Full text linkSkepticism is a major, if not the greatest, challenge for the epistemological tradition. Several attempts to solve the problems posed by skeptics were tested over time, but none was able to secure our epistemic justification. With the same primary claim, the epistemic logic tries to provide epistemology a safe support for the construction of our justification, and therefore a barrier for skepticism.O ceticismo é um dos principais, senão o maior, desafio da tradição epistemológica. Despite the fragmentary character, sometimes truncated style, its importance is notable for being in between the publication of The origins of totalitarianism (1951) and The human condition (1958), to indicate the unfolding of Arendt’s interest in the remaining questions of the first work towards its subsequent concerns, which will culminate in the second work, but also in texts such as What is authority? and The crisis in education (both published in 1958 and reprinted in Between past and future, 1961). Full text linkThis paper investigates the themes of thought conformation produced by the philosophical tradition, but also in spite of it. In this sense, we ask about the legitimacy and scope of concepts such as source/original, European philosophy/Latin American philosophy, identity/otherness, in order to deconstruct some formulations about the structure of metaphysical thinking, so that we can glimpse a philosophical project from a non-universalist perspective.Este artigo investiga os motes de conformação do pensamento produzido junto à tradição filosófica, mas também a despeito dela. Neste sentido, inquirimos sobre a legitimidade e abrangência de conceitos tais como origem/original, filosofia europeia/filosofia latino-americana, identidade/alteridade, com o intuito de desconstruir algumas formulações metafísicas sobre a estrutura do pensamento, para então podermos vislumbrar um projeto filosófico desde uma perspectiva não universalista
