Współczesne wyzwania dla integrującej się Europy. Problem pakietu klimatyczno-energetycznego i zaopatrzenia w surowce energetyczne.
The aim of this article is to highlight a major evolving problem that the European Union has long been facing: energy deficiency. The article also illustrates a long and difficult process of integrating the energy sector. The process has to this day remained problematic one due to the fact that energy availability affects a country’s economic standing. Apart from that, EU member states have started seeking alternative sources of energy. These factors combined have prevented countries from reaching a consensus about climate and energy package. To conclude, this article not only presents the main advantages and disadvantages of climate-energy package, but also lists several possiblesolutions for the energy deficiency problem, which are quite novel in the field

The article analyzes the question of Senkaku/Diauoyu Islands dispute between Japan, China and Taiwan. The aim of the text is to present how the dispute has affected Japan-China bilateral relations. At first, the paper focuses on characterization: the subject of dispute, claims of countries, its course and an international aspect. The second part considers: the incident in September 2010 and its consequences, the dispute effects and prosperities of its regulations. The relations between China and Japan are very complicated. The Senkaku Islands dispute and 2010 incident are presently one of the most important reasons for disagreement

Author describes relationships between catholic church and state through the lens of the three conflicts that have developed since III RP inception. The first conflict concerns financial issues, the second affects education, the third applies to bioethics. Given the lack of visible political will, it is hard to expect that relations between church and state will be deeply corrected. As a result, we should be prepared for new conflict to appear.

The author presents the Polish – Polish war issue by using the post-industrial crisis theory. He concentrates on the A. Toffler’s theory of the Second and Third Wave and on the term of Superfight. According to the author, the two sides of Polish – Polish war are the supporters of both the Second Wave and the Liquid Modernity. Polish – Polish war will be increasing while supporters of the Liquid Modernity accept the ideas accurate for the Third Wave

Fikcyjny Traktat Lizboński
From the point of view of many European politicians, the Treaty of Lisbon should enable great development in the functioning of European Union. However, having analyzed the amendments introduced by this Treaty, one has to admit that either most of the changes had already functioned in the EU political system before December 2009, as political practice, or the changes have no major impact on EU. Therefore, a question should be posed why Lisbon Treaty was such an important issue for politicians that they wanted to ratify it despite the ‘no’ voting in Ireland. The only reasonable cause that could lead politicians to such a move is the fact that integration is still a vital process for the existence of EU. Another failure of treaty amendments could be seen as the end of the European project
Czy renesans monarchii absolutnej? Zmianyw Konstytucji Księstwa Lichtensteinu z 2003 roku.
In 2003 citizens of Liechtenstein adopted a package of amendments to the Constitution which allowed for a substantial strengthening of the monarch’s power. These changes have since been severely criticized by the Council of Europe, with concerns as to the possible retreat from a constitutional monarchy leading to the possible renaissance of absolute monarchy. This question is answered in this article, which further proves that the concerns raised by the Council of Europe are unjustified
