No full textA series of N-glycosyl- 6BrCaQ conjugates was synthesized through a Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction between brominated N-glycosyl quinolin-2-one derivatives and various nitrogen nucleophiles. Antiproliferative assays revealed that this new series of analogues represents a promising class of antitumor compounds as illustrated by the high biological activity observed for several derivatives towards different cancer cell lines compared to the non-glycosylated congeners
تحليل الأداء البدني لحكام كرة القدم الجزائريين خلال مباريات الرابطة المحترفة الأولى والثانية
No full text139 ص. ، 30 سمهدفت دراستنا إلى تحليل الأداء البدني لحكام كرة القدم خلال المنافسة وذلك بمقارنة نتائج بعض المؤشرات البدنية خلال المباريات والمتمثلة في المسافات الكلية المقطوعة والسرعات المتوسطة ومعدل النبض القلبي ، إضافة إلى المقارنة بين نتائج الشوط الأول والشوط الثاني من حيث المسافات المقطوعة حسب شدة النشاطات التي يقوم بها الحكام اثناء المباراة ، وقد أجرى الباحث دراسته خلال مباريات الرابطة المحترفة الأولى والثانية لكرة القدم لموسم 2019-2020 والتي تضم حوالي 200 حكم من حكام النخبة الجزائريين ، حيث شملت عينة بحثنا 45 حكم تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ، قام الباحث باعتماد المنهج الوصفي من خلال تحليل نتائج القياسات التي استعمل فيها الساعة الذكية Polar V800 ، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,05 بين حكام الساحة والحكام المساعدين في المسافات الكلية المقطوعة 8,33 كم لحكام الساحة و4,23 للحكام المساعدين ومتوسط سرعة قدر ? 5,16 كم/سا و2,6 كم/سا على التوالي ، و متوسط معدل نبض قلبي قدر ? 156 ن/د مقابل 120 ن/د ، كما أظهرت النتائج ايضا عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,05 بين نتائج القياسات خلال مباريات كرة القدم الرابطة المحترفة الأولى مقارنة بالرابطة المحترفة الثانية عند حكام الساحة حيث كانت المسافات الكلية المقطوعة 8,5 كم مقابل8,2 كم على التوالي، ومتوسط سرعة قدر ? 5,30 كم/سا و5,14 كم/سا على التوالي ، فيما لم تظهر النتائج فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة لمتوسط للنبض القلبي خلال المباريات 156 ن/د ، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0,05 بين المسافات المقطوعة حسب سرعات الجري للحكام بين الشوط الثاني مقارنة بالشوط الأو
Improvement of kernel principal component analysis-based approach for nonlinear process monitoring by data set size reduction using class interval
No full textFault detection and diagnosis (FDD) systems play a crucial role in maintaining the adequate execution of the monitored process. One of the widely used data-driven FDD methods is the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Unfortunately, PCA's reliability drops when data has nonlinear characteristics as industrial processes. Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA) is an alternative PCA technique that is used to deal with a similar data set. For a large-sized data set, KPCA's execution time and occupied storage space will increase drastically and the monitoring performance can also be affected in this case. So, the Reduced KPCA (RKPCA) was introduced with the aim of reducing the size of a given training data set to lower the execution time and occupied storage space while maintaining KPCA's monitoring performance for nonlinear systems. Generally, RKPCA reduces the number of samples in the training data set and then builds the KPCA model based on this data set. In this paper, the proposed algorithm selects relevant observations from the original data set by utilizing a class interval technique (i.e. histogram) to maintain a bunch of representative samples from each bin. The proposed algorithm has been tested on three tank system pilot plant and Ain El Kebira Cement rotary kiln process. The proposed algorithm has successfully maintained homogeneity to the original data set, reduced the execution time and occupied storage space, and led to decent monitoring performance
Étude d’amélioration des performances de l’échangeur «100-E-115A/B» (RA2K) afin d’assurer un meilleur refroidissement de Naphta
