Knowledge development of empowerment in nursing research: A bibliometric analysis using reference publication year spectroscopy
No full textAimThis bibliometric study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the history of empowerment in nursing using Reference Publication Year Spectroscopy (RPYS).MethodsDescriptive and bibliometric analyses were conducted. The study is based on 762 publications from 1983 to 2024, with 14,582 cited references in the Web of Science. The reference publication period was divided into three sub-periods, with a total of 17 peaks identified: four from the first period (earliest to 1980), six from the second (1981-2000), and seven from the last period (2001-2024). Data analysis was performed using RPYS with the CRExplorer.ResultsTen significant historical root publications, dating back to 1859, were identified, focusing on leadership, professionalism, social psychology, and philosophy of education. The earliest roots are linked to Florence Nightingale. In the recent period, there was a greater number of nursing-based root publications cited.ConclusionThis study is the first to identify the origins of influential nursing empowerment publications using RPYS. The earliest publications referenced in nursing empowerment literature originate from nursing. The RPYS proved to be a valuable approach for analyzing the historical roots of knowledge in nursing empowerment

No full textPostmodern süreçte ortaya çıkan ve Hans-Thies Lehmann tarafından literatüre kazandırılan postdramatik tiyatro, dramatik yapının bütün kalıplarını kırar ve metni merkezden çıkarması bakımından, postmodern tiyatrodan da ayrılır. Lehmann, dramatik yapıyı mutasyona uğratan bu oluşumu ayrıştırmak için; hiyerarşisizlik, eşzamanlılık, göstergelerin yoğunluğu, aşırılık, müzikalizasyon, senografi, sıcaklık ve soğukluk, bedensellik, somut tiyatro, gerçeğin çöküşü ve olay/durum olmak üzere on bir kriter belirler. Bu yeni estetiğin erken bir temsilcisi olarak Heiner Müller’in Hamlet Makinesi, postdramatik yaklaşımın temel metinlerinden biri olarak öne çıkar. Robert Wilson ise yenilikçi bir yönetmen olarak, başlangıçtan günümüze, postdramatik tiyatronun en önemli isimlerinden biri olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Robert Wilson’ın Hamlet Makinesi rejisindeki postdramatik stratejileri, Lehmann’ın on bir kriterine uyumu açısından irdelenmiştir. Söz konusu prodüksiyon, dijital ortamda izlenmiş ve nitel araştırma arka planında yapı-söküm metoduyla çok-merkezli şekilde incelenmiş; elde edilen veriler, örneklerle aktarılmıştır. Bu kapsamda yapılan değerlendirmede, Wilson’ın reji stratejilerinin, Lehmann kriterleriyle örtüştüğü ve prodüksiyonun postdramatik tiyatro açısından bir model oyun olarak konumlandırılabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Postdramatic theatre, which emerged in the postmodern period and was introduced to the literature by Hans-Thies Lehmann, breaks all the patterns of dramatic structure and differs from postmodern theatre in that it de-centres the text. Lehmann sets eleven criteria -parataxis/non-hierarchy, simultaneity, density of signs, plethora, musicalization, scenography, warmth and coldness, physicality, concrete theatre, irruption of the real, event/situation- to differentiate this mutation of the dramatic structure. As an early representative of this new aesthetic, Heiner Müller's Hamlet Machine stands out as one of the fundamental texts of the postdramatic approach. Robert Wilson, as an innovative director, has been one of the most important figures of postdramatic theatre from the beginning to the present day. In this study, the postdramatic strategies in Robert Wilson's Hamlet Machine are analysed in terms of their compliance with Lehmann's eleven criteria. The production in question was watched in the digital environment and analysed in a multi-centred way with the deconstruction method in the qualitative research background; the data obtained are presented with examples. In the evaluation made in this context, it was concluded that Wilson's directorial strategies overlap with Lehmann's criteria and the production can be positioned as a model play in terms of postdramatic theatre
