Wyniki ekonomiczne i produkcyjne gospodarstw roślinnych na tle gospodarstw zwierzęcych w regionie Mazowsze i Podlasie
Full text linkThe purpose of the research was to compare the economic and production results in the group of field crops (plant farms) and three types of animal farms with a similar area of agricultural land in the Mazovia and Podlasie region. The studies showed that plant farms are less economically viable. They are characterized by lower total land productivity despite lower production costs per hectare of UR. The income on these holdings is by % lower than in animal farms, while the income converted into full-time farmer’s family was 87% of the income generated by members of animal farms. The analysis also showed variation in the economic performance of a given group of livestock farms.Celem przeprowadzonych badań było porównanie wyników ekonomicznych i produkcyjnych w grupie gospodarstw z uprawami polowymi (gospodarstwa roślinne) oraz gospodarstw zwierzęcych (średnio z trzech typów) o podobnej powierzchni użytków rolnych w regionie Mazowsze i Podlasie. Badania wykazały, że gospodarstwa roślinne są mniej efektywne pod względem ekonomicznym. Charakteryzują się niższą produktywnością ziemi ogółem oraz niższymi kosztami produkcji na 1 ha UR. Dochód w tych gospodarstwach był o 28,8% mniejszy niż w gospodarstwach zwierzęcych, natomiast dochód przeliczony na osobę pełnozatrudnioną rodziny rolnika stanowił 87,0% wartości dochodu wypracowanego przez członków gospodarstw zwierzęcych. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała także zróżnicowanie wyników ekonomicznych pomiędzy badanymi typami gospodarstw zwierzęcych

Full text linkOn the threshold of the 20th century, physics and technology were supposed to bring the realization of everlasting human dreams of an ideal society. On the threshold of the 21st century, the tragedy of September 11th, 2001 remains a symbol of civilization threatened with despair which brings a challenge for humanism. The postmodern philosophy of resignation, pessimism and disappointment undermines the great ideas of the Enlightenment, specifically its belief in man, progress and prosperity. Homo postmodernus appears to be a tragic being doomed in a meaningless wandering around the world of spiritual emptiness. The paper indicates the role of spiritual and intellectual values in this new cultural context to overcome the declarations of the death of human person which remain close to the Nietzschean declaration of the death of God.
