STRATEGIC LINES OF THE “CHILD’S INTERNAL POSITION” FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ADAPTATION TO THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT: 10.24250/jpe/si/2025/VP/
The issue of the child’s internal position from theperspective of adaptation to the school environmentrequires, in the context of the multifaceted changesoccurring in preschool and primary education, a thoroughexamination of scientific approaches to identify potentialfoundations and directions in this field. Current practicesin this area still appear to be in their early stages. In thisarticle, from a broader perspective, we do not aim toanswer what actually works, but rather to understand thechild’s psychological capacities regarding their internalposition and certain mechanisms of adaptation to theschool environment. The theoretical vision we aim tosupport is essentially an attempt to present the concept ofthe child’s internal position starting from the totality ofcharacteristics of a system of internal factors that mediateenvironmental influences and condition the development ofnew psychological formations at this stage of life. Thisapproach seeks to answer the question of what is importantin children’s adaptation to the school environment. Aperfect correlation between the child’s internal positionand adaptation to the school environment ensures successand efficiency in the learning process

New Fractional Integral Results Using Euler Functions
In this paper, we use the the Riemann-Liouville fractional integral to develop some new results related to theHermite-Hadamard inequality. Our results have some relationships with the paper of M.Z. Sarikaya et al. publishedin [Int. J. Open Problems Comput. Math., Vol. 5, No. 3, September, 2012]. Some interested inequalities of this papercan be deduced as some special cases
Some Inequalities Involving Fuzzy Complex Numbers
In this paper we wish to establish a few inequalities related to fuzzy complex numbers which extend some standardresults
Structural Machines as a Mathematical Model of Biological and Chemical Computers
To rigorously describe and study the living morphological computers, we develop a formal model of algorithmsand computations called a structural machine providing theoretical tools for exploration of possibilities of biologicalcomputations and extension of their applications. We study properties of structural machines demonstrating howthey can model the most popular in computer science model of computation — Turing machine. We also prove thatstructural machines can solve some problems more eciently than Turing machines. We also show how structuralmachines model a programmable amorphous biological computer called a Physarum machine, as well as an inductiveTuring machine
Investigation of the Effects on Physiological Parameters of Football Players in Pre-season Period: 10.62591/ajpa.2025.13.06
The pre-season period in football is of great importance in order to optimise the performance of athletes and minimise the risk of injury. The aim of this study was to follow the physiological parameters of the athletes in the first pre-season preparation phase and to determine their readiness levels. Twenty-four professional licensed athletes aged between 18-35 (24.3±5.42) years participated in the study. The body weight and height of the athletes at the beginning of the season were 72.4±7.44 and 180.0±6.33, respectively. At the beginning and at the end of the first preparation phase, fat measurement, squat jump, overhead squat assessment and yo-yo endurance test were performed. The fat percentage obtained as a result of the tests was 7.43±0.73 in the pre-test and 6.99±0.65 in the post-test, 40.25±4.9 in the squat jump pre-test and 41.45±4.8 in the post-test, 17.33±3.5 in the overhead squat assessment pre-test and 19.50±2.1 in the post-test and 1723.3±307.6 in the squat jump pre-test and 1852.08±335.8 in the post-test. According to t-test data, statistically significant differences were found in fat percentage, squat jump, overhead squat evaluation and yoyo data (<.001). According to the results of the study, it can be said that the fat percentage, strength assessment, anaerobic power and endurance skills of the athletes improved in the first pre-season preparation phase
PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE INNOVATIVE STEAM APPROACH IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: 10.24250/jpe/2/2025/DFT/
STEAM education in early childhood represents a paradigmshift that goes beyond the traditional transmission ofknowledge, directing the educational process toward theintegrated development of the child as an active agent oftheir own learning. This article examines the pedagogicalfoundations of the STEAM approach in preschooleducation and highlights the way in which they can becomea catalyst for the professional development of future earlychildhood educators. Grounded in socio-constructivism(Vygotsky), experiential learning (Kolb), and project-basedpedagogy (Kilpatrick), STEAM education emerges as atransdisciplinary learning framework that fostersexploration, investigation, and guided reflection. Thesecond part of the article emphasizes the role of students’active participation in STEAM-based projects andworkshops as a strategy for developing 21st-centurypedagogical competences critical thinking, creativity, adaptability, intelligent use of technology, and inclusivepedagogical practices. Through examples from a universityworkshop, the article illustrates how initial teachertraining can evolve into a reflective and applicationorientedprocess in which the student transitions from therole of passive recipient to that of designer of educationalexperiences. The conclusions suggest that STEAMeducation has the potential to shape a new professionalprofile of the educator innovative, reflective, and capableof mediating complex learning within a constantlychanging world
