No full textUn ciudadano instala varias cámaras de video-vigilancia en su vivienda. En una de las ocasiones, esas cámaras captaron a varias personas causando desperfectos en la vivienda de dicho ciudadano, tales grabaciones fueron utilizadas a la hora de iniciar las correspondientes investigaciones penales, sirviendo además como prueba a la hora de imponer las sanciones que la norma prevé al efecto. Los sospechosos denuncian ante la Agencia de Protección de Datos la legalidad de dicho sistema de Video vigilancia. En este sentido, la Agencia de Protección de Datos checa considera que el titular de las cámaras, como responsable del tratamiento de datos, ha incumplido la normativa en materia de protección de datos

Cittadinanza, territorio, scuola. Prospettive di educazione civica
No full textThe new civic education, foreseen for every kind of school, represents a challenge for the Italian education system. In giving teaching a transversal character, great evidence of collegiality is required to teachers in defining educational objectives and teaching strategies suitable for building the habitus of citizens in students. Philosophy for Children appears to be a methodological device suitable for educating to the exercise of active and conscious citizenship and to concretely experience concepts such as, inclusion and interculture. Getting out of the classroom and acting on the territory, platform of stories and meanings, is also useful for this purpose. Starting from what has been outlined so far, this essay aims to analyze and propose possible ways for civic education that, starting from the local, makes pupils capable of acting globally. Riassunto: La nuova educazione civica, prevista per ogni ordine di scuola, rappresenta una sfida per il sistema educativo italiano. Nel dare all’insegnamento carattere trasversale, è richiesta una grande prova di collegialità tra insegnanti nel definire obiettivi e strategie didattiche adatte a costruire in studenti e studentesse l’habitus da cittadini e cittadine. La Philosophy for Children appare un dispositivo metodologico adatto ad educare all’esercizio di una cittadinanza attiva e consapevole e a vivere in concreto concetti come democrazia, inclusione e intercultura. Anche uscire fuori dall’aula e agire sul territorio, piattaforma di storie e significati, è utile a questo scopo. A partire da quanto fin qui enucleato, questo saggio mira ad analizzare e a proporre possibili vie per un’educazione civica che, a partire dal locale, renda alunni e alunne capaci di agire nel globale
