JSON dataset för simulerad byggnadsvärmekontroll för system-av-system interoperabilitet
Interoperability in systems-of-systems is a difficult problem due to the abundance of data standards and formats.
Current approaches to interoperability rely on hand-made adapters or methods using ontological metadata.
This dataset was created to facilitate research on data-driven interoperability solutions. The data comes from a simulation of a building heating system, and the messages sent within control systems-of-systems. For more information see attached data documentation.
The data comes in two semicolon-separated (;) csv files, training.csv and test.csv. The train/test split is not random; training data comes from the first 80% of simulated timesteps, and the test data is the last 20%. There is no specific validation dataset, the validation data should instead be randomly selected from the training data. The simulation runs for as many time steps as there are outside temperature values available. The original SMHI data only samples once every hour, which we linearly interpolate to get one temperature sample every ten seconds. The data saved at each time step consists of 34 JSON messages (four per room and two temperature readings from the outside), 9 temperature values (one per room and outside), 8 setpoint values, and 8 actuator outputs. The data associated with each of those 34 JSON-messages is stored as a single row in the tables. This means that much data is duplicated, a choice made to make it easier to use the data.
The simulation data is not meant to be opened and analyzed in spreadsheet software, it is meant for training machine learning models. It is recommended to open the data with the pandas library for Python, available at https://pypi.org/project/pandas/.
The data file with temperatures (smhi-july-23-29-2018.csv) acts as input for the thermodynamic building simulation found on Github, where it is used to get the outside temperature and corresponding timestamps. Temperature data for Luleå Summer 2018 were downloaded from SMHI.Datasetet innehåller simulerad servicedata för system-av-system interoperabilitetsforskning.
This study aimed to contribute to the possible reduced spread of Campylobacter in poultry, humans, and the environment in central Ethiopia. This was done by identifying the key risk factors, including poor farm management, biosecurity gaps and inadequate hygiene practices and farm worker awareness using a One Health approach to highlight areas where interventions can reduce transmission.
The One Health concept emphasizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health. This study aims to address health risks holistically. Campylobacter isolated from poultry, humans and the environment were identified and subtyped. Additionally, the study evaluated the antimicrobial resistance (AMR) profiles of the identified Campylobacter species.
Antimicrobial resistance of the isolated Campylobacter spp. was analyzed against nine different antibiotics from five antibiotic classes: quinolones (nalidixic acid, ciprofloxacin, and norfloxacin), macrolides (erythromycin), aminoglycosides (streptomycin and gentamicin), phenicols (chloramphenicol), and tetracyclines (tetracycline and oxytetracycline). The data file contains 46 rows (Campylobacter spp.) and 15 columns, with the data explained in the documentation file 'Readme_AMR_Result.'
Poultry farm workers were interviewed using a structured questionnaire to gather information about farm practices related to Campylobacter risk factors, consumption habits, hygiene practices, and awareness of Campylobacter as a zoonosis and the One Health concept. The data file contains 122 rows (respondents) and 37 columns (survey questions), along with three columns detailing the microbiological results for each isolate. The data is explained in the documentation file 'Readme_questionnaire_results.
Data förklaras i dokumentationsfilen 'Readme_questionnaire_result

Data för Improving Stream Network Accuracy with Deep Learning-Enhanced Detection of Road Culverts in High-Resolution Digital Elevation Models
This is the training and testing data used to train a Residual Attention UNet for segmentation and detection of road culverts. The data consists of pairs of images with the size 256x256 pixels where one image is a labeled mask and the other a image with four channels containing the remote sensing data. The remote sensing data is a combination of topographical data extracted from arial laser scanning and ortophotos from arial imagery.
An extensive culvert survey was conducted in 25 watersheds in central Sweden by the Swedish Forest Agency during the snow-free periods of 2014–2017. A total of 24,083 culverts were mapped with a handheld GPS with a horizontal accuracy of 0.3 m. Densely populated urban areas with underground drainage systems were excluded from the survey (0.3% of the combined area). The coordinates of both ends of each culvert were measured, and metrics such as diameter, length, material, working condition, and sediment accumulation were collected for most of the culverts. Additional metrics, such as the elevation difference between the outlet and stream water level, were manually measured with a ruler. The inventoried watersheds were split up into training and testing data, where 20 watersheds (23,304 culverts) were used for training, and five watersheds (5,208 culverts) were used for testing.
A compact laser-based system (Leica ALS80-HP-8236) was used to collect the ALS data from an aircraft flying at 2888–3000 m. The ALS point clouds had a point density of 1–2 points m-2 and were divided into tiles with a size of 2.5 x 2.5 km each. A DEM with 0.5 m resolution was created from the ALS point clouds using a TIN gridding approach implemented in Whitebox tools 2.2.0. The topographical index max downslope elevation change was calculated from the DEM using Whitebox Tools . Max downslope elevation change represents the maximum elevation drop between each grid cell and its neighbouring cells within a DEM. This typically resulted in values between 0 and 10.
Orthophotos from aerial imagery captured at the same time as the lidar data is also included. The orthophotos had three bands (red, green and blue) in 8-bit color depth and had a resolution of 0.5 m. The LiDAR data and orthophotos were downloaded from the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority.
The topographical data and the ortophotos were merged into 8-bit four band images where the first three band is red, green and blue, and the last band is max downslope elevation change. The merged images where then split into smaller tiles with the size 256x256 pixels.
The trained model was used to predict culverts in Sweden and the file PredictedCulvertsByIsobasins.zip contains the predicted culverts stored as shapefiles split by the watersheds in the file "isobasins.zip".Detta är tränings- och testdata som används för att träna ett Residual Attention UNet för segmentering och detektion av vägtrummor.

Lipids and Neurotransmitters Mass Spectrometry Imaging Data from Dopaminergic PSAP Deficient (cPSAPDAT) and Serotonergic PSAP deficient (cPSAPSERT) Mice Brain Tissue sections
The files above are MALDI-MSI (Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization - Mass Spectrometry Imaging) experiments. The dataset contains both imzML, which is the common MSI open file type containing x, y positions in tissue as well as m/z and intensity, which is a more user friendly format. The data contained in this dataset should be enough to recreate the MSI parts of the manuscript.
Prosaposin (PSAP) modulates glycosphingolipid metabolism and may relate to Parkinson’s disease (PD). Here, the lipids and neurotransmitters MALDI-MSI data have been collected from dopaminergic PSAP-deficient (cPSAPDAT) mice and serotonergic PSAP-deficient (cPSAPSERT) mice as well as 6-OHDA-induced Parkinson's disease mouse model.
