TRABAJADORES CON RESTRICCIONES MÉDICAS Y SU PERCEPCIÓN DEL TIEMPO LIBRE
No full textObjective: To explore the perception of the use of free time by a group of workers with medical restrictions. Methodology: The analysis was based on interpretative phenomenology with in-depth interviews with 8 workers with medical restrictions. Results: Workers perceive the use of their free time in three contexts: health entities, the company and the home-family; where each space is configured as an extension of the medical service to continue with health care. The time they have outside their working day is not used for rest and leisure activities, but for health care activities. Conclusion: In the face of a health condition that generates restrictions, the existence of a transition from the activities that are performed in the area of leisure time to those that are focused on the area of self-care is identified, which generates an occupational imbalance and the risk of acquiring a disability.

Metodología: Se llevó a cabo un estudio cualitativo con un abordaje desde la fenomenología interpretativa, realizando entrevistas en profundidad a 8 trabajadores con restricciones médicas. Resultados: Los trabajadores perciben el uso de su tiempo libre en tres contextos: las entidades de salud, la empresa y la casa-familia; donde cada espacio se configura como una extensión del servicio médico para continuar con el cuidado de la salud. El tiempo que tienen fuera de su jornada laboral no lo usan para sus actividades de descanso y ocio, sino para las actividades del cuidado de la salud. Conclusión: Ante restricciones médicas de un trabajador, se identifica la existencia de una transición de las actividades propias que se realizan durante el tiempo libre hacia aquellas que están enfocadas al área del autocuidado, lo cual genera un desequilibrio ocupacional, riesgo de adquirir una discapacidad y, por lo tanto, una afectación en la dinámica del trabajo y la productividad.

REHABILITACIÓN ENERGÉTICA DE ESCUELA RURAL EN SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO-ARGENTINA: EVALUACIÓN DEL CONFORT HIGROTÉRMICO: Evaluation of hygrotermal confort
No full textIn this paper, we propose the hygrothermal comfort analysis of a rural educational building in a dispersed settlement, located southeast of the province of Santiago del Estero, in the town of Las Viboritas, department of Mitre, in Norte Grande, Argentina. A methodological, descriptive, experimental and analytical combination was used for the diagnosis of the behavior of the case study. The state prototype, called the base case, is diagnosed with poor thermal performance. Therefore, an alternative to improve the energy rehabilitation of the envelope is proposed. Both cases were evaluated comparatively, with the adjustment of thermal simulations and the verification of calculation values with the admissible ones established in the series of IRAM Standards on thermal conditioning. The analysis of the empirical and theoretical data obtained, allowed us to observe that the improved case responds optimally to the thermal-energetic behavior, achieving adequate interior comfort parameters in classrooms. In conclusión, the evaluation and design adjustment in state school projects prior to the construction stage, is essential for compliance with minimum quality standards, by the agencies responsible for their production; to contribute to the building energy efficiency of the school habitat, and favor environmental sustainability in unfavorable areas and the human development of its inhabitants.
DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.21017/rimci.2023.v10.n19.a126El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis del confort higrotérmico de una escuela en Área Rural de Población dispersa (ARPoDs), situada al sureste de la provincia de Santiago del Estero, en la localidad de las Viboritas, departamento Mitre, en Norte Grande de Argentina. Fue utilizada una combinación metodológica, descriptiva, experimental y analítica, para el diagnóstico del comportamiento del caso de estudio. Al prototipo estatal denominado caso base, se le diagnostica un desempeño térmico deficiente. Por ello, se propone una alternativa de mejora de rehabilitación energética de la envolvente. Se evaluó comparativamente ambos casos, con el ajuste de simulaciones térmicas y la verificación de valores de cálculo con los admisibles establecidos en la serie de Normas IRAM sobre acondicionamiento térmico. El análisis de los datos empíricos y teóricos obtenidos, permitió observar que el caso mejorado responde de manera óptima, al comportamiento térmico-energético, logrando adecuados parámetros de confort interior en aulas. Se concluyó que la evaluación y el ajuste de diseño en proyectos de escuelas estatales previo a la etapa de construcción, es primordial para el cumplimiento de estándares mínimos de calidad, por parte de los organismos responsables de su producción; para contribuir a la eficiencia energética edilicia del hábitat escolar, y favorecer a la sustentabilidad ambiental en zonas desfavorables y al desarrollo humano de sus habitantes.

