No full textUniversitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang berdiri sejak tahun 1983, kalau dipandang dari segi usianya bisa dikatakan sudah cukup dewasa, namun kalau dilihat dari segi kepangkatan atau jabatan fungsional dosen tetapnya menunjukkan kinerja yang kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja dosen tetap yayasan dengan menggunakan variabel kepuasan kerja dengan indikator pekerjaan yang secara mental menantang, gaji, kondisi kerja yang mendukung, rekan kerja yang mendukung, kesesuaian kepribadian dengan pekerjaan.. Variabel kinerja dengan indikator kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, keefektifan biaya dan kebutuhan akan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Explanatory Research dan bersifat kausalitas, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen Tetap Yayasan Pendidikan Universitas Achmad Yani Kalimantan Selatan berjumlah 77 orang dan sebanyak 65 orang sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner secara langsung kepada para responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisa Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menghasil persamaan regresi, yaitu : Y = 0.916 + 0,683 X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja dosen, terhadap terhadap kinerja dosen

No full textAbstract: The principal\u27s leadership factor also determines the success of teaching and learning activities. Teachers as part of the system are components that drive this success. So the role of the principal to empower teachers as part of optimizing performance is very necessary. This role has a significant contribution, because the type and style of leadership used will color the work atmosphere in the school, and this will affect the success of teaching and learning activities. In improving the quality of kindergarten education, every activity to be carried out must go through a systematic process flow, so that good quality is produced as well. The process flow in question is the management process starting from planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision (Mulyasa, 2012; Juliantoro, 2017). In kindergarten education the management process is very important, so that the programs and curriculum provided have gone through the process. Starting from the analysis, then planning is made, continued to be implemented and evaluated and of course monitored whether it is in accordance with the plan or not when it is implemented. In other words, the process approach strategy is applied in all kindergarten activities, so that by going through a good process, the quality of these activities is better maintained and will continue to be improved so that the quality standards of school activities can be achieved. In the application of this research, it is common to see an increase in optimal achievement. This is indicated by the achievement of teacher quality assessments of 100%. This shows the success of the principal in implementing teacher empowerment.

No full textAbstract: This research is based on the following problems: (a) Does the Novick Model Learning affect the learning outcomes of Mathematics? (b) How high is the level of mastery of mathematics subject matter with the implementation of the Novick Model Learning method? The aims of this study are: (a) To reveal the effect of Novick\u27s Learning Model on Mathematics learning outcomes. (b) Want to know how far the understanding and mastery of Mathematics subjects is after the implementation of the Novick Model Learning model. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The targets of this study were students of Class V. The data obtained were in the form of formative test results, observation sheets for teaching and learning activities.From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (62%), cycle II (82%), cycle III (88%).The conclusion of this study is that the cooperative method of the Novick model can have a positive effect on the learning motivation of the fifth grade students of SDS Islam Babussalam, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to mathematics

The principal acts as a central force that drives school life, understands the duties and abilities for the success of the school and has a concern. The reality on the ground is that not many school principals have improvised showing their expertise. The assumption of low school quality is caused by the lack of transparency in the awareness of the principal, lack of forums for improving the quality of principals, discipline and low motivation. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This type of qualitative descriptive research is to understand the development of teachers. The strategy of the principal of SMA YANIIC (Yayasan Nurwulan Iqra Islamic Center) North Jakarta in improving teacher performance shows his leadership in a democratic style, not rash in decisions and making decisions, always deliberation. The strategy carried out by the principal in improving teacher performance is by fostering discipline, being a role model for teachers and students, holding seminars and training, collaborating with other educational institutions, experts, providing opportunities for teachers to conduct mutual supervision, providing and optimizing facilities. and educational equipment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui dan menggali nilai-nilai religius dalam ungkapan bahasa Banjar. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini berbentuk teks-teks kalimat atau kumpulan ungkapan bahasa Banjar dari informan.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi teks dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasi ungkapan bahasa Banjar berdasarkan nilai-nilai religius yang dikandungnya.Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai religius yang terdapat dalam ungkapan bahasa Banjar meliputi: lurus hati, bahati masigit, talanggar dauh, diandak di bahu handak ka kapala, halus-halus iwak,ganal-ganal biawak, balang kambingan. Nilai-nilai ini sangat penting bagi generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan pelestarian ungkapan bahasa Banjar dalam dunia pendidikan dan generasi muda sangat penting untuk terus dilanjutkan
Politeness: How The Youth Of Banjarese Address People In Banjar Language
No full textPoliteness as part of language aspect is an important matter to discuss in language. Politeness deals with the term of addressing particular people which is important in Banjarese language as it shows respect and sentences tone. This article discusses the words used by Banjarese youth in addressing people. The writer observed the interaction between youth and elderly during the Ied Fitri holiday and presented the result on the tables. The result is expected to give a theoretical contribution on the language discussion.

No full textPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan manajemen risiko dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja keuangan koperasi dan dapat melakukan perkiraan keputusan apa yang diambil guna mencapai tujuannya. Diharapkan suatu badan usaha koperasi atau lembaga keuangan syariah akan berusaha menjadi badan usaha yang modern dengan cara menganalisis rasio keuangan pada laporan keuangan Koperasi Baitul Maal Wattamwil Khairul Ikhwan Martapura. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.yang didukung data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan Koperasi Serba Usaha BMT Khairul Ikhwan Martapura periode tahun 2019 - 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2021 memiliki angka rasio lancar 138,35%, 135,59%, dan 124,09%, dengan kriteria cukup baik untuk tahun 2019-2020, sedangkan tahun 2021 menunjukkan kriteria kurang baik. Untuk rasio kas berturut-turut sebesar 28,54%, 20,24%, dan 31,81%. yang menunjukkan kriteria kurang baik, baik dan tidak baik. Pada analisis rasio total utang terhadap total aktiva menunjukkan hasil sangat baik, yaitu sebesar 88,33%, 87,62% dan 87,81%. Analisis rasio utang terhadap modal sendiri menghasilkan angka rasio yang tidak baik, yaitu 921,71%, 789,06% dan 813,32%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modal sendiri yang dimilki koperasi tidak cukup solvable dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka panjangnya. Rasio rentabilitas ekonomi (ROA) menghasilkan rasio 2,08%, 1,28% dan 1,20% dengan kriteria kurang baik, menunjukkan koperasi BMT Khairul Ikhwan kurang mampu menggunakan aktivanya secara produktif sehingga belum mampu menghasilkan SHU yang maksimal. Sedangkan pada analisis rasio Return on Equity (ROE) menghasilkan angka rasio 21,68% dengan kriteria baik sekali, 11,48% dan 11,15% dengan kriteria cukup baik yang menunjukkan bahwa modal yang dimilki koperasi cukup rentabel dalam menghasilkan laba bersih
