Psychological connotations in the drawings of children with post-traumatic stress disorder (Qualitative analysis of sample drawings from Derna children)
Get PDFالغرض الأساس من قيام الدراسة الحالية هو التعرف على الدلالات النفسية في رسومات الأطفال المصابين باضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، وكذلك التعرف عما إذا كانت هذه الدلالات النفسية التي تفرزها رسوم الأطفال تتسق مع أعراض وسمات اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، وذلك بإتباع منهج التحليل الكيفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة. جمعت البيانات باستخدام اختبار رسم الشخص لــ"ماكوفر" كونه وسيلة تعبير إسقاطية من عينة قوامها 5 أطفال من مدينة درنة الليبية، ممن يعانون من اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة. أسفرت نتائج التحليل الكيفي والتفسيرات الإسقاطية لرسومات الأطفال عن عدة دلالات نفسية ترتبط باضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى الأطفال من عينة البحث تمثلت في الانعزال والانطواء، والقلق، والعدوان، والإنكار، وعدم الشعور بالأمن، والشعور بالنقص والدونية. كما أسفرت نتائج البحث عن اتساق أغلب الدلالات النفسية التي فُسرت من الرسومات مع أعراض وسمات اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة مثل الانعزال، والعدوان، والقلق، والإنكار، بينما لم تتسق الدلالات النفسية المتمثلة في الشعور بعدم الأمن والشعور بالنقص والدونية مع الأعراض المتعارف عليها. خلص الباحثان لبعض التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء هذه النتائج. The primary purpose of the current study is to identify the psychological implications in the drawings of children with PTSD, as well as to determine whether these psychological signs produced by children\u27s drawings are consistent with the symptoms of PTSD, by following the method of case study as a qualitative analysis method. Data were collected by using the "Macover" Personality Drawing Test as a projective expression method from a sample of 5 children suffering from PTSD as sequences of war in the Libyan city of Derna. The results of the qualitative analysis and projective interpretations of children\u27s drawings resulted in several psychological signs related to PTSD in children from the research sample, which were isolation, convergence, anxiety, aggression, denial, lack of security, feelings of inferiority. The results of the research also showed the consistency of most of the psychological signs that were interpreted from the drawings with symptoms of PTSD such as isolation, aggression, anxiety, and denial. While the psychological implications of feeling insecure and feelings inferior were not consistent with the common symptoms. The researchers concluded some recommendations and proposals in light of these results

Get PDFمن خلال دراسة موضوع التدخل في الحجز رأينا انه لا يجوز تعدد إجراءات التنفيذ على نفس المال. وهذه القاعدة التي يعبرون عنها في الفقه (أن الحجز لا يرد على الحجز) لم تقتصر فوائدها فقط على المدين ودائنيه, وذلك بتوفير النفقات والوقت والجهد. بل تتعدى ذلك لتساهم بشكل أو بأخر في تقليص الإجراءات التي يتطلبها القانون لتوقيع الحجز. فالمحضر يقتصر دوره في الحجز الثاني على جرد المحجوزات وإعلان محضر الجرد دون إيقاع حجز أخر عليها .فيجد أمامه حارسآ يقوم بتسهيل مهمته ,وذلك بأن يبرز له صورة محضر الحجز الأول, ويقدم له الأشياء المحجوزه ليقوم بجردها ومن ثم حجزها لصالح كل الحاجزين .وهذه النتيجة تنعكس أيجابآ على نوعين من الإجراءات الأول: وهو عدم تعيين حارس أخر على المحجوزات بوجود الحارس الأول. والثاني: إجراء بيع واحد لصالح كل الحاجزين. وتوفير الوقت والإجراءات نلتمسه أكثر في الحجز على الثمن تحت يد المحضر, وذلك لأن المشرع في نص المادة (432) مرافعات سهل التدخل في أمرين وهما: 1. جواز التدخل بعد بيع المحجوزات وذلك باشتراك الدائن المتدخل في الثمن. 2. إيقاع الحجز على الثمن دون حاجة إلى طلب الحكم بصحة الحجز. إن توحيد إجراءات الحجز في حالة تعدد الحجوز, يساهم ولو بشكل غير مباشر في معالجة مشكلة بطء إجراءات التقاضي أمام المحاكم والتي يعد تعقيد الإجراءات أحد أهم أسبابها .By studying the subject of interference in the reservation, we saw that it is not permissible to enumerate the implementation procedures on the same money.