EFECTOS DEL TELETRABAJO EN LA SALUD DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LAS PYMES DE LA CIUDAD DE BOGOTÁ DURANTE LA PANDEMIA DEL COVID-19
No full textTeleworking is undoubtedly the result of advances in Information and Communication Technologies-ICT, being a relevant issue as a product of reactivation and continuity in organizations after the global Covid-19 pandemic, since it was executed in a unexpectedly generating operational, administrative and financial difficulties, and with a great impact on the physical and mental health of teleworkers. Therefore, a study is proposed with the objective of determining the effects of teleworking on the health of workers in SMEs in the city of Bogotá during the Covid-19 pandemic. The foregoing through non-experimental research, with a qualitative approach and descriptive scope. The main results of this research allow us to observe symptoms related to stress, anxiety and musculoskeletal diseases present in the participants, which shows that it is important to promote safety and health conditions in those who work under this modality to impact their physical and mental health.
DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.21017/rimci.2023.v10.n19.a130El teletrabajo, es sin duda, resultado de los avances de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación-TIC, siendo un tema relevante como producto de reactivación y continuidad en las organizaciones después de la pandemia mundial del Covid-19 puesto que fue ejecutado de forma inesperada generando dificultades operativas, administrativas y financieras, y con gran impacto en la salud física y mental de los teletrabajadores. Por lo anterior se propone un estudio con el objetivo de determinar los efectos del teletrabajo en la salud de los trabajadores de las pymes de la ciudad de Bogotá durante la pandemia del Covid-19. Lo anterior mediante una investigación no experimental, con enfoque cualitativo y alcance descriptivo. Los principales resultados de la presente investigación permiten observar síntomas relacionados con estrés, ansiedad y enfermedades osteomusculares presente en los participantes, lo que evidencia que es importante fomentar condiciones de seguridad y salud en quienes trabajan bajo esta modalidad para impactar su salud física y mental.

INTEGRACIÓN Y DESPLIEGUE CONTINUO CON DEVOPS COMO CULTURA EN EMPRESAS DEL SECTOR TI COLOMBIANAS
No full textContinuous integration and deployment are practices that have allowed the software development cycle to behave in a more agile way, thanks to the fact that they constantly provide the possibility of automating processes in order to improve times and quality. These types of practices require knowledge and in most cases a provider that has tools and resources with which to carry out said automations, it is for this reason that Colombian companies have options for all types of objectives and economic budgets. , from world-renowned companies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure, but at the same time there are open source tools with active communities that are well known and used as alternatives to these large companies, such as Tekton , Jenkins, among others. This review article aims to identify the advantages, challenges, tools, among other aspects that characterize this phenomenon and why it has grown in such a way that companies are looking for options to implement it, at the end of this article it was possible to identify different tools and success stories that provide security to future companies that intend to continue with the same path of applied technologies in order to seek change based on new ways of operating the same process.

Este tipo de prácticas requieren de conocimiento y en la mayoría de los casos algún proveedor que cuente con herramientas y recursos con los cuales se puedan realizar dichas automatizaciones, es por esta razón que las empresas colombianas cuentan con opciones para todo tipo de objetivos y presupuestos económicos, desde empresas mundialmente conocidas como lo son Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform y Microsoft Azure, pero al mismo tiempo existen herramientas de código abierto con comunidades activas que son bastante conocidas y utilizadas como alternativas a estas grandes empresas como lo es el caso de Tekton, Jenkins, entre otros. Este artículo de revisión tiene como objetivo identificar cuáles son las ventajas, desafíos, herramientas, entre otros aspectos que caracterizan este fenómeno y por qué ha crecido de tal manera que las empresas buscan opciones para implementarlo, al finalizar este artículo se lograron identificar diferentes herramientas y casos de éxito que brindan seguridad a futuras empresas que pretenden continuar con el mismo camino de tecnologías aplicadas con el fin de buscar el cambio teniendo como base nuevas formas de operar un mismo proceso.

