The issues of eugenics, although they clearly emerged as late as in the second half of the nineteenth century, was not unknown to humanity in the distant ancient times. From the moment when F. Galton consolidated the theses currently recognized as eugenics, simultaneously introducing the concepts of “eugenics” and “eugenic”, eugenics very quickly found its supporters around the world. Its exceptional exemplification and development was noted in the first half of the twentieth century, which absolutely does not mean that it does not exist nowadays in a different form, using other methods of control and elimination of imperfections of the Homo Sapiens species, as well as undesirable social phenomena. This includes activities not only aimed at prevention, diagnosis or therapy of individual and civilization problems, but are also more radical ones, such as abortion carried out for eugenic purposes. Thus, the content of the article not only discusses eugenic issues in the theoretical context, but also presents opinions of selected groups of people with disabilities, participating in the implementation of the project entitled: “Implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, a Common Matter”, conducted in Poland in 2016–2018, concerning the proposal to introduce a total ban on eugenic abortion into Polish legislation. The issues of eugenics, although they clearly emerged as late as in the second half of the nineteenth century, was not unknown to humanity in the distant ancient times. The text is dedicated to the subject of support in education involving one of the groups of students with special educational needs - foreign students. Compared to other groups of pupils from the SPE, it is a small population of students in Poland. It represents less than 0.4% of students with special educational needs. The problems of foreign pupils, both in relation to education and social integration in the country they came to, are specific even within the group of pupils from the SPE. However, as the research results on the issue indicate, among others due to the small population of foreign pupils in Poland, teachers regard the problem of social inclusion of immigrant pupils as hypothetical, unrealistic. According to the concept of inclusive education, it is assumed that support in development is to be dedicated to all students regardless of whether they constitute a group: easily identifiable as part of the current categorical approach to the diagnosis of needs, numerous or less numerous, with permanent and serious development disorder or less serious problems, requiring only temporary support and small adjustments. In each case, however, it is necessary to diagnose the needs not only of students and their families, but also teachers and educational staff to introduce systemic changes, so that the support is no longer stigmatizing for the student, and was associated with selfacceptance, self-awareness and the desire to maximize predisposition and developmental potential of a person. The text is dedicated to the subject of support in education involving one of the groups of students with special educational needs - foreign students. In the Arab society, mental therapy is uncommon. The field of therapy as a whole is undeveloped and conducted secretly largely due to shame, stigma and prejudices associating mental therapy with mental illnesses or disorders (Masarwa & Bruno, 2018). Until recently, arts therapy has not been practiced at all in Israeli in the Arab society. In comparison to psychological treatment, arts therapy carries an extra value because of its non-verbal work methodology, and enables can the client to make projection and reduction of social and personal objections in face of the therapeutic process. In recent years, implementation of this field of knowledge has gained momentum in therapeutic frameworks in general and at schools in particular, slowly becoming an integral part of the education system. However, this field is still in its early stages and it is oriented towards special education students and those with special needs (Nachum, 2007; Moriah, 2000).Amani Mussa, “Between a child who wants to tell and an adult who does not want to hear”.
