Between the 19th and 20th century, the national education theme proved to be one of the main issues in the Italian political, cultural, social, pedagogical and scholastic debate. In this scenario, a leading role was played by the periodical press for children, which became an instrument for promoting the wider process of youth mobilisation and ethical-civil education. In this sense, one of the most prestigious experiences, strongly characterised by a defined educational and cultural project, was that of Il Giornalino della Domenica, founded and directed from 1906 by Luigi Bertelli (Vamba). Starting from the analysis of the first and most relevant phase of its activity (1906-1911), this paper aims to investigate the function of the images placed to accompany some contributions destined to educate the national awareness of young readers. Placing itself on a parallel track to that of the official channels, it had the priority of providing its audience with a patriotic and political education, far from the pedantry of the past. The magazine used a refined graphic style and a verbal and iconic language that was captivating, ironic and careful about the readers’ aesthetic taste. For this reason, Il Giornalino, which was mainly addressed to young Italians from the middle and upper classes, chose to collaborate with the most famous writers and artists of the time. This demonstrates the editorial, artistic and cultural quality of the magazine and the exaltation of the significant connection created between education in beauty and civic education of youth
Propositions théoriques et méthodologiques pour analyser la communication politique dans les réseaux sociaux
L’objet de notre propos est une approche théorique et méthodologique inno-vante destinée à l’analyse de la communication politique dans les réseaux sociaux. Une systématisation préliminaire des résultats de la recherche empirique sur l’utilisation des nouveaux médias au cours des campagnes électorales par les leaders, les partis et les followers a servi de base de données pour la construction de modèles d’analyse aux prétentions généralisantes. En classant une série de dimensions formelles, interactives, pragmatiques et sémantiques sur la base de certaines propriétés de la communication et en identifiant des indicateurs pertinents, nous essayons de définir de manière opérationnelle le concept de « style de communication ». Nous préciserons également les éléments nécessaires à la définition du concept de « populisme » du point de vue de la rhétorique communicative et de l’idéologie

New analytical challenges in characterization of Antibody-Drug Conjugates
Since 1913, when Paul Ehrlich introduced the concept of “selective toxicity”, new strategies to obtain quality control, quantification of the drug were mandatory. For this reason, the introduction of antibody drug conjugates (ADC) has shown many critical points, being these systems made of small- and high-molecular weight compounds. Being ADCs a novelty for showing therapeutic action, they were subjected to a grow up in studies. There are in literature several approaches to follow ADCs for in vivo and in vitro studies because type of conjugation, release of the drug, and body-distribution are characteristic for each of them, resulting in many critical steps.
Liquid chromatography (LC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) are the most common analytical technique used in order to obtain the aim. For the characterization of ADCs, there are several chromatographic techniques. HPLC finds application in both small and large molecules, related to the availability of various modes of separation (reversed-phase, size exclusion, ion exchange, mixed-mode etc.). Capillary electrophoresis (CE) finds its main application in large molecule therapeutics, where its electrophoretic separation mechanism offers a distinct, and often superior, separation of macromolecules compared to classic chromatographic techniques. Several modes of CE, including capillary electrophoresis sodium dodecyl sulphate (CE-SDS), capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), and capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) or imaged capillary isoelectric focusing (iCIEF) are commonly utilized in characterization of the critical quality attributes (CQAs) of monoclonal antibody drugs such as charge variants, size variants, and positional isomers/purity etc.
In this review, analytical methods for physicochemical characterization of ADCs will be reported and analysed in order to highlight as the chromatographic procedures allow obtaining a complete ADCs evaluation and characterization

A Novel Quantitative Approach for Multi-hazard Risk Assessment of Linear Infrastructure: a Geological-Geotechnical Index
This study introduces a novel quantitative approach formulti-hazard risk assessment of linear infrastructure by introducing the GEological-geoTechnical Index (GETI). GETI aims to address the limitations of existing methodologies by incorporating the cascading effects of multiple hazards and providing a comprehensive quantitative assessment tool for stakeholders. This study highlights the challenges in maintaining linear infrastructure, such as bridges and viaducts, and the necessity for standardized procedures to assess their exposure to natural hazards. Current approaches often fail to account for the interconnected nature ofmultiple hazards, potentially leading to underestimation of risks. The GETI is conceptualized as a two-level analysis process. Level 1 involves assessing hazard susceptibility through a literature review and preliminary surveys, whereas Level 2 encompasses advanced analyses using geological and geotechnical data. The
index primarily addresses seismic risk and its secondary effects, including ground motion amplification, soil liquefaction, and landslides/rockfalls. Thismethodology employs conditional probability to express the concept of the “cascade effect” in mathematical terms. The GETI is formulated as the probability of damage given the occurrence of an earthquake, considering various magnitudes of damage, fromlowto severe. This approach allows for a more nuanced understanding of
risk compared to qualitative or semiquantitative indices. This study acknowledges the potential limitations of the GETI,
including its dependence on data availability and accuracy, as well as its current focus on seismic hazards. Future research directions are proposed, such as expanding the index to include a broader spectrum of natural hazards and extending its applicability to other types of linear infrastructure. The GETI represents a significant advancement in multi-hazard risk assessment for linear infrastructure. By providing a quantitative measure that accounts for the interrelated nature of natural hazards, it offers stakeholders a valuable tool for prioritizing risk-reduction measures and ensuring the safety and resilience of critical infrastructure. The practical application of GETI in a case study in Italy is finally presented to verify its real-world functionality and effectiveness in infrastructure management