FACTORES DE RIESGO BIOMECÁNICO EN LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LA CALIDAD DE VIDA LABORAL DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE UNA EMPRESA DE SERVICIOS GENERALES
No full textThe quality of working life with respect to work environments is increasingly demanding. Therefore, the need arises to study the conditions for the execution of their daily tasks. The objective of this research is to establish the biomechanical risk factors in the perception of quality of life of the employees of the general services area of ??a cleaning and maintenance company.The company under study is a cleaning and maintenance company based in Bogotá, which has more than 15 years of experience, a sample of 60 women aged 25 to 57 years was chosen. This is a non-experimental cross-sectional investigation with a mixed approach. It was evidenced that the interpretation of the risk in all cases is not acceptable and that they require specific control, a high level of satisfaction of the workers is observed regardless of the presence of ailments. People who work in general services present musculoskeletal disorders, due to the multiple discomforts that they may present during the activities they carry out, hence the importance of implementing prevention strategies.

Por lo cual, surge la necesidad de estudiar las condiciones para la ejecución de sus labores diarias. el objetivo de la presente investigación es establecer los factores de riesgo biomecánico en la percepción de calidad de vida de los funcionarios del área de servicios generales de una empresa de aseo y mantenimiento. La empresa objeto de estudio es una empresa de aseo y mantenimiento radicada en Bogotá, que tiene más de 15 años de trayectoria, se escogió una muestra de 60 mujeres con edades de 25 a 57 años. La presente es una investigación no experimental de corte transversal con un enfoque mixto. Se evidenció que la interpretación del riesgo en todos los casos es no aceptable y que requieren control específico, se observa un nivel alto de satisfacción de las trabajadoras independientemente de la presencia de dolencias. Las personas que trabajan en servicios generales presentan desórdenes musculo esqueléticos, debido a las múltiples molestias que puedan llegar a presentar durante las actividades que realizan, de ahí la importancia de implementar estrategias de prevención.

CONSIDERACIONES EN TORNO A LA TOLERANCIA Y LA LIBERTAD DE CULTOS EN COLOMBIA A PARTIR DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DE 1991
No full textThis article analyzes some of the transformations of the notion of freedom of religious convictions derived from the new approach on the matter that the Political Constitution of 1991 brought to Colombian society. An analysis was carried out between the Political Constitution of 1886 and that of 1991, showing how the principle of religious tolerance was introduced in Colombia. This principle also means respect for those agnostic and/or atheist people, who prefer to believe in the use of human reason to decide for themselves about their life principles. This text presents three religious events that occurred in France before the Revolution, that is, before the development of the ideas of the French Enlightenment, as examples of how dangerous religious authoritarianism can be. These facts are presented to make us realize the importance of respect for individual freedoms, and above all the importance of using human reason to free oneself from the blindfolds that beliefs impose, and even more so when those beliefs become fanaticism.

Se realizó un análisis entre la Constitución Política de 1886 y la de 1991, mostrando cómo se introduce en Colombia el principio de Tolerancia religiosa. Este principio significa igualmente, el respeto a aquellas personas agnósticas y/o ateas, que prefieren creer en el uso de la razón humana para decidir por sí mismas acerca de sus principios de vida. Este texto presenta tres hechos religiosos ocurridos en Francia antes de la Revolución, es decir, antes del desarrollo de las ideas de la Ilustración francesa, como ejemplos de lo peligroso que puede ser el autoritarismo religioso. Estos hechos se presentan para darnos cuenta de la importancia del respeto de las libertades individuales, y sobre todo de la importancia de utilizar la razón humana para desligarse de las vendas que las creencias imponen, y más cuando esas creencias se vuelven fanatismo.

