Calculating How Many Particles Are Released Into the Environment When Car Brake Pads Are Worn
This article describes the procedures for calculating the quantity of particles discharged into the atmosphere due to brake lining deterioration during vehicle braking, accounting for the wheel\u27s adhesion coefficient to the road. The quantity of particles that automobiles release into the atmosphere was determined theoretically, taking into consideration the fact that the resource period of brake pads varies based on the adhesion coefficient of the wheel with the road. Analysis of the metal concentration distribution in the particles created by brake lining wear during vehicle braking is extensively discussed. It was discovered that the car\u27s brake samples included high concentrations of metal components such iron, copper, zinc, chromium, tin, and antimony. There is already information available regarding the harm that automobile brake particulates cause to the environment. A comparative examination of theoretic and experimental findings on the brake lining wear rate in relation to the road adhesion coefficient is showcased. The average wear speed of car brake pads varies depending on the adhesion coefficient of the road; this variation in wear speed has been proven by a comparative comparison of the theoretical calculation results

System Analysis of Space Imagery Processing Methods
For educational purposes, it is very important to apply new methods, technologies and break down each stage of processing into a common cross-industry activity and further by their types of activity. To quickly master the processing in one instance, for example, when entering the analysis, narrow specialists require ready-made materials for preliminary pre-processing. If in the process of work there is a discrepancy between the results and the set goals, then the material significance of the processing can be guaranteed to achieve the results, which can reduce the pace of the study. One of the advantages of a narrow specialization is the formulation of the problem of a database from data, that is, the verification of preparation, data from space, cartographers and materials obtained from terrestrial measurements. The learning process begins with the choice of processing methods that happen and apply to use special methods, it is very important to know the choice of image, which satellite and how to create a complete material from raw data for automatic interpretation.

Renewable energy development as a way to achieve decarbonization goals
The research investigates the influence of the energy sector on greenhouse gas emissions and explores potential strategies for reducing emissions through the utilization of renewable energy sources. The article includes an analysis of the varying contributions of different forms of renewable energy sources to global electricity and heat production, as well as in the Republic of Belarus. Additionally, the study examines the development of renewable energy in countries with a significant reliance on nuclear power generation, highlighting a notable synergy between these two energy sectors. The study also assesses the role of renewable energy sources and nuclear energy in decreasing carbon emissions in both the global energy sector and in Belarus. Ultimately, the research finds that the expansion of renewable and nuclear energy aligns with sustainable development principles and contributes to enhancing the overall sustainability of the energy sector
Queering as Process: Disrupting Scientific Imperialism for Health Justice Using Kitchen Table Pedagogy
This article is a composite narrative case study exploring my experience of facilitating workshops around food and eating with participants who have a conflicted relationship with food or are confused by nutrition messages. Many of the workshops have been with queer, especially trans and gender-expansive, participants. I use a Freirean, interactive, story-based teaching style that I call ‘kitchen table pedagogy’.
An aim is to investigate any role that thinking beyond the binary - or queering as process - may have in helping us relate to food and our bodies in new ways that are more conducive to personal flourishing as entangled with collective liberation and hence climate justice. I illustrate how a liberatory pedagogy and queer praxis address the root of oppression by considering the provocation “How does public health nutrition perpetuate a racist, capitalist cisheteropatriarchal world view as normal, desirable, inevitable and how can queer(ing) food narratives interrupt this drive and replace it with something liberatory and life-affirming?
Training Dietitians to Champion LGBTQ+ Health: An Appreciative Inquiry of Dietetic Education in the UK
Health inequalities experienced by LGBTQ+ people motivate a call for the queering of dietetics, through an embodiment of queer pedagogies in dietetic training. A critical review of LGBTQ+ inclusion strategies identified a paucity of focused pedagogic research, limiting the queering of dietetic training programs. This study appraised such teaching practices in the UK through a positive focus on “what works?”. An interview study was undertaken with 14 participants who were dietitians, dietetics lecturers, or current dietetics students, all identifying as LGBTQ+ people. Semi-structured interviews generated qualitative data on LGBTQ+ journeys through dietetic training and into practice. An appreciative inquiry approach was used to develop a solutions-focused template analysis to appraise innovative, imagined, and inspired practices in the queering of dietetic training in the UK. Thematic outputs were informed by appreciative inquiry’s positive modalities of change, illustrating diverse perspectives on the definition of cis-heteronormativity in dietetics, and the discovery, dreaming, design, and deployment of queering practices to support their disruption. The analysis generated complex multi-stakeholder actions to bring about the queering of dietetic training, and appraising current educational practices in universities, clinical placement, and other learning environments. The study revealed opportunities for the queering of dietetic training, exposing spaces of educational queering far beyond the classroom. For the queering of dietetic training, we present recommendations concerning the development of LGBTQ+ inclusive curricula, teaching practices, and wider professional strategy through the dietetics governing bodies. Further studies should expand appreciative exploration of the queering of dietetic training to allies and LGBTQ+ patients
