    Sjuksköterskestudenters självskattning av SELC20+20 och lärandemetoder

    This dataset consists of survey data collected from students enrolled in the nursing program in Sweden. The variables include gender, age (grouped), educational level, previous healthcare education, and the semester of the nursing program in which the student is enrolled. In addition, the dataset contains self-reported responses to the SELC20+20 questionnaire (Self-Efficacy in Lifestyle Counselling scale) as well as self-reported responses concerning learning methods. To ensure anonymity, variables such as age and educational level have been grouped. Individually identifiable information has been removed. Variables created during the analysis process have been excluded, so that only relevant variables remain in the dataset. The dataset is saved in a non-proprietary format (CSV) and can be opened in common statistical software such as SPSS, R, Stata, or Excel. No special software is required.Detta dataset består av enkätdata insamlade från studenter på sjuksköterskeprogrammet i Sverige. Variablerna omfattar bl.a. kön, ålder (grupperad), utbildningsnivå, tidigare erfarenhet av vårdutbildning, samt vilken termin studenten går. Därutöver ingår självskattade svar på frågeformuläret SELC20+20 (Self-Efficacy in Lifestyle Counselling scale) samt självskattade svar om lärandemetoder. För att säkerställa anonymitet har variabler som ålder och utbildningsnivå grupperats. Enskilda identifierbara uppgifter har tagits bort. Variabler som tillkommit under analysprocessen har rensats bort, så att enbart relevanta variabler återstår i datasetet. Datafilen är sparad i icke-proprietärt format (CSV) och kan öppnas i vanliga statistikprogram såsom SPSS, R, Stata eller Excel. Ingen särskild mjukvara krävs

    Scoring data Alternaria solani and plant performance data from two greenhouse experiments and one field trial involving three wild Solanum species. Plants are treated with biocontrol agents including Pythium oligandrum (a lab strain) and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Serenade®). The aim of the study was to investigate how three wild Solanum species are affected by the potato pathogen A. solani and the tested biocontrol organisms. This information is important for our understanding of disease epidemiology and how wild crop relatives can influence intergrated plant management (IPM). Växterna behandlades med biokontrollorganismer, vilka inkluderade Pythium oligandrum (ett labisolat) och Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (Serenade®). Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur tre vilda Solanum-arter påverkas av potatopatogenen A. solani samt de testade biokontrollorganismerna.     Skördar i Sverige före agrarrevolutionen

    Grain tithe (Swe: Spannmålstiondet) has often been used as an indicator of crop development. It was a tax based in the principle of one-tenth of the harvest. This database is based on the accounts of the Crown's share of the tithe for Sweden in present-day borders excluding Scania. The databases relate to the period from and including 1665, when the volume measures were uniform in the country, until the tithe was a fixed tax without further linked to harvests. The transition to the tenth occurred successively in different provinces and was essentially completed by the mid-1700s.Spannmålstiondet har ofta använts som indikator på skördeutvecklingen, det utgick ju i princip med en tiondel av skörden. Föreliggande databaser bygger på räkenskaper över kronans andel av tiondet för Sverige inom nutida gränser exklusive Skåne. Databaserna avser tiden fr o m 1665, då volymmåtten blev enhetliga i landet, tills tiondet blev en fast skatt utan vidare anknytning till skördarna. Övergången till fast tionde skedde successivt i olika landskap och var i huvudsak avslutad vid 1700-talets mitt

    VectorNet observations

    VectorNet started in May 2014, and is now in its third iteration (2024–2028). VectorNet supports the collection of data on vectors and pathogens in vectors related to both animal and human health. ECDC and EFSA are developing a network of medical and veterinary experts and organisations to maintain a common database on the presence and distribution of vectors and pathogens in vectors across Europe and the Mediterranean basin. The network of medical entomologists and public health professionals, already established during the preceding VBORNET project, is being extended to include veterinary entomologists and veterinarians working in the field of vector-borne diseases in Europe and the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Basin. The project also provides ad-hoc scientific advice to support ECDC and EFSA with technical questions on vector surveillance and vector-borne diseases in humans and animals. Through the EFSA/ECDC collaboration on the VectorNet project, communication and collaboration between experts and organisations from the medical and veterinary domains will be improved. The project will contribute to improving preparedness and response for vector-borne diseases in the European Union

    Secondary education students' views and use of GenAI for school work - quantitative survey data with 1266 respondents

    This item contains a csv-file data collected through a survey distributed to upper secondary schools in Sweden during spring 2024. 1266 respondents from 9 different schools answered questions about their knowledge about, attitudes towards and use of generative AI for school work, in addition to background questions and questions about support from schools. Most questions are answered on a five-point likert scale. The file also contains columns with factor scores obtained through a confirmatory factor analysis, details of which can be found in the associated publication. In addition to the csv-file, an excel file with variable names, survey questions and scales (in Swedish) is provided, as well as a pdf-version of the questionnaire used (in Swedish).     Acute high-dose irradiation disrupts cell adhesion and Silk-Ovarioid formation in human primary ovarian cells

    The data repository is connected to a study that investigates the impact of X-ray treatment on primary ovarian cells (POCs) derived from cortex (cPOCs) and medulla (mPOCs) during in vitro culture. In total 50 samples collected from 5 patients were sequenced and 5 groups (i.e.,control_t1, control_t24, irradiated_t1, irradiated_t4, irradiated_t24) were included in the study. RNA extraction was performed using the RNeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen, Germany) following the manufacturer’s instructions. Libraries were prepared using the Illumina Stranded mRNA Prep Ligation protocol (Illumina, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instruction, with 10 ng of RNA used as input. The dataset contains 100 fastq files from paired-end RNA sequencing, compressed with GNUzip (gzip). The dataset also contains one metadata file in xlsx format and one md5sum file in txt format. The total size of the dataset is approximately 300 GB. Fastq files were trimmed using TrimGalore (version 0.6.1) to remove the low-quality reads before mapping. STAR aligner (version 2.7.11a) was used to map the trimmed fastq files to human genome hg38. The bam files were aligned using featureCount function in subread package (version 2.0.3) and annotated using UCSC gtf file. Processed data is deposited in GEO (GSE291604).Datalagret är kopplat till en studie som undersöker röntgenbehandlingens inverkan på primära äggstocksceller (POC) som härrör från cortex (cPOC) och medulla (mPOC) under in vitro-odling. Totalt sekvenserades 50 prover som samlats in från 5 patienter och 5 grupper (dvs. kontroll_t1, kontroll_t24, bestrålad_t1, bestrålad_t4, bestrålad_t24) ingick i studien. RNA-extraktion utfördes med hjälp av RNeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen, Tyskland) enligt tillverkarens anvisningar.
