Social and Emotional Drivers of Engagement with AI Virtual Influencers: A Qualitative Study in Indonesia
The growing presence of AI-powered virtual influencers (VIs) on social media has introduced new dynamics in digital marketing, yet little is known about how consumers in emerging markets perceive and respond to these synthetic personas. This study investigates the factors that shape consumer acceptance of virtual influencers in Indonesia, focusing on the interrelationship between social influence, performance expectancy, emotional resonance, and willingness to engage. Employing a qualitative research design, 25 in-depth semi-structured interviews with Indonesian consumers aged 18–35 were conducted, reaching thematic saturation. Thematic analysis was conducted using NVivo 14, integrating both deductive and inductive coding strategies. Findings reveal four major themes and twelve subthemes: (1) social influence functions as a cultural endorsement mechanism, shaping normative beliefs; (2) performance expectancy is driven by informational credibility, entertainment value, and behavioral consistency; (3) emotional resonance—expressed through perceived authenticity and psychological comfort—is central to consumer attachment; and (4) willingness to use VIs is closely linked to digital identity projection and contextual social legitimacy. A clear majority of participants (around four out of five) described positive evaluations of VIs, while a minority expressed skepticism and emotional discomfort, highlighting ethical and psychological boundaries in AI–human interaction. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how social and emotional mechanisms converge in shaping digital consumer behavior, offering practical insights for marketers and advancing theory on technology acceptance in culturally nuanced settings

MORE THAN TASTE: INVESTIGATING THE MODERATING IMPACT OF CAFE ATMOSPHERE BETWEEN FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE QUALITY THROUGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
This research examines the impact moderating Café Atmosphere (CA)between food quality (FQ) and service quality (SQ) through customer satisfaction (CS) within the café sector. Research method using structural equation modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS. The goal is to explore both the direct impacts of these factors and the moderating effect of the store atmosphere on customer satisfaction. Data was gathered from 100 participants, and the analysis included both outer and inner model assessments to confirm the construction of validity and reliability. The findings indicate SQ (β = 0.391, t = 4.025, p < 0.001), FQ (β = 0.279, t = 2.996, p = 0.001), and CA (β = 0.161, t = 1.888, p = 0.030) all have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. Moderation analysis reveals that CA plays a significant role in moderating the relationship between SQ and CS (β = –0.176, t = 2.766, p = 0.003), suggesting that an enhanced environment can compensate for other factors. However, the store atmosphere's moderating effect on the link between FQ and CS is found to be not statistically significant (β = 0.077, t = 1.240, p = 0.108). The model explains 76.3% of the variance in CS (R² = 0.763), demonstrating substantial explanatory power. These results offer valuable theoretical insights into service management and practical recommendations for café businesses seeking to improve customer satisfaction through a comprehensive service approach

Perlindungan Hukum Pemegang Saham yang Tidak Setuju Terhadap Keputusan Buyback Saham Tanpa RUPS
The existing problem of OJK Circular Letter Number 3/SEOJK.04/2020 which refers to POJK Number 2/POJK.04/2013 is regarding the determination of the appropriate share price for share buybacks if it is not determined in advance through the GMS. There is still uncertainty in determining the share price for share buybacks. In market conditions that fluctuate significantly, prices change very quickly. The purpose of the research is to analyze legal protection of shareholders who disagree with the decision to buyback shares without GMS. This research is normative legal research with statute approach. The results showed that SE OJK No. 3/SEOJK.04/2020 related to share buybacks when the market fluctuates significantly refers to POJK No. 2/POJK.04/2013 which specifically regulates these conditions. Furthermore, market conditions that fluctuate significantly are when the composite stock price index on the Stock Exchange drops 15% cumulatively in a row for 3 days or other conditions determined by OJK. The absence of information disclosure obligations to Shareholders by the Company in OJK Circular Letter No. 3/SEOJK.04/2020 which refers to POJK No. 2/POJK.04/2013 and buyback decisions that do not go through the GMS mechanism results in unfulfilled legal protection for shareholders if they do not approve the decision to buyback shares and various risks that will arise from the decision. Therefore, the Shareholders' right to obtain information disclosure in the form of full and fair disclosure from the Company is not fulfilled. Therefore, the determination of the share price for the share buyback must be further elaborated regarding the determination mechanism, which will not harm the Company and Shareholders.

The utilization of State Property owned by ministries/institutions is not a new thing in the national asset management system, but in its development, a problem was found that there are State Properties owned by Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia abroad that have not been utilized optimally in matters outside their duties and functions to support diplomatic activities abroad. This research is a normative juridical research that focuses on literature study regarding the regulation of the use of state property by Representatives of Foreign Countries in international law provisions and how Indonesian national law provisions regulate the utilization of State Properties owned by Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia abroad for commercial activities. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the utilization of State Properties owned by Representatives of Foreign Countries for commercial activities is contrary to international law, especially the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961 and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations 1963. However, there are exceptions that provide space for Representatives of Foreign Countries, namely if of course with the consequence that the State Properties releases its privileges such as immunity and tax exemption. In national legal provisions, the management of State Properties abroad is regulated in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 271/PMK.06/2015 and Minister of Foreign Affairs Regulation Number 5 of 2016, but both regulations have not accommodated the use of State Properties for Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia abroad.
