The Internet enables global virtual communication. Ubiquitous Device Connectivity (UDC) aims to facilitate communication between any physical devices, regardless of their location or networking technology. In this paper, smart electronic documentation and authentication are implemented. Transitioning to Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Implementing UDC will bring advantages to a business by reducing working hours and storage space, thus enhancing the efficiency of the business enterprise plant's operation. A UDC service consists of a camera as an acquisition device; QR codes, encryption, and cloud are used in the system. It will also facilitate paperless documentation for Quality Assurance (QA), Human Resources (HR), and other departments. The implemented system efficiently collected and requested data, allocating it to only authorized persons, and quickly submitted a file for examination and verification. It prevents data duplication and loss, organizes information through historical tracking, and utilizes digital filtering
High-Performance Character Recognition System Utilizing Deep Convolutional Neural Networks
Accessible reading is still a major challenge for those with visual impairments in our digitally-driven world, particularly for those who are born blind. The creation of a Letter Recognition System (LRS) for the blind is the novel solution to this problem that this research suggests. With the help of this device, blind people can access printed letters according to its reading solution. In order to obtain images of printed letters, this study presents practical hardware that uses a webcam and a manual printing machine. The paper can be moved to acquire the written letters on it. Hence, a large collection of data containing letters known as Printed English Letters-version 2 (PEL2) dataset was gathered for the printed English letters (A–Z). Following acquisition, the input images undergo preparation, segmentation, and resizing. After that, a Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN) is used to recognize letters from them. Ultimately, it is recommended that the identified letter be transformed into letter-to-speech audio to enhance the system's efficacy in assisting blind or visually impaired individuals with reading. In this work, a very high accuracy of 99.70% for letter identification has been calculated and attained.
Serological identification of anti-adenovirus antibodies in children with respiratory infection under five years in Nasiriyah city,Iraq.
Childhood respiratory tract infections are serious and dangerous clinical forms that occur around the world, and adenoviruses represent one of the most significant viruses that cause these respiratory infections in children. The three species B, C, and E of the adenovirus are mostly responsible for these infections. In addition, rapid identification of adenoviruses is absolutely necessary to prevent overuse of antibiotics in patients, prevent a local epidemic of adenoviruses, and treat severe infections that may cause serious and fatal disease. The current study was designed to detect the prevalence of the adenovirus antibodies in children in Nasiriyah city, Iraq. For this reason, the blood samples were collected from August 2022 to May 2023 from patients less than five years old who were hospitalized at the Muhammad Al-Musawi and Bint Al-Huda hospitals. The samples were obtained from fifty child infected with acute respiratory tract infection. Concerning the children with immunocompromised, underlying illnesses and persistent pulmonary abnormalities, they were prohibited. All individuals were investigated for the detection of Adenovirus-IgM and IgG antibodies using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The adenovirus IgM antibodies were found in 9 percent of respiratory patients, and the highest rate was found in males 24 (29.17%), compared to females 2 (7.69%), and the highest rate of IgM antibodies in the age group 1day–12 months was 58.33 percent. These results were statistically significant (p < 0.05). Higher rate of adenovirus IgG antibodies was found in 23 (46%) of adenovirus patients, and the highest rate was found in males (66.67%) than that in females (26.92%), and the highest rate of adenovirus IgG antibodies in the age group 37–60 months was (64.0%), while the lowest rate in the age groups 1–12 months was (8.33%). Data Mining Techniques used for Evaluation an Efficient DDoS Attack Detection System: A Deep-Learning Model
Developed recently to solve the shortcomings of traditional networks, software-defined networking is a new paradigm (SDN). Decoupling the control plane from the data plane, which is the SDN's core property, makes network management simpler and promotes effective programmability. The new design, on the other hand, is vulnerable to a number of attacks that could exhaust the system's resources and prohibit the SDN controller from offering services to authorized users. One of these threats, the Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) assault is one that is gaining popularity. A DDoS assault has a severe negative effect on emphasize servers have no ability to access their network facilities as a result. accommodate legitimate users. We introduce DDoS Net, a DDoS attacks system for intrusion detection for SDN systems. Our approach is based on data mining software (Rapdiminer) and neural networks working along with auto encoders. As a result, we have a lot of faith in protecting these networks thanks to our methods. We assess the CICIDS 2019 dataset, which includes network behavior associated with DDoS threat and benign network activity, is publicly available, and satisfies certain requirements. It evaluates a variety of data mining algorithms' efficacy as well as internet usage characteristics to determine the best attributes for spotting the most typical assault kinds

Unraveling Immune Regulatory Mechanisms in PCOS: Role of T Regulatory Cells and Receptors
Abstract. The etiology of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is complex and includes both endocrine in addition to immunological abnormalities. PCOS is a condition that involves chronic low-grade inflammation, which includes the pathological state of regulation in pro-inflammatory factors release rate dysfunctioning endotheliocytes and accumulation of leukocytes. In PCOS, in particular, immune cells and regulatory molecules participate significantly to maintain metabolic homeostasis and modulate the immune reactions. People with PCOS may have hormonal changes such as low levels of progesterone because it usually occurs irregularly or stops ovulated in turn the overstimulation of immune system results from autoantibodies production. In addition, immune cells dysfunction and cytokines imbalance are associated to insulin resistance, hyperandrogenism and obesity in PCOS. In PCOS, obesity also causes dysfunction in immunity to create an inflammatory aura. Autoimmune diseases in PCOS patients also may be developed due to hormonal imbalances. There have been studies indicating a connection, between cells and the underlying causes of PCOS. It appears that grade chronic inflammation is strongly associated with PCOS and can contribute to the loss of ovulation. Additionally there seems to be an imbalance in the levels of ovarian cytokines, which can disrupt functions lead to excessive production of androgens and increase insulin resistance through various mechanisms. The article aims to shed light on the role of disturbance in immune regulation in PCOS disease, including its emergence and development. This may contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanism of the disease, which may help in finding new therapeutic targets that help reduce the severity of the disease and help reduce poor fertility in women suffered from PCOS.
