes in how telecommunications enterprises should be organized today and managed in the future.The article describes the current trends that already have a major impact on the organization of telecommunications enterprises and will shape changes in the strategic management of telecommunications enterprises in the near future. These circumstances require further scientific developments on the formation of new approaches to the strategic management of telecommunications enterprises and tools for their implementation based on strategic criteria for assessing the management of telecommunications enterprises in the context of the development of the digital economy.The author's approach to determining the directions of digitalization's impact on the activities of telecommunications enterprises is proposed, which allows to outline the strategic criteria for assessing the management of telecommunications enterprises in the long term.The study allows us to conclude that the strategic management of telecommunication enterprises in the digital economy requires expanded monitoring and analysis of the external environment; enhancing the safety, protection and empowerment of citizens, ensuring freedom of choice on the Internet, continuous improvement and development of telecommunication devices and channels and integration of innovations; supporting participation in the digital public space by creating a digital environment in which interaction between participants takes place through digital services.

Визначено, що сутність полягає у здатності передбачити бізнес-ситуацію, попередити негативний вплив внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів, запровадити заходи щодо мінімізації витрат, забезпечити досягнення поставлених цілей та перш за все отримання позитивного фінансового результату діяльності підприємства – бажаного прибутку. Ці обставини потребують подальших наукових розробок з питань формування нових підходів до стратегічного управління телекомунікаційними підприємствами та інструментів їх запровадження на основі стратегічних критеріїв оцінки управління телекомунікаційними підприємствами в умовах розвитку цифрової економіки.

Get PDFThe article is devoted to determining the role of inventory management and its impact onincreasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The essence of the concept of " inventory" wasconsidered by various scientists and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Theclassification of inventory and the list of reasons for the need to create inventory at the enterprise aregiven. When creating inventory, you can never forget about keeping a balance. On the one hand, theycan ensure uninterrupted production (that is, compensate for fluctuations in demand). But on theother hand, these are resources that are not used for a certain moment and, in addition to their ownvalue, require additional costs for their maintenance. Inventory management is an extremelyimportant element of any agricultural enterprise, as it affects production efficiency, product turnover,financial results and customer satisfaction. The main concepts of inventory management and theirimpact on the efficiency of agricultural enterprises were studied. It has been established that there isa traditional and a modern approach to inventory management. It has been proven that whenmanaging inventory, all possible expenses for them should be taken into account. The main types ofcosts in inventory management are considered. It has been established that inefficient inventorymanagement can lead to losses. The following tools are used for inventory management: inventoryclassification system, inventory rationing system, inventory accounting system, inventory controlsystem, inventory management system using information technologies. The current state anddevelopment trends of agricultural enterprises, as well as the peculiarities of inventory managementin the agricultural sector, are given. Modern methods of inventory management, which should beused to increase the efficiency of inventory management in agricultural enterprises, arecharacterized, including the conditions of martial law. It was established that during the martial law,the inventory management in the agricultural sector requires special approaches to ensure stabilityand continued functioning of enterprises. In addition, effective inventory management makes itpossible to reduce the duration of the production and the entire operational cycle, reduce currentcosts for their storage, release part of the financial funds from the current economic turnover,reinvesting them in other assets.Keywords: management, inventory, inventory management, efficiency, agriculturalenterprises, demand, supply, costs, profit.Стаття присвячена визначенні ролі управління запасами та їх впливу на підвищенняефективності діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Досліджено основні поняття управління запасами та їх вплив на ефективністьдіяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Встановлено, що існує традиційний тасучасний підхід до управління запасами. Доведено, що при управлінні запасами слідвраховувати всі можливі витрати на них. Розглянуто основні види витрат при управліннізапасами. Встановлено, що неефективне управління запасами може призвести до збитків.Наведено інструменти управління запасами, сучасний стан та тенденції розвиткусільськогосподарських підприємств, а також особливості управління запасами в аграрномусекторі. Метод кількісного оцінювання візуальної якості цифрових кольорових зображень
No full textDigital images are one of the most common types of data circulating in computer networks. The nature of their formation and semantic content are different, but they all have significant redundancy and are therefore attractive for steganography. Color images are of particular interest. Steganographic information hiding causes the appearance of visual distortions. This requires the formation of a metric that would quantitatively assess the changes made to establish their acceptable level. Most known algorithms for assessing visual quality require the presence of a reference image, which is quite often absent. This drawback is taken into account in the work and a method for quantitative assessment of visual quality of an image is developed that does not require a reference image. It is known that the histogram of a visually perfect image is described by a normal distribution law. The main idea of the proposed method is that when calculating the visual quality of a color image, the histograms of the studied and reference images are compared. Based on the differences formed, a decision is made about the visual quality of the image. The histogram of a color image is three-dimensional, therefore, for the convenience of calculating the characteristics, it is proposed to transform it into a two-dimensional representation. The verification of the operation of the proposed method on test images showed that the results obtained completely coincided with expert estimates. The results of the practical application of the proposed method in steganography are also presented. It is shown that an increase in the number of distorted pixels and an increase in multiplexing levels leads to an increase in visual quality by 10%. This is explained by the fact that a change in the least significant bits is perceived as an increase in the high-frequency component in the image. This point should be taken into account when conducting further research.

