    This paper examines lecturers' perceptions of the project-based learning model and assessment on the teaching of English Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. Project-based Learning (PBL) is one of the Merdeka Belajar priority program plans in 2021 which is part of the Kampus Merdeka plan by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Higher Education. Projects in education are one of the assessment instruments used to assess not only learning outcomes but also student learning processes. Students are required to not only learn to understand the material but also learn how to apply knowledge in group work and produce relevant products. The purpose of developing a project-based learning model for accounting students studying English for Specific Purpose (ESP) is so that they can apply English knowledge to their field of expertise. The research results indicate that all lecturers were familiar with the concept of projects in education. However, they still need more training to develop and design proper project-based learning and assessment.     Motivasi Bertani Pada Masyarakat Gayo di Kampung Cemparam Lama Kecamatan Mesidah Kabupaten Bener Meriah

    This article aims to provide a descriptive description of the series of motivations for the actions of the Gayo community in the Cemparam Lama village, Mesidah sub-district, Bener Meriah Regency in carrying out cayenne pepper farming which is intercropped with existing coffee plants. This study uses qualitative methods, data obtained by observation, interviews and relevant documents. The research informants consisted of several farmers who carried out this agricultural pattern, coffee toke who were involved in purchasing coffee plantation products and palawija toke who were actively involved in buying cayenne pepper. This study found that the community's actions in intercropping agriculture varied widely as motivated by several motivations including the existence of traditional patterns that had been passed down from generation to generation, the existence of motivation based on the sintamental nature or the nature of competition among the community, and motivated by the encouragement of religious values which became the foundation. in doing business and which is most strongly influenced by the desire to increase income which is used to support the existing lifestyle. So that this study finds one knowledge, namely although instrumental rationality is dominant, traditional rationality cannot be completely abandoned, in fact instrumental rationality and traditional rationality are used varally by Gayo farmers.     Profitability of Food & Beverages Industry Sector in IDX: The Impact of Working Capital Turnover

    The purpose of this study is to examine effect of working capital on profitability of food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data from the documentation of financial statements of food and beverages and the like companies during the period 2012-2016. This study differs from previous research since it applies all the variables of profitability ratios generally applied. The results of the study find that independent variables of cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnoverall have their significant effect on the profitability ratios of the company including ratios of return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin and gross profit margin. The model chosen in this research is Random Effect Model. Statistically this study finds that the working capital turnover negatively affect the return on equity partially or completely. However, working capital turnover significantly affects overall ROA, NPM and GPM. Partial ly, turnover circulation affects return on assets and receivable turnover affects gross profit margin. Both turnovers affect net profit margin. Lastly, no cash turnover affects the profitability of food companies and beverages in the Indonesia Stock Exchang

    Perception is an individual observation or process giving meaning as a result of observations about an object, event, and so on through his five senses, which is obtained by inferring information and interpretation of messages so that someone can provide feedback about the good or bad or the positive and negative of it. The use of animation media in learning other than providing many conveniences, there are also obstacles, causing various student perceptions. Students' perceptions of the use of learning media can be seen by gender. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of learning using animation/powton in SMP/MTs based on gender. Based on the data col�lected, this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire in collecting data from primary and secondary sources. In this study, the primary data was the result of a perception survey through a questionnaire conducted to SMP/MTs students. In contrast, secondary information is obtained from a literature review regarding online learning sys�tems and virtual classes. The data analysis technique uses percentages. The results of data analysis are presented descriptively in the fol�lowing subchapter. Based on the results of research and discussion, it has been known that students' perceptions of learning mathematics using Powton media are perfect. Both male and female students positively perceive learning mathematics by using Powton-based learn�ing media in SMP/MTs. Students get an average student answer of 100% and fall into the "Very Good" category. it explains that anima�tion media is beneficial for students in understanding the lesson
