No full textSatuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar atau yang lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat ialah Saber Pungli. Dimana pungutan liar merupakan salah satu tindak pidana yang dapat dipidana dan harus dipertanggungjawabkan apabila ada yang melakukannya. Pungutan liar tidak hanya terjadi di dalam lingkup masyarakat melainkan juga pungutan liar dapat terjadi di dalam pemerintahan. Selain itu lembaga pendidikan terkadang juga tidak lepas dengan adanya pungutan liar yang mengatas namakan kegiatan pendidikan disekolah. Ada beberapa aturan hukum yang mengatur mengenai satuan tugas sapu bersih pungutan liar (Saber Pungli), antara lain : Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) pada Pasal 368, Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 87 tahun 2016 tentang Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar, Keputusan Bupati Tanah Laut Nomor 188.45/372-kum/2016 tentang Pembentukan Unit Pemberantasan Pungutan Liar Kabupaten Tanah Laut 2019. Penulisan ini bertujuan agar dapat memahami peranan pihak saber pungli dalam memberantas pungutan liar di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. serta memahami implementasi peraturan perundangan-undangan dengan dibentuknya satgas saber pungli di Kabupaten Tanah Laut mampu memberantas pungutan liar baik di kalangan masyarakat ataupun di dalam pemerintahan

No full textThe purpose of this study was to examine the comparison between the vocabulary mastery of students who were taught using mind mapping techniques and students who were not taught using these techniques. Based on the results of preliminary observations and interviews with English teachers at local schools, there were several obstacles experienced by students in learning English. The main problem is the lack of mastery of English vocabulary that is owned by students so that they have difficulty communicating using English both spoken and written. Based on this problem, the researcher formulated the problem in this study, namely, how much influence is the mind mapping learning model to improve the English vocabulary of students in class VII at SMPN 35 Banjarmasin City. In this study, researchers are the main actors in applying the mind mapping learning model to the learning process in the classroom.This research will use quasi experimental research. The population of this study were all of the seventh grade students of SMPN 35 Banjarmasin City. The author will take a sample using purposive random sampling in which students are divided into two groups. The research instrument that will be used to collect data in this study is a test. The test results are the scores of students from the experimental and control groups. The data of the research were then analyzed through paired sample t-test after normally test. Researchers used the SPSS version 21 application. Based on the findings of this research, mind mapping technique cannot give significance influence to the students’ vocabulary mastery because significance value of wilcoxon analysis was bigger than 0,05. So the alternative hypothesis was rejected and null hypothesis is accepted. it can be concluded that mind mapping technique is not good learning model to apply in teaching English for junior high school

No full textThis paper is a response and an educational experience created to describe online lectures by involving creativity in learning cultural arts in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. Jargon at home has suddenly become popular since the outbreak of COVID-19 became a terror among Indonesian people. Government appeals to the community Work From Home (WFH), Study From Home (SFH) and Pray From Home (PFH) are serious matters that should be obeyed by the community. Since mid-March, teachers and students in the country have been collaborating with each other to conduct online lectures independently from their homes. Learning Cultural Arts as one of the compulsory subjects in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) at STKIP Banjarmasin, requires students to be smart in recognizing, understanding and mastering creative local culture based on local wisdom. The results of his study will be brought as basic skills in teaching arts and culture at elementary school level. Elementary art and culture learning is important to be implemented because it has a positive impact on the formation of learners\u27 character, is multidimensional, multicultural and its content is unique that is not possessed by other subjects. This online lecture utilizes the rampant conditions of the COVID-19 epidemic by making learning products that are beneficial to society. This also helped the government in breaking the chain of COVID deployment19. Students use smartphones and existing applications such as KineMaster, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and others. The application functions as a production tool, product upload media, and product dissemination through social media. Here are some forms of online learning outcomes for art and culture learning; individual assignments make insta stories to write 100 words related to local cultural arts, make a 6-step video of the correct hand washing version of WHO, in the video students are required to search for and use elements of local cultural art in South Kalimantan such as the use of banjar songs as backsound, Banjar Language as the contents of oral texts, use of traditional clothing or Sasirangan nuances. Students are asked to make a stream related to the practice of various basic dances and folk songs. The activity of giving comments to each other is also carried out so that communication occurs interactively. Learning evaluation efforts are obtained by collecting tasks in a disciplined and neat manner, for example in accordance with task instructions and timely collection. Of course this is still far from the maximum, but this online learning should be continued in the future because there are still many things that can be explored by utilizing creativity and technological progress as an effort to deliver teaching materials