LEADERSHIP STYLES AND ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH: A STUDY OF THE AFRICAN CENTRE FOR LEADERSHIP STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT (CENTRE LSD), NIGERIA: 10.24250/jpe/2/2025/MO/AM/
Leadership is widely recognized as a critical driver oforganizational success and sustainability. In an eramarked by rapid change, complexity, and heightenedcompetition, the ability of organizations to grow and adaptis increasingly tied to the leadership styles practiced withinthem. This study investigated the relationship betweenleadership styles and organizational growth in the AfricanCentre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (CentreLSD). A cross-sectional research design was adopted, anda structured questionnaire was used to gather data from asample of 285 staff members of Centre LSD. The study wasanchored on the Full Range Leadership Theory as itstheoretical framework. The theory provides acomprehensive framework for understanding the impact ofdifferent leadership styles on organizational outcomes suchas growth, innovation, and resilience. This theory isparticularly relevant for studying how these leadershipstyles collectively contribute to organizational growth.Correlation and multiple regression analyses wereemployed to test the hypothesized relationships between theidentified leadership styles and organizational growth withthe aid of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS)version 23. Findings reveal that transformationalleadership significantly contributes to organizationalgrowth by inspiring innovation, employee engagement, anda shared vision. Transactional leadership also plays a role, particularly in ensuring task completion and maintainingoperational stability. Adaptive leadership emerged as acritical factor in enhancing the organization’sresponsiveness to change, learning culture, and long-termresilience. The study concluded that an integratedleadership model, combining transformational, transactional, and adaptive elements, offers a more holisticframework for achieving sustainable organizationalgrowth. The study recommended, among others, that theAfrican Centre for LSD should develop and implementtailored leadership training programs that emphasizetransformational and adaptive leadership qualities. Theseprograms should focus on vision creation, emotionalintelligence, strategic foresight, and change managementnecessary to inspire innovation and drive long-termorganizational success. The study implies that adoptingeffective leadership styles, particularly transformationaland adaptive approaches, can significantly enhanceorganizational growth by improving staff motivation, strategic decision-making, and overall institutionalperformance at Centre LSD
THE ROLE OF PUBLIC AWARENESS AND DIGITAL LITERACY IN PREVENTING CYBERCRIME IN NIGERIA : 10.24250/jpe/2/2025/GE/
Cybercrime has become a significant threat to Nigeria’snational security, economic well-being, and individualprivacy. With the nation’s rapid digital advancement andincreased dependence on online platforms, citizens areincreasingly exposed to cyber threats such as phishing, identity theft, and online financial scams. This study, therefore, explored how public awareness and digitalliteracy serve as preventive measures against cybercrimein Nigeria. Utilizing a historical research approach, thestudy analyzed data from government publications, scholarly journal articles, and media reports over the lasttwenty years to chart the development of cyber threats andthe efforts made to address them. Anchored on SocialLearning Theory, which emphasizes that individualsacquire behaviours through observation and education, thestudy highlights how improved digital knowledge and skillscould help reduce risky online practices and cybercrimevictimization. The findings indicated that, despite efforts byinstitutions like the Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) and the Economic and Financial CrimesCommission (EFCC) to promote cybersecurity awareness, substantial gaps in digital literacy remain, especially inrural communities and among young people. The studyconcluded that promoting public awareness and buildingdigital capacity are essential for long-term cybercrimeprevention. It recommended, among others, that theNigerian government should embed digital literacy intoschool curricula from primary to tertiary levels. Beyondbasic ICT, students should learn cybersecurity essentialssuch as safe browsing, password protection, and onlineprivacy. Teaching these skills early will prepare youngpeople to engage safely and confidently in the digitalworld
Sendov’s Conjecture and the Geometry of Cubic Polynomials
Sendov’s conjecture proposes a tight upper bound for the distance from a zero of a polynomial having roots in the unitdisk to the closest critical point. In the particular case of cubic polynomials, the Siebeck-Marden theorem provides a geometricrelation between roots and critical points. Based on this, geometric arguments are employed to prove Sendov’s conjecture for cubicpolynomials and explore its sharpness
