No full textThis article delves into the depiction of the body and the process of torture in the novel “The Penalty”. By examining literary testimonies of the characters, the study explores the literary figures employed to portray various postures and silences of the body, as well as the repression perpetrated and concealed under the guise of the 1978 FIFA World Cup. Also, the author highlights the traumatic experiences of the characters, scarred by past events that remain in the collective memory.This article delves into the depiction of the body and the process of torture in the novel “The Penalty”. No full textThis paper explores the actual state of digital accessibility of the websites of Polish public institutions in the light of the requirements of the WCAG standard. Based on audit experience and analysis of specific examples, the author highlights a number of irregularities in the implementation of ac cessibility declarations, lack of transparency in their placement, as well as numerous technical errors that make it difficult for persons with disabilities to use discussed websites. The absence of response from the Ministry of Digital Affairs to email communication or the failure to publish monitoring reports are indicative of certain problems, such as low awareness of the issue, ineffective sanctions and insufficient institutional oversight.Celem artykułu jest analiza rzeczywistego stanu dostępności cyfrowej stron internetowych instytucji publicznych w Polsce w świetle wymagań standardu WCAG. Autor, opierając się na doświadczeniach z audytów oraz analizie konkretnych przykładów, wskazuje na szereg nieprawidłowości w implementacji deklaracji dostępności, brak przejrzystości ich umiejscowienia oraz liczne błędy techniczne utrudniające korzystanie ze stron osobom z niepełnosprawnościami. Brak reakcji Ministerstwa Cyfryzacji na wysłany e-mail, czy brak zamieszczania raportów z monitorowania wskazuje na problemy takie jak niska świadomość problemu, brak skutecznych sankcji oraz niewystarczający nadzór instytucjonalny