No full textThis research is an experimental research that was conducted by using English conversation applicatioon as a media to activate the students’ speaking skill of Public Administration Department. Speaking is one of the language skills to develop the communication competency, and to reach the level of functional literacy. Thus, speaking is one of the language skills that must be mastered by students. Based on those conditions, the writer tries to offer one teaching media for teaching speaking that is English conversation application. The purpose of this research was to know whether or not there was a significant effect of using English conversation application on the second semester at public administration department. The research design was quasi experimental research with non-equivalent groups pre-test and post-test design. Researcher chose two classes, they were given a pre-test to check on the equivalent of the groups on the dependent variable before the experiment began. After knowing the scores of pre-test the experimental group received treatment, that is, using guessing games while the control group was taught using question and answer technique. After that, the researcher gave a post-test to both groups to know the significant difference of the speaking achievement between the experimental and the control group. The subjects of this research were banjarmasin and banjarbaru class. Based on the computation of the t-test formula (from the scores of pre test), it showed that the mean scores of the control class was 54.28 and the mean scores of experimental class was 60.16. Meanwhile, the computation of the independent sample t-test formula (from the scores of post test) showed that the mean scores of control class was 52.78 and the mean scores of the experimental class was 61,02. Analyzing the mean scores of both groups, the mean scores of the students’ speaking test in the control class was decreased, from 54,28 to 52,78. On the contrary, the mean scores of the students’ speaking test in the experimental class was increased, from 60.16 to 61.02. From the fact findings, it can be seen that the treatment could give a significant result to the students’ speaking skill to the experimental class

No full textThis study aims to determine the degree of relationship between the variable Discipline on Employee Safety at PT SPBU PT. The sampling technique in this study using the Slovin formula, obtained a sample of 30 employees. Hypothesis testing of this research is done by analyzing the product moment correlation .The results using the analysis of product moment obtained figures coefficient of correlation of 0.956 indicates that keertan relationship between in siplin with saf ety work amounting to 0.956 or 95.6 percent . The correlation between discipline and work safety has a positive value means it has a direct relationship . It \u27s show that improvement in discipline will be followed by improvement in work safety . Based on the results of the test significant correlation that uses the criteria of testing both r table with r count ; t table with t arithmetic and significant value w ith alpha, it can be concluded that all the test results were stated to be significantly positive .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui derajat hubungan antara variable Disiplin terhadap Keselamatan Kerja Karyawan di SPBU PT Membangun Usaha Rezeki. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 30 orang karyawan. pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis product moment diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,956 menunjukkan bahwa keertan hubungan antara disiplin dengan keselamatan kerja sebesar 0,956 atau 95,6 persen. Korelasi antara disiplin dengan keselamatan kerja bernilai positif berarti mempunyai hubungan yang searah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin akan diikuti dengan peningkatan keselamatan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikan korelasi yang menggunakan kriteria pengujian baik r tabel dengan r hitung; t tabel dengan t hitung dan nilai signifikan dengan alpha maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua hasil uji tersebut dinyatakan signifikan positif. Akan tetapi dengan datangnya agama Islam, maka semua sudut pandang terhadap perempuan tersebut perlahan mulai di ubah. Dalam Islam perempuan berhak mendapat bagian warisannya dengan relevan dan penuh kemaslahatan.Penelitian ini akan meneliti bagaimana sebenarnya konsep bagian ahli waris di dalam hukum waris Islam dan bagaimana konsep asas keadilan berimbang yang ada pada konsep kewarisan Islam. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, peneliti berusaha untuk mendiskripsikan secara lugas, sederhana dan mudah untuk dipahami.Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Konsep bagian ahli waris dalam hukum kewarisan Islam terbagi menjadi tiga golongan: 1. Ashabul furudh, 2. Ashobah dan 3. Dawil arham. tiga golongan tersebut sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan Qur’an Surah AnNisa ayat 11 dan 12. Dan ketentuan didalamnya bersifat baku yaitu bagian warisan satu orang laki-laki sama dengan bagian warisan dua orang perempuan. Konsep ini dinyatakan sebagai keadilan berimbang karena bagian warisan laki-laki lebih banyak dibanding perempuan, sedangkan perempuan mendapatkan hak yang lebih banyak dari sudut pandang lainnya seperti mendapatkan mahar dan nafkah. Sehingga pembagian warisan ini merupakan pembagian yang masih relevan dan progresif bagi konsisi kehidupan saat ini
