the Montgomery Bus Boycott, and having local authorities blame the 1956 bombing of their
home on Black people attempting to gain sympathy. The couple also talked about the time they
spent with Rosa Parks at the Highlander Folk School in Monteagle, Tennessee. Miss Graetz
would go on to graduate from Alabama State University in 2015 with a degree in Early
Childhood Education. The interview took place in the E. D. Nixon Room at the Levi Watkins