ESTANDARIZACIÓN DE LOS SUB-PROCESOS DE TRANSPORTE, RECEPCIÓN Y ARCHIVO DEL PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO EN EMPRESA DE TELECOMUNICACIONES
No full textThe standardization and/or normalization of processes is quite useful for today’s companies and even more so if they are companies that operate at a national level, such as a Telecommunications company, in order to know the true status of the procedures to be intervened in the organization it is necessary to carry out several meetings, interviews and some face-to-face or virtual surveys.[1]. It was established that the normalization of three administrative processes was necessary, such as: Reception, filing and transportation, the work carried out by the linked human talent is recognized but only some procedures are documented or they are outdated, the step by step to follow is done logically, which makes it difficult to train new employees and the traceability that is required in the event of a non-conformity. The objective is to generate standardization with solid guidelines in each process and sub-process, in addition to the creation of new documents that serve as a guide and basis for the correct execution of each task, whether it is the most complex and important until the simplest. The results of this project allowed the creation of 90% of manuals and instructions, 100% of formats and the updating of 10% of the company’s documents, at the same time a reduction of 19% of the times in the execution of the sub-Processes.
DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.21017/rimci.2023.v10.n19.a134La estandarización y/o normalización de procesos es bastante útil para las empresas de hoy en día y más aún si son compañías que operan a nivel nacional como es el caso de una empresa de Telecomunicaciones, para poder saber el verdadero estado de los procedimientos a intervenir en la organización es necesario realizar varias reuniones, entrevistas y algunas encuestas presenciales o virtuales[1]. Se estableció que era necesaria la normalización de tres procesos administrativos como lo son: Recepción, archivo y transporte, se reconoce el trabajo que realiza el talento humano vinculado pero solamente se tienen documentados algunos procedimientos o están desactualizados, el paso a paso a seguir se hace por lógica lo que dificulta la capacitación de los nuevos empleados y la trazabilidad que se requiere ante una no conformidad. Se plantea como objetivo la generación de la estandarización con lineamientos sólidos en cada proceso y sub-proceso, además de ello la creación de nuevos documentos que sirvan como guía y base para la ejecución correcta de cada tarea, bien sea la más compleja e importante hasta la más sencilla. Los resultados de este proyecto permitieron la creación de un 90% de manuales e instructivos, 100% de formatos y la actualización de un 10% de los documentos de la empresa, a su vez se estima la reducción de un 19% de los tiempos en la ejecución de los sub-procesos.

ENTRE LO MODERNO Y LO TRADICIONAL: RELATO DE UNA EXPERIENCIA DE APRENDIZAJE EN PROGRAMACIÓN DE COMPUTADORES
No full textThe confrontation between the modern and the traditional is an important side in education research. This article presents the results of an investigation carried out in the classroom, where the effectiveness of learning is compared from the use of the cell phone camera compared to the traditional way of copying in the notebook, within a mutually exclusive methodology to make observations with objectivity. The results show that although technological advances facilitate some activities of the human being in a learning context that does not necessarily means it enables the learning of disciplinary knowledge. On the other hand, the traditional ways of consigning the knowledge imparted by the teacher in his keynote presentation, that is, copying by hand and letter, allow the student a direct contact with the knowledge mentioned and its impact on learning is more effective. It is concluded that in a context of technological learning, the engineer teacher must be clear when to use certain modern technological resources and when to open the spaces for the student to register, from his own perspective, the new knowledge acquired.

El presente artículo expone los resultados de una investigación realizada en el aula, que confronta la efectividad del aprendizaje a partir del uso de la cámara del celular frente a la forma tradicional de copiar en el cuaderno, dentro de una metodología mutuamente excluyente. Los resultados permiten evidenciar que si bien los avances tecnológicos facilitan algunas actividades del ser humano en un contexto de aprendizaje, no necesariamente eso significa que posibilite el aprendizaje de un saber disciplinar. Por su parte, las formas tradicionales de consignar el conocimiento impartido por el docente en su exposición magistral, es decir, copiando de puño y letra, permiten al estudiante un contacto directo con el saber en mención y su impacto en el aprendizaje es más efectivo. Se concluye que en un contexto de aprendizaje tecnológico, el docente ingeniero debe tener claro cuándo utilizar determinados recursos tecnológicos modernos y cuando abrir los espacios para que el estudiante registre, desde su propia perspectiva, los nuevos conocimientos adquiridos.

CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LAS PLATAFORMAS AUTOMATION ANYWHERE Y UIPATH PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE RPA
No full textThis article makes an exhaustive characterization of two leading platforms in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Automation Anywhere and UiPath. The main objective is to provide a detailed comparison of both solutions to facilitate the appropriate choice according to the needs of RPA implementation in an organization. The article begins by explaining the fundamental concepts of RPA and its importance in optimizing business processes. Then, a detailed description of Automation Anywhere and UiPath is presented, covering aspects such as its architecture, user interface, automation capabilities, compatibility with different applications and systems, security, and scalability. It concludes with a summary of the main differences between Automation Anywhere and UiPath, highlighting key aspects that allow readers to make informed decisions when selecting the most appropriate platform for their particular process automation needs.

EL ESTADO LAICO EN COLOMBIA: UN PRINCIPIO Y UN DERECHO INNOMINADO
No full textThe present article focuses on analyzing the influence of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court in Colombia regarding the consolidation of the secular state and the protection of human rights. In this regard, we will examine how the decisions of the Constitutional Court have contributed to guaranteeing the separation between church and state, promoting religious neutrality in public institutions, and ensuring the free exercise of different beliefs and religious practices. Additionally, we will explore how these judicial decisions have strengthened the protection of human rights, ensuring equality, freedom of conscience, and non-discrimination in the religious sphere. From another perspective, and as an integral part of the development of this article, we will analyze how the tax exemption granted to churches has resulted in a contradiction to the principles of equality and neutrality that the state should uphold concerning religion. The research problem that underlies the respective inquiries and the process of theoretical synthesis can be summarized in two questions: What is the impact of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on the consolidation of the secular state and the protection of human rights in Colombia? And how has the tax exemption of churches become a historical debt of the secular state in the country? Finally, it was concluded that thanks to the jurisprudential development of the Constitutional Court, there was a crucial impact on the establishment of the Secular State by expanding the interpretation of its elements, scope, and undeniable relationship with Human Rights.
DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.21017/Rev.Repub.2023.v34.a140El presente artículo se centra en el análisis de la influencia de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional en Colombia en relación con la consolidación del Estado laico y la protección de los derechos humanos. En tal sentido nos enfocaremos en examinar cómo las decisiones de la Corte Constitucional han contribuido a garantizar la separación entre la Iglesia y el Estado, promoviendo la neutralidad religiosa en las instituciones públicas y asegurando el ejercicio libre de diferentes creencias y prácticas religiosas. Asimismo, se explorará cómo estas decisiones judiciales han reforzado la protección de los derechos humanos, asegurando la igualdad, la libertad de conciencia y la no discriminación en el ámbito religioso. Desde otra perspectiva y como parte integral del desarrollo del presente artículo, se analizará cómo la falta de tributación por parte de las iglesias se ha materializado en una contradicción a los principios de igualdad y neutralidad que debería ostentar el Estado frente a la religión. El problema de investigación por el cual se cimentaron las respectivas indagaciones y el proceso de síntesis teórica se puede sintetizar en dos interrogantes: ¿Cuál es el impacto de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional en la consolidación del Estado laico y la protección de los derechos humanos en Colombia? y ¿Cómo la falta de tributación de las iglesias se ha convertido en una deuda histórica del Estado laico en el país? Finalmente, se llegó a la conclusión de que gracias al desarrollo jurisprudencial de la Corte Constitucional se tuvo un impacto crucial en la institución del Estado Laico al ampliar la interpretación de sus elementos, alcances y relación innegable con los Derechos Humanos.