No full text92 p. : ill. ; 30 cmLe Présent travail se concentre sur les défis persistants dans l'industrie du raffinage, notamment la détérioration des tubes du couple d'échangeurs 100-E-115 A/B au sein de l'unité 100 de la raffinerie de Condensat (RA2K). Notre objectif est d'évaluer l'impact de cette détérioration sur les performances thermiques des échangeurs et de formuler des recommandations pour y remédier. Après une analyse minutieuse, nous avons constaté une corrélation directe entre la détérioration des tubes et la baisse de l'efficacité des échangeurs. Les résultats mettent en évidence la nécessité de remplacer les tubes actuels par un matériau plus résistant à la dégradation, tel que le CuZn30, pour optimiser les performances et prolonger la durée de vie des échangeurs. En conclusion, il est impératif d'agir rapidement pour prévenir la détérioration des tubes et maintenir des performances optimales. Les recommandations issues de cette étude offrent des solutions tangibles pour surmonter ces défis persistants, garantissant ainsi une exploitation efficace et sécurisée des installations industrielles

Notre travail portera sur l’évaluation de la possibilité de la réalisation d’une nouvelle colonne de distillation, afin d’améliorer la qualité du méthanol produit au niveau du complexe pétrochimique d’Arzew CP1Z à un produit de haute qualité répond aux spécifications de la norme IMPCA en utilisant le logiciel de simulation des procédés chimiques Aspen HYSYS. Les résultats de simulation ont donné un produit d’une meilleure pureté avec une teneur de 4 ppm en éthanol
University Support Structures For Entrepreneurship In Algeria: The Scope And The Limits
No full textThis study aims to examine support structures for entrepreneurship set up by university, what they have
achieved and the obstacles encountered in carrying out theirmissions. These structures are: incubators,
entrepreneurship centers and CATIs. We use an exploratory qualitative method;we collected data from the
support structures through a survey sent to their directors; we received 39 responses from 79 questionnaires that
were mailed, and 6 directors were interviewed.The study concludes that the performance of the structures in
terms of projects supported or businesses created remains modest. Managers face number of difficulties: the
absence of status for some structures, lack of autonomy and resources, and the weakness of networking. There is
also the issue of recognition; managers' efforts are not rewarded. And, according to managers, entrepreneurial
culture remains weak, which hinders the promotion of an entrepreneurial mindset
Design and simulation of 1 × 2, 1 × 4 and 2 × 8 microstrip patch antenna arrays based on photonic crystals for improved gain performance in THz
No full textIn a wireless communication system, a microstrip patch antenna is gaining importance as a most powerful technology trend and it is applicable for the development of low-cost, minimal-weight, low-profile and high-performance antenna. This paper presents the design and the analysis of 1 × 2, 1 × 4 and 2 × 8 rectangular microstrip patch antenna (RMPA) arrays based on the photonic crystals for improved gain performance and high radiation characteristics compared to ones that are designed based on the homogeneous substrate in the frequency range of 0.25 - 0.55 THz. The design of the proposed antenna arrays based on the photonic band gap (PBG) and the homogeneous substrate structures is made by using the designed single-element RMPA as the basic building element, and then, they were fed by the parallel feeding structure. The designed antenna arrays were simulated using CST Microwave Studio software and validated with the aid of Ansoft HFSS simulator. For high radiation characteristics, the proposed antenna arrays resonated around 0.35 THz which is a low loss frequency window in the terahertz band. The main results showed that the designed antenna arrays based on the PBG substrate structure outperform the antenna arrays based on the homogeneous substrate in terms of return loss, bandwidth, gain and directivity. The best directivity was achieved by the 2 × 8 RMPA array of 17.40 dBi, whereas the 1 × 4, 1 × 2 RMPA arrays and single-element RMPA achieved the directivity of 13.54 dBi, 9.87dBi and 7.76 dBi, respectively. Hence, the designed antenna arrays can be used for medical imaging, threat detection and wireless surveillance communication
