This issue has been examined at extreme example of two regional organizations from Upper Silesia – Zwiazek Gornoslaski and Ruch Autonomii Slaska. No full textThe Internet plays significant role in the contemporary world in a field of widely understood communication. It not only imposes alternations, but also development of new means og communication combined with new devices. The aftermath of this evolution and improvement of new technologies are changes in communication and political marketing. There are many ways in which the Internet can be deployed in terms of politics. Besides being a communication channel, it more and more often serves as a technological device used to complete various task, e.g during a campaign. In accordance to case study of foreign political campaigns in which the Internet harmonizes with different devices demonstrates a wide scale of how its usages during such campaigns or in extended political communication. These examples imply that it will shortly become the main medium in a field of communication
Hiszpańska scena polityczna po wyborach parlamentarnych z 2019 roku – kierunki, wyzwania
Full text linkSince 2015 Spain has not broken the political deadlock and its citizens have gone to the ballot box four times – the last time on 10th November 2019. The problem is the impossibility of creating a stable majority government, as exemplified by the PSOE which has been in power since June 2018. After the last elections, an agreement was reached with the Unidas Podemos block to form a coalition. However, the new government is facing many challenges, the solution of which will be crucial for Spain’s come out of the political crisis. The article presents the most important events preceding the November 2019 elections, also taking into account the change of the party system in Spain, the factors that have influenced this state of affairs and the analysis of the current situation.Od 2015 r. Hiszpania nie przełamała impasu politycznego, a jej obywatele poszli do urn wyborczych czterokrotnie – ostatni raz 10 listopada 2019 r. Problemem jest niemożność utworzenia stabilnego większościowego gabinetu, czego przykładem jest rządząca od czerwca 2018 r. Hiszpańska Socjalistyczna Partia Robotnicza (PSOE). Po ostatnich wyborach doszło do zawarcia umowy z blokiem Unidas Podemos o utworzeniu koalicji. Przed nowym rządem stoi jednak wiele wyzwań, których rozwiązanie będzie kluczowe dla wyjścia Hiszpanii z kryzysu politycznego. W artykule ukazano najważniejsze wydarzenia poprzedzające listopadowe wybory z 2019 r., uwzględniając również zmianę systemu partyjnego w Hiszpanii, czynniki, które wpłynęły na taki stan rzeczy oraz analizę bieżącej sytuacji

Full text linkThe racial segregation was abolished in american law in 1960s, however its effects in public space are visible nowadays. It is about stereotypes and discrimination against national and racial minorities. It is present in cinematography among others by disproportion of allocation of film roles, way of showing characters and also by occurence like whitewashing or blackface minstrels. The purpose of this article is to show the changes, which took place in the last century. The research trial were 85 productions awarded American Academy Award in category “Best Picture”. The conducted analysis showed that in the history of American cinema, breakthrough moments in the field of national and racial transformations can be identified and the above-mentioned phenomena were included.Zniesienie segregacji rasowej w prawie amerykańskim nastąpiło w latach 60. XX wieku, jednak wciąż można wskazać jej skutki w przestrzeni publicznej. Wiąże się to ze stereotypami i dyskryminacją mniejszości na tle narodowo-rasowym. Obecne są one także w kinematografii poprzez m.in. dysproporcje w zakresie przyznawania ról, sposób ukazywania osób, a także takie zjawiska jak whitewashing czy blackface minstrels. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie przemian, które zachodziły na tym tle w ostatnim wieku. Próbę badawczą stanowiło 85 produkcji wyróżnionych Nagrodą Amerykańskiej Akademii Filmowej w kategorii „najlepszy film”. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, że w historii kina amerykańskiego można wskazać momenty przełomowe w zakresie przemian narodowo-rasowych oraz ujęła wspomniane zjawiska

Full text linkThe purpose of this article is to trace the process of shaping journalistic ethics in Poland. The author also drew attention to the three-level self-control of the media: at the level of the individual, editorial staff and the entire professional environment. In autumn 2019, parliamentary elections took place in our country. The period of the election campaign, especially in times of media politics and mediatization of politics, carries various temptations, journalists may try to influence the results of voting. Then the theory (written principles, codes or ethical regulations) is tested in practice. In this article, the last part is devoted to this issue. To this end, selected legal acts were reviewed within the framework of the subject matter.Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prześledzenie procesu kształtowania się etyki dziennikarskiej w Polsce. Autor zwrócił również uwagę na trzystopniową samokontrolę mediów: na poziomie jednostki, redakcji oraz całego środowiska zawodowego. Jesienią 2019 roku miały miejsce wybory parlamentarne w naszym państwie. Okres kampanii wyborczej, zwłaszcza w czasach polityzacji mediów i mediatyzacji polityki, niesie różne pokusy, dziennikarze mogą próbować wpływać na wyniki głosowań. Wtedy to teoria (spisane zasady, kodeksy czy regulaminy etyczne) jest sprawdzana w praktyce. W niniejszym artykule ostatnia część poświęcona jest temu zagadnieniu. W tym celu dokonano przeglądu wybranych aktów prawnych w ramach podjętej tematyki
