    Improved Watermark Criteria Through Mark image

    With many applications using digital multimedia technologies, the need to protect digital multimedia data from hackers is emphasized. Copyright holders are concerned about protecting any kind of unlawful duplication of their information. With all these kinds of problems, technology development is very important. Digital watermarks are an important requirement to protect multimedia data. There are important criteria to measure the success of a watermarking process, it is confidentiality, capacity and reliability. In this paper, the logo mark was relied upon to achieve these criteria to a high degree by taking advantage of the symmetry characteristic of the logo image, Which is often used this type of logo  images. Symmetry reduces the size of the embedded data, reduces the location of the embedded within the image, and increases confidentiality by encrypting less data in various ways

    The research aims to measure the gap in the level of application of the provisions of ISO 10006 2017, in the management of projects in Nineveh Governorate and the reality of the project quality management system in the Governorate of Nineveh, using the approved checklist. All levels within the reconstruction departments in Nineveh Governorate. - Weakness in adopting and applying the terms and requirements of the specification in the field investigated when implementing its projects. The study presented a set of proposals in order to reduce the gap and increase the percentage of application of the provisions of the specification (ISO 10006: 2017) in the management of regional development projects in Nineveh Governorate, including: - Motivating individuals to participate in the process of developing and implementing a quality management system, and supporting their level of awareness through Strengthening the principles of project quality management systems. - Creation of a department or division in the reconstruction department (project quality management department or division).     Analysis of the Chromosomal Aberrations in Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), and Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients (HCC) in Mosul City, Iraq

    Abstract. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (also known as liver cancer) is one of the most frequent cancers in humans. HCC is linked to chronic hepatitis B and C virus infection, cirrhosis, and excessive alcohol consumption. The aim of this study was to use Metaphase chromosome analysis in whole blood to determine chromosomal aberrations (CA) in HBV, HCV, and HCC patients. A cohort of 145 samples have been collected from participants  from the date of  5 \ 1 \ 2020 to  15\9\ 2021. Among those samples are (40 healthy controls, HBV 38, 44 HCV, and HCC 23) to make cytogenetic evaluation by observing the analysis of chromosome aberration. Our study showed that the chromosome aberration With Gap was higher in the HCC patient group followed by HBV patient group. also, the results showed that of the chromosome aberration without Gap in the HCC, and HCV patient groups were significantly higher in females than in males. the results showed that higher break, DIC was in HBV patients group followed by HCV patients group. the results showed that deletion, and ace were higher in the HCV and HCC patient group followed by HBV patient group. Finally with RO. Trans., the results showed that ace was higher in the HCV, and  HBV patient groups. In conclusion, we indicate that HBV, HCV, and HCC patients have chromosomal instability because of their chromosome aberration levels

    Enhancement of Double-Pipe Heat Exchanger Effectiveness by Using Water- CuO

     This study utilized Nanofluid as a cold fluid in evaluating the counter flow double tube heat exchanger, which was one meter long, had an outer diameter of 19 mm, and an inner diameter of 9.5 mm made from copper. Water was the basic fluid, with the size of 40 nm and a volume concentration of (0.5%)  and (1%), respectively, of CuO nanoparticles being added. At 2 L/min and 4 L/min and 6 L/min, the Nanofluid flows inside the inner tube. At 20°C, the Nanofluid enters the heat exchanger. The flow of hot water into the heat exchanger is 4 L/min through an annular space with an entry temperature of 65 °C. to achieve better heat exchanger performance, the experimental results will be compared to those obtained when using pure water. The improvement in performance with Nanofluid as a working fluid was discovered during experiment analysis. (40%) maximum heat exchanger effectiveness obtained at Nanofluid flow rate of 2 L/min has (0.5%) volume concentration ,effectiveness (54%) at (1%)  a volume concentration

In this paper, the design and sizing of the solar PV system for laboratories building in Technical college of Engineering/Mosul to cover its electrical power requirements then simulations this work with the PV*SOL program (3D) selection was used.     Performance Evaluation of a Low Energy Universal Gate for VLSI with 16nm Technology

    NAND & NOR logic gates are general purpose logic gates that can be used to build other logic gates. This article describes a new NAND gate based on 3T (3 transistors) which has the correct output logic level and behaves similarly to the previous design NAND gate logic. The proposed structure has faster processing and lower power consumptionwhat makes it ideal for large-scale integration (VLSI) applications. Typical 16nm CMOS fabrication techniques were used for simulation, building Nand Gate,  and to compare it to Nand Gate with different techniques and design such as using four transistors. It turns out that the amount of delay in this desgin with the selected technology compared to other projects with other technologies is less, that is, 0.02966 ns, which proves that the smaller the delay, the faster the gate operates

    Bioremediation is a friendly and cheap way to remove minerals from the environment. Research has been conducted over the past five decades, an enormous amount of information has been collected about the types of different bio- sorbents and their mechanism of mineral absorption. More research is needed to explore new bio-sorbent materials from the environment. Moreover, a deep insight needed not only into the method of demineralization but also its effective recovery. So that it can be get in usable form. Use of biomass to remove heavy metals which are absorbed simultaneously treating large quantities of sewage. No need for highly selective chemical additives to absorb and remove certain minerals operates over a wide range of conditions including temperature, pH, and presence other metal ions. Easy and cheaper absorption of minerals associated with biomass are essential to reduce the volume of waste or production of toxic substances

    Alternative fuels reduce the carbon footprint of internal combustion engines. Biofuels are  the most important alternative fuels. Manufacturing processes for biofuels have made it possible to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from well to wheel. There are a number of popular alternative fuels for use in internal combustion (IC) engines, including biodiesel, bioethanol, and bio methanol. Biodiesel and petroleum diesel fuel blends in compression ignition (CI) engines have received a lot of attention. Biofuel is any liquid fuel derived from "biomass," such as plants and animal waste. Biofuels replace gasoline and diesel. Biofuels are promising because the carbon dioxide (CO2) they emit is recycled through the environment. Biofuel plants collect CO2 from the air and release it when burned. In principle, biofuels can be a "carbon neutral" or "carbon negative" means to power automobiles, trucks, and planes. Biofuels can reduce CO2 emissions without requiring many infrastructural changes. They can be used in existing cars and mass-produced from biomass like chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Future biofuels may be moved using current pipelines. Making carbon-neutral biofuels is difficult. Fermentation, processing energy, transportation, and even plant nutrients can produce CO2 and other greenhouse gases before biofuels are consumed. Biomass agriculture can have climate consequences if it replaces CO2-storing woods. How biofuels are generated and used affects their potential as a climate solution

    Environmental pollution is one of the biggest global risks facing environmental life at all of its levels, such as pollution of air, water and soil, all of which pose a serious threat on the lives of all organic creatures in general and that of mankind in particular. Therefore, it has become necessary to study this phenomenon and work to reduce its negative effects. The current research is thus highlighting the role of environmental accounting and its dimensions represented in environmental costs, environmental control and environmental disclosure in influencing the reduction of environmental pollution phenomenon. The research includes two aspects, namely; the theoretical aspect, which includes a presentation of the concepts related to the subject matter of the research, and the applied aspect represented in analyzing the questionnaire that was distributed to 50 accountants as a random sample in the field of study . The research reaches some important conclusions such as, the existence of a correlation and the impact of the relationship between the environmental calculator and the environmental pollution through which the main research hypotheses were achieved. One of the most important recommendations that the research reached is to invest this relationship in intensifying efforts to develop accounting rules, procedures and standards to surround this environmental crisis, and furthermore, to reduce its effects
