Infection Rate of Sarcocystis Spp. of the Intermediate Hosts in Iraq from 1999-2020 AD.
Get PDFSarcocysts spp. are protozoal parasites that are widly spread in mammals, reptiles and birds , the disease they cause is called Sarcocystosis.The aim of this review to knowledge the infection rate and species of Sarcocystis. in intermediate hosts in the provinces of Iraq, and the areas that haven't been register it till now.Collected 30 research puplished about Sarcocystis spp. infection intermadiat hosts in Iraq. Ten species determinated in some intermedaite hosts in Iraq only are: S.tenella, S. arieticanis, S. gigantean , S.ovicanis, S.capricanis, S. caprifelis, S. moulei, S. cruzi, S. cameli and S.fusiformis. No pupulation studies aboutSarcocystis in seven of Iraqi provinces are: Kurkuk , Salah ad Din, Diyala, Wasit, Al-Najef Al-Ashraf, Dhi Qar and Al-Muthanna.The infection rate ranged from 0.1% in Missan in water buffalo to 100% in several animals in many of Iraqi provinces.Key words :Sarcocysts, Review Article, intermedaite hosts, Iraq

Numerical and experimental assessment of PV/Solar Chimney
Get PDFOne of the main obstacles facing solar chimney systems is their low efficiency which contributed to the decrease in the construction of solar chimneys in the world. The current article presents a novel proposal to enhance the efficiency of solar chimneys by using solar panels. In this new system, the solar cells are fixed in the mid-distance between the chimney base and the glass cover. Therefore, the air can move above and below the solar cells to accelerate the photovoltaic cells' cooling and obtain higher air velocity.
The results also showed that the photovoltaic cell location determines its temperature, where high temperatures characterized the solar panels fixed in the middle. In contrast, the solar cells that are placed on the ends were at lower temperatures. The outcomes also confirmed that the air velocity in the new design still depends on weather conditions, and the results show that the chimney base is the ideal location for the turbine, and the air velocity rises during the day to reach its maximum value at 1 p.m. The highest recorded air velocity was 1.8 m/s in February at 1 p.m. High-efficiency values were recorded in the early morning because of the solar cells' low temperatures for the tested months. The highest recorded electrical efficiency value was 17.8% in December. In contrast, the lowest recorded electrical efficiency was 10.6% in February at 1 p.m

Predict the Risk Level in Iraqi Governorates According to the Spread of COVID-19 Using Data Mining

Predicting the extent of the virus' spread is critical to containing the threat, because it helps to take appropriate measures and decisions at the state level as well as at the personal level, where it is possible to avoid travel to the places of spread and take the necessary measures to limit the spread of the virus. In this research, an intelligent model has been built to predict the extent of the spread of Covid-19 disease in the Iraqi governorates. COVID-19 data for Iraq's governorates was obtained from a website affiliated with the Iraqi Ministry of Health. The data was reconstructed according to a certain structure to be used in training the prediction model. The LSTM deep learning algorithm was adopted for its effective performance in predicting the direction of the recorded cases in the future. The results showed a high accuracy in the performance of the model

The researchers try to focus on the online classrooms and the applications widely used at recent years after the sudden attack of corona virus that disables the educational systems in most countries over the world. The paper also tries to link the pedagogical system based on technology with the theories and methods of education, and finding out to which school such system is related to. The study ends with a brief account on the outcomes of using technology in both language teaching and learning on the language skills i.e. listening, reading, writing and speaking.
