Exploring of Rural And Urban Attitudes In The New Normal Era of COVID 19: A Study In Acehnese Community
No full textThis article descript reports on attitudes of communities those who live in rural and urban citizens in the new normal Covid-19 era by a sample of Aceh Utara district and the city of Lhokseumawe, Aceh province, Indonesia. Attitudes are generally understood by people as individual evaluations in a positive or negative sense for objects, events,situations, or other aspects, and allow individuals to predict and
change their behavior in life. The data collection was done through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and FGD. The findings of the study show that the attitudes of rural and urban residents are no significant differences in the aspects of knowledge/experience and understanding of the developing reality. However, from the spotlight, the tendency of citizens' behavior looks different between what is known and understood with the appearance of behavior, where the behavior of rural residents ignores the adaptation of the new normal rules, and urban residents generally follow the new normal rules for the Covid-19

Konvensi Hak Milik Perindustrian dan Konvensi Hak Cipta. Satu
hal yang mendapat perhatian bersama adalah bahwa kedua
konvensi ini lahir karena satu kebutuhan akan pentingnya
perlindungan hak milik intelektual secara Internasional dan
juga merupakan realisasi terhadap perlunya suatu peraturan
yang bersifat global dan menyeluruh di bidang hak milik
intelektual. Namun demikian, perlindungan hukum hak cipta
pertama kali dalam sejarah sebenarnya telah dimulai pada
tahun 1709 oleh kerajaan Inggris
Lembar Review (The Role of Job Satisfaction in Mediating Self-Efficacy and Income Levels on Employee Performance at Aceh Reintegration Agency Secretariat)
No full textThis study examined the effect of self-efficacy and income levels on job satisfaction and employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the mediation effect of job satisfaction between self-efficacy and income levels on employee performance at the Aceh Reintegration Agency Secretariat. Data from 115 respondents was collected by the census method. The analytical tool used was path analysis with the help of the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results indicated that self-efficacy and income levels positively and significantly influenced job satisfaction. Self-efficacy positively and significantly influenced employee performance, while income level did not influence employee performance, and job satisfaction affected employee performance. The mediation effect analysis revealed that job satisfaction partially mediated the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance and job satisfaction cannot mediate income levels on employee performance, because it cannot meet the terms or conditions of mediation. No full textThis study examined the effect of direct and indirect expenditures on economic growth and used time-series data from 1986 to 2020. The data analysis method used was Autoregressive (AR) and Distributed Lag (DL) or ARDL. The results indicated that in the short term, economic growth lag 1 significantly and positively affected economic growth in Aceh province, direct expenditures (development expenditure) in lag 1 significantly and positively affected economic growth, and indirect (routine) expenditures on lag 2 significantly and positively affected economic growth. In the long term, both direct and indirect expenditures significantly and positively influenced
economic growth.