Природа їх формування та семантичне наповнення є різними, але усі вони володіють значною надлишковістю та через це є привабливими для стеганографії. Особливий інтерес представляють кольорові зображення. Стеганографічне приховування інформації спричиняє появу візуальних спотворень. Це вимагає сформувати метрику, яка б кількісно оцінювала внесені зміни для встановлення їх допустимого рівня. Більшість відомих алгоритмів для оцінювання візуальної якості вимагає наявності еталонного зображення, яке доволі часто є відсутнє. У роботі враховано цей недолік і розроблено метод кількісного оцінювання візуальної якості зображення, який не вимагає еталонного зображення. Відомо, що гістограма візуально досконалого зображення описується нормальним законом розподілу. Основна ідея запропонованого методу полягає в тому, що при обчисленні візуальної якості кольорового зображення проводиться порівняння гістограм досліджуваного та еталонного зображень. На підставі сформованих відмінностей приймається рішення про візуальну якість зображення. Гістограма кольорового зображення є тривимірною, тому для зручності обчислення характеристик запропоновано трансформувати її у двохвимірне представлення. Проведена перевірка роботи запропонованого методу на тестових зображеннях показала повне співпадіння отриманих результатів з експертними оцінками. Також наведено результати практичного застосування запропонованого методу у стеганографії. Показано, що збільшення кількості спотворених пікселів та збільшення рівнів мультиплексування призводить до збільшення візуальної якості на 10%. Пояснюється це тим, що зміна найменш значущих біт сприймається як підвищення високочастотної складової на зображенні. Цей момент має бути врахованим при проведенні подальших досліджень.

No full textThe subject of the study is information resources in cyberspace of infocommunication systems and Internet traffic. The need for a comprehensive analysis of the protection of infocommunication systems is proven, which combines several key elements: security mechanisms, types and types of traffic, data transfer protocols and a semiotic multi-level approach. The current state of convergent network traffic types, the structure of infocommunication systems and cyberattacks on distributed structures of infocommunication systems are analyzed. The current state of information resource protection, traffic type protection, protocols for various security mechanisms in cyberspace are considered. In this context, it is noted that the convergent network infrastructure must be protected for the transmission of various information flows, and the problem of effective information protection in the conditions of its growing volumes is gaining critical scientific and practical importance. The use of the semiotic model allows to streamline approaches to the protection of various types of traffic and protocols in infocommunication networks. Thanks to the semantic, syntactic and pragmatic levels of the semiotic model, a comprehensive analysis of security problems is provided, combining technical, structural and social aspects. This plays a key role in the effective protection of distributed networks from modern threats, which are constantly becoming more complex.

Доведено необхідність комплексного аналізу захисту інфокомунікаційних систем, який об'єднує кілька ключових елементів: механізми безпеки, типи та види трафіку, протоколи передачі даних і семіотичний багаторівневий підхід. Проаналізовано сучасний стан видів трафіку конвергентної мережі, структуру інфокомунікаційних систем і кібератаки на розподілені структури інфокомунікаційних систем. Розглянуто сучасний стан захисту інформаційних ресурсів, захисту типів трафіка, протоколів для різних механізмів безпеки в кіберпростірі. У цьому контексті зазначено, що конвергентна мережева інфраструктура повинна бути захищеною для передачі різноманітних інформаційних потоків, а проблема ефективного захисту інформації в умовах її зростаючих обсягів набуває критичного наукового і практичного значення. Використання семіотичної моделі дає змогу впорядкувати підходи до захисту різноманітних типів трафіку та протоколів у інфокомунікаційних мережах. Завдяки семантичному, синтаксичному та прагматичному рівням семіотичної моделі забезпечується комплексний аналіз проблем безпеки, що об’єднує технічні, структурні й соціальні аспекти. Це відіграє ключову роль у ефективному захисті розподілених мереж від сучасних загроз, які постійно ускладнюються.

No full textThis article discusses the development of a new approach to the creation of fifth generation (5G) communication networks. Various methods are used for this, such as teletraffic theory, mass service theory, optimization theory and simulation modeling. The basic idea is to use additional routers to create a network of D2D (Device-to-Device) connections, which allows for improved network efficiency.In addition, the article discusses methods of network clustering for better management and distribution of resources, as well as methods of choosing the location and number of transit nodes for optimal organization of the communication network. These studies are important for the further development of 5G technologies and ensuring better and more reliable communication in the future.

Застосовуються різні методи, такі як теорія телетрафіка, теорія масового обслуговування, теорія оптимізації та імітаційне моделювання. Основною концепцією є використання додаткових маршрутизаторів для формування мережі D2D (Device-to-Device) з'єднань, сприяючи підвищенню ефективності мережі.Стаття також розглядає методи кластеризації мережі для оптимального управління та розподілу ресурсів, а також стратегії вибору місця розташування та кількості транзитних вузлів з метою оптимізації організації мережі зв'язку. Ці дослідження є ключовими для подальшого розвитку технологій 5G та забезпечення високоякісного та надійного зв'язку в майбутньому.
