Get PDFThis study aims to empirically examine the effect of the council's knowledge of the budget, public participation, public policy transparency and public accountability on the regional financial control of Bireuen Regency. The data used are primary, secondary and interview data. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to research respondents. The population in this study were all members of the Bireuen Regency DPRD for the 2019-2024 period, Budget Users (PA) and Financial Management Officers (PPK) in all Regional Government Organizations (OPD) and the community. The sample in this study used the census/saturated sample method for members of the DPRD of Bireuen Regency for the 2019-2024 period and all local government organizations (OPD). Meanwhile, the community sample used purposive sampling consisting of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), community leaders, community organizations, academics, students and the mass media. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis method using SPSS 23 Software program. The partial test results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of the Council's Knowledge of Influential Budgets, public participation, transparency of public policies and public accountability for the Regional Financial Supervision of Bireuen Regency
ANALISIS KESIAPAN GURU FISIKA DAN MATEMATIKA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DARING
Get PDFKelangsungan pendidikan selama pandemi ini tergantung pada berbagai faktor, salah satunya kesiapan guru. Dengan diberlakunya belajar dari rumah, guru difokuskan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran daring kepada siswa dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi/platform yang tersedia untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Persoalan yang muncul adalah apakah sekolah-sekolah di Aceh Utara beserta sumber dayanya sudah memiliki kesiapan untuk mengembangkan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, dan sudah mampukah guru-guru di sekolah menyiapkan diri untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran daring. maka perlu diadakan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai analisis kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran daring di sekolah se Aceh Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan di seluruh guru di Aceh Utara khusunya guru bidang IPA dan Matematika yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur kesiapan yang dikemukakan oleh Aydin dan Tasci yang memiliki beberapa kriteria yang menjadi acuan dalam penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa skor rata-rata kesiapan guru dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring adalah 3,91. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ada maka kesiapan guru matematika dan guru fisika di Kabupaten Aceh Utara dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring adalah siap namun memerlukan sedikit peningkatan kemampuan dari guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Aspek kesiapan guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring yang memerlukan peningkatan kemampuan dalam skala menengah, diantaranya yaitu kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang dapat meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar, kepeduliaan guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring di sekolah dan kemampuan untuk memadukan pembelajaran daring dengan pembelajaran di kelas

The Policy of Local Government to Implement Peace Education at Secondary School Post Armed Conflict in Aceh Indonesia
No full textThis study aims to describe the policies adopted by the Aceh government in implementing peace education in the secondary schools. It used the qualitative descriptive method with a case study design, whereby 17 participants consists of officials of education bureau and teachers of civic and religious education were involved in the study. The data was collected by in-depth interview and documentary study. The data was analyzed using Creswell’s spiral data analysis. The study found that, firstly, the Aceh government focused more on implementing Islamic-based education in accordance with the national standards, and had not considered the normative and sociological chances to make a policy that regulated the implemention of peace education in the schools. Secondly, the Aceh peace agreement used the concept of human rights in regulating the education in Aceh, and therefore, the Law on Governing Aceh did explicitly regulate Aceh educational reform for peacebuilding. This had resulted in unanimous understanding and implementation of peace education at the secondary schools. Thus, there is a need for educational system reform in respect to peace-related education curriculum in the region. Finally, this study suggested for future research that focused on the regional government’s authority in reforming and restructuring regional educational system that incorporated peace education as long-term peacebuilding vis-à-vis the central government

registered as GI, in between, are Gayo Coffee, Kintamani Coffee, Salak Pondoh, Jepara Carving
Furniture, Aceh Nilam Oil, Jeruk Keprok Gayo. Handicraft as GIs who is effected human factor, including
Aceh’s handicraft. This article analyses the protection of Aceh’s handicraft as GIs. In Indonesia and
Malaysia Laws protection GIs by Sui Generis. Therefore, Aceh’s handicraft as society creativity has
potential to protect under GIs
