No full textThis study presents the Subjective Well-being of honorary employees of education staff (tendik) at Malikussaleh University (Unimal). Subjective well-being (SWB) as a psychological construct is oriented to the individual's positive appraisal and affection towards the reality of his life journey. Work routines carried out by individuals are the main focus of arising out of SWB in individual reality because work is understood as a means of forming a decent (prosperous) life. The objectivity of this study explains the individual's knowledge of SWB, the meaning of SWB in the reality of work, and the factors that encourage the arises of SWB in individuals. The design of this study used a phenomenological type of qualitative approach. Participants were taken randomly through purposive sampling input, totaling 15 people from 25 planned research subjects. Field data searches were carried out by in-depth interviews and FGDs. The findings of this study inform that in general, honorary education staff working at Unimal have good SWB, even though they are still honorary staff

No full textCovid-19 Impact on Micro and Small-Medium Enterprises Operating and Analysis of Government Stimulus Packages
Full text linkThis study aims to compare tourists visiting, sales, investments, and innovations before and during Covid-19 and explore government stimulus packages for micro and small-medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research is a quantitative and crosssectional study. Data was collected using a questionnaire at 120 MSMEs of the tourism sector in Aceh. One-sample t-test was used to analyze tourists visiting, sales, investments, and innovations before and during Covid_19. Frequency analysis is performed to explain MSMEs that receive the government's stimulus packages. The result shows that tourists visiting, sales, investments during Covid-19 were lower than before, and the innovations are indifferent before and during Covid_19. Using frequency analysis indicates that most MSMEs were not receiving government stimulus packages. The study contributes to the existing literature about tourists visiting, sales, investment, innovations at MSMEs, and practical implications for policymakers to support business operation sustainability during the Covid-19 crisis.

Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Likuiditas Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar BEI Tahun 2018-2020
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Likuiditas Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar BEI Tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan keuangan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampelnya dan diperoleh 32 sampel dengan jumlah pengamatan 96. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian secara parsial ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh
dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan likuiditas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor industi barang konsumsi yang terdaftar BEI tahun 2018-2020.
